She really took the time to understand what I like and guided me through several scents, patiently explaining and making thoughtful suggestions. Great service, lovely fragrances!
We went to the Sunnamusk shop in Bluewater and it was a most divine experience. Natalya served us. Not only did she know her stuff but she was so lovely and so professional. Every fragrance smelled were heavenly and the oils were so so good too! I ended up buying the Rose set with the hand cream and the candle as it had this oud-iness to it which I love generally. I’ll be back definitely to get thr other one that had a gold bottle.

Hyped and overpriced
I went to the store in the Bluewater London. My boys had heard the ads alot and I thought I would treat them to something nice. The perfumes were really overpriced and the few that were on offer did not smell good. The shop assistant kep trying to guide us to the most expensive produce and upgrade to larger bottles which were £60-70 but we were not willing to spend that much. In the end bought a small bottle of an oil we liked the smell off which cost £30. We noticed some sample bottles on the counter which were another £10. Came in a nice bag but really not worth the price for what is potentially Attar (perfumed oil).
