Love Sunnamusk
People were really friendly and helpful. I love these perfumes. I purchased my wedding perfume I just love it. I can mix and match perfume/oil - so unique
I didn’t feel like they just wanted me to buy something and let me try them on my skin etc.
However as a member of sunnamusk you receive free samples with every purchase, as a company I would make you have enough samples for your members who purchase products. I felt let down by this as I want to collect and by more, try before I buy kinda thing but it’s also nice that you do get a little freebie.
Customer service does go a long with me due to the industry I work in. Everyone - shop (bluewater) also head office have been very helpful and understanding.
The Girls at Bluewater store are all so lovely, made me feel welcome - I will always be returning now to stock up and try different perfumes/oils.

Very cheerful staff member
Very cheerful staff member, she was knowledgeable about the products and was able to select the most appropriate scents when we told her what kind of smells we enjoy most. Helpful when signing us up for the membership online and asking relevant questions to ensure we purchased the right product for our noses, so to speak.

Fantastic Experience at the Bluewater Branch!
We had a fantastic experience at the Bluewater branch. The sales assistant was incredibly helpful in guiding my partner and me through choosing our wedding day fragrances. Her passion for fragrance really shone through, and she was both knowledgeable and attentive.
She encouraged us to try the scents and take a walk before deciding—advice that proved invaluable, as we both fell in love with the fragrances she recommended. We're only sorry we didn’t catch her name, but we’ll definitely be back for top-ups and future fragrance treats!

Excellent customer service
The customer service i experienced in the shop in Bluewater was so good. I felt valued as a customer. The staff were so friendly helpful. Will definitely go back there again as I want to try the Amberose scent.
