Advisably to avoid New Farm Parking - CTP. Following booking l noted the additional £10 pick up and drop up charges. Phoned to complain and a lady refused to even give her saying they have been told not to give names. I am cancelling my booking as l do not want all these issues before and return from my trip. Also noticed that it takes up to 10 working days for the refunded amount to reach me.

couldn't get it out. Got accused of parking it there myself. Reluctant attendant eventually dragged me out with the use of a 4 wheel drive, possibly another stored car, no tow rope just a length of wire. had to move rocks, metal and branches out of the way myself. car filthy inside and out with possible damage to tyres, clutch and subframe. Had to clean at my own expense. Took 2 hours to free my car. Car park just thick mud some areas had hard core but this was of very poor quality and contained savage bits of metal. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This agency is a scam: my car was used when it was supposed to be parked in Bristol, and I received a £100 fine at my home for unauthorised parking in a restaurant car park. It is almost impossible to reach anyone, and when you send an email, they do not respond.

We would have missed our flights and holiday had the official Stanstead meet and greet team not taken pity on us and swiftly organised an alternative for us which obvously we had to pay again for. We had no time to move the car anywhere once we had finally realised that S C Parking Ltd was a total scam.

Do not use the New Farm Parking! My car was squeezed into a muddy field where I was taken to the airport in the back of a van. I picked my car up in the dark and have only seen the scratch this morning. When trying to speak to someone they hung up the phone. Pay the extra if you value your car.
Zero customer service
Zero customer service, unreliable, you never know if anyone answers the phone. When dropping car off no one was there to serve with a note on the window "please wait 20mins" even thou you called them making them aware you are on the way as per booking confirmation, how can parking be left unattended with lots of keys and cars?! Unsecured, unprofessional, not worth saving few quid on parking cus you never know what you going to experience at that place. When damage on my car was pointed all I heard was "I can't see anything", driving customer's cars like it's their own. Never using this place again
AVOID New Farm parking at all cost!
New Farm parking has to be the WORST parking experience of my life. Arrived at 04:15… no one greeted you. Lines and lines of cars parked randomly with no space in site. Drove up through the tight squeeze of cars searching. Eventually got to the top part, whatever you do, DO NOT PARK UP THERE. My car got trapped in the mud as there is no wood or stones to aid with the mud ripping up. No lighting so couldn’t get anything to try get unstuck. 30 minutes in total before I went to find someone. I had to leave my car there and they said they would move it, god knows what I will come back to. Had to pay £14 extra for pick up and drop off. The place is a hell hole. I was told that they can’t stop bookings as this was an admin thing, which I think is a load of crap. I will update this once I return from holiday. The place needs closing or at very least staff organising it much better. I cheated out on parking and I feel I’m going to pay the consequence for it. For the love of god just pay for actual parking.

This is not just bad service – it’s a cowboy operation that should be shut down. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards because what they’re doing is illegal.
The “car park” is a disgrace – think gypsy camp vibes, unsafe, filthy, and nothing like what’s advertised. It took 40 minutes to get to the airport in a disgusting, clapped-out car, and then they hit us with an extra £14 transfer fee. Absolute daylight robbery.
The return? HORRENDOUS. Landed at 11 PM, called immediately, told 30–40 mins. 1 hour 45 minutes later, after 20+ calls and pathetic excuses like “car broke down,” some random bloke in a battered red Citroën turns up. He only takes drivers, so we then had to go back and collect our partners. No apology. No shame. Just pure chaos.
Everyone waiting was furious. It’s obvious the glowing reviews are fake – probably written by their mates.
Save yourself the nightmare. Pay £10 more for a legit company. This lot are scammers, liars, and thieves. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
They lost my car key, awful experience
I had a terrible experience with this parking service. They lost my car key, leaving me stranded in the cold for almost five hours with my 6-year-old child, till someone broght my spare key from Stoke-on-Trent to Stansted. The distance is huge, and the wait was exhausting and distressing.
The parking manager admitted their mistake and promised to reimburse my fuel cost as compensation. However, despite calling multiple times and being told “we’ll refund it today,” no refund ever happened.
This company clearly lacks professionalism, responsibility, and care for their customers. I will complain further as i have all the necessary prof of the incident. The experience was unsafe, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

If you’re considering parking here please don’t. The location is difficult to find and poorly lit while the shuttle service to the airport, far from being “complimentary” as claimed by this cowboy outfit, costs £20. What really stood out for us though was the appalling level of customer service. Upon returning to Stansted Airport at 23.00 on 10 October 2025 we phoned the number we’d been given two weeks earlier to call up the transport back to the car park. Each time we phoned the number it was not recognised. A growing panic was starting to set in at this point. After seeking assistance at the airport information desk we were advised to take a taxi to the location of the car park, by which time it was 00.40. To our great relief we found that it was still open. The gentleman behind the counter in the portakabin/office said he’d been expecting a call from us. When we told him we’d tried the original number several times he cheerfully told us that the number had been changed while we were away, a fact that we were unaware of. When I mentioned a refund of the £20 we’d spent on the taxi he told me to phone the next day to speak to “a manager”. Three phone calls later and sick of being fobbed off and lied to I’ve waved goodbye to that £20.

We went where the SatNav sent us and we turned onto an unsealed road with lots of businesses and workshops all with signs saying "Not Airport Parking".
It has the same post code as the field that is for parking a few hundred yards back down the main road which we eventually found.
Obviously the local businesses are fed up with lost holiday makers
I booked it in a rush thinking it was one where you catch the bus.
On arrival they wanted to take the key, but the car is a Motability car for my wife, and she didn't want to leave it. She did in the end. Then we had to pay £20 to be driven to the airport.
We went in an old mini bus and my wife had to haul herself in the back stepping on a small stall to get in.
When we returned I called the new number we had been given to be picked up.
After the call we waited 45mins. There were about 10 other people waiting so I think they delayed so they didn't have to make another trip.
She got into the back of the mini bus where she stat on the first trip, but then this Asian driver started piling the suitcases up. I'd gone round to the side entrance to get in but once I saw her surrounded by suitcases (they were head high and not secured) I made them let her out and she came up the front with me.
It was dark inside the van, I don't know if it had seatbelts but the driver didn’t ask people to do them up and the inside had no lights. The driver drove very fast (3 am so dark and not much on the road) and we were thrown around a bit.
An emergency stop or crash would have meant suitcases thrown down the cabin
Car was there on arrival and no marks or extra mileage. The website has a 5 * rating from a review but that is not real and just built into the website.
Definite cowboy outfit, deliberately misleading, no provision for a reviews, serious H&S issues and I don't know how they are allowed to operate. And some people want less regulation.
Just to add, we keep two 1 pound coins in a small shelf under the steering wheel. They are for shopping trolleys. I noticed they were gone when I looked for them at the supermarket.
