It’s now been 3 months since I’ve spoken to anyone from Sydney fx. No one answers my emails/messages/texts. My WhatsApp has been blocked. I’ve left messages with customer support and no one’s called me back. I’ve emailed directly my account manager and support but they have gone unanswered. In the meantime my investments have all been closed (without my authority) and my funds just sit in my account doing nothing and I can’t even withdraw these as I can’t speak to anyone. ALL I WANT IS MY FUNDS RETURNED AND FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME.
Account ID: 10115195
They requested money before i withdraw…
They requested money before i withdraw even after i paid they didnt release my money until i reported . then they gave me my money
If I could give zero star
If I could give zero star, I would. Everything was going smooth at first but when I requested to withdraw my money it was denied 3 times and they don’t keep up to their promises
I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days ………
RUNAWAY
RUNAWAY - They take your money but they will not return it, which is FRAUD.
The issue with SydneyFX, is that their "account managers" control your account balance. You have to make a "WITHDRAWAL REQUEST" to take your profits ( your own money).
They ignore these requests. My evidence which I will be taking to Fraud related companies to try and recover my own money :-
a) First Withdrawal Request Notification - request number: 18274 in PENDING STATUS
Dated the 15th July 2025 for $4,335 ( The Account Manager to approve: Michael Miller)
b) I sent many emails to their Sydney support team to respond to my Withdrawal request, unsuccessfully.
c) So I raised a second Withdrawal request for the same amount on the 21st August 2025 , and sent many emails to support to release my money.
My "Withdraw" screen:-
ACCOUNT DATE REQUEST NUMBER AMOUNT STATUS WALLET ACTIONS
9808649 Aug. 21, 2025, 00:20:48 18429 4,335.00 USD Pending
9808649 Jul. 15, 2025, 23:23:04 18274 4,335.00 USD Pending
SydneyFX still owe me $4,335 to this day.
Francis Fisher the scammer
It’s a scam. I invested $100k with Francis Fisher and when I tried to withdraw some of my money he decided to disappear for two weeks. When he got back my money was gone and he wanted me to deposit more money.
He made a mistake by sending me a screenshot of an account with my name on it but with no money in it. While at the same time I sat in front of my computer looking at a different account which had my name on it and money in it.
They obviously set up a second account so they can leak our money into it.
Scam by scumbags.
Francis you will have no luck for all your lies and robbing!!!!

My withdrawals never went through, and support gave me nothing but scripted replies. Thankfully, (stratnest com) was able to step in and help me recover what was stuck.
Do not go anywhere near Sydney FX
Do not go anywhere near Sydney FX, it is a scam. Once you want to make a meaningful withdrawal it is not actioned and no means of address, anyone you may have previously dealt with disappear. Stay clear, do not get taken in by the BS or facade of the technology.
I wish I had taken notice of the scam messages
I wish I had taken notice of the reviews before investing in Sydneyfx.
It is a total scam.
They lead you on with profits and then suggest a trade that creates a loss and then want more funds.
I finally learnt my less after my second manufactured loss which wiped out my account and as expected they suggested a further deposit would fix the problem.
No chance.
Do not get RIPPED OFF by Sydney F X
We are old pensioners and over the last 18mnths we have been PROFESSIONALLY encouraged to invest a considerable sum of money with this company. Long (sad) story short, Max Ruben (not likely to be his real name) encouraged use with very slick, totally dishonest, lies, to invest some thousands of our savings into all sorts of products/companies that would return substantial funds to us. It was only when we booked an expensive cruise and tried to pay with our assumed investment, that we were informed that ALL our money had been lost and the money showing in our account actually belonged to Sydey FX.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ITS SCUM BAG REPRESENTITIVES. We are older and poorer but very much wiser.
SCAM SCAM SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM! Dirty rotten scammers will steal all of your money! They show you a too good to be true buildup on your account, always encouraging you to invest more. Things are great until you want to withdraw... then... no! "We loaned you money when things turn bad - you have to repay this" Total BS. Now... all gone. Stupid stupid me.
Further to my previous NEGATIVE review on SYDNEY FX
Further to my previous review NEGATIVE REVIEW ON SYDNEY FX, after No 3 fully trashed our account doing trades without our permission, and No 1 & 2 totally hedging our account so there is no way we could obtain any profit at all, No 3 had the audacity of contacting hubby again via WhatsApp on the this week stating 'the market is thriving, a certain stock has exploded', this is the earning season
Then why in the hell did they purchase that certain stock without our permission as a SELL the the week before( so we would only make profit if that stock share price went down)
Go figure - they don't know what they are doing to who ......or do they???
Hedge your account, then ask for more $$$$ to recover only to hedge again, ask for more $$$$ and if you don't comply - ghost you, either way you will never get your money back.
Seriously don't even bother looking for recovery firms - they are probably scams as well.
Aussie scammed by these oxygen thieves.
SCAMMERS. RUN A MILE FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!
I signed up on my own free will..... went slow & steady until too many red flags changed my mind. Dealt with "Mike Fisher" from the beginning and he said all the right things, like you can pull your money out whenever you like! Rules always changed, i.e, went from not able to put a trade on either myself or via him without talking on the phone with him at least every couple of weeks to the last trade going on automatically hours after I requested to draw all "my money" - $13,000USD. I was never allowed to trade more than 1 point, unless I invested more money, for their crypto AI Arbitrage software, and all of a sudden this auto trade was for 9.4 points! Now he tells me after this months cycle, because Bitcoin went down sharply, I've lost USD$12k.... On signing up I was sold on the fact it didn't matter what crypto does, the AI plays the markets of buying & selling platforms picking up little bits here & there. He says things like "you've made thousands, you should be thanking me"... if you can't get it out it's just a number on the screen! I've lost thousands. This is only a little bit of the BS & scam they have run on me & if this stops 1 person from dealing with them it'll save the heartaches I've been through. Happy to discuss with fellow victims and would love some insight on how to retrieve funds, get retribution!
SydneyFX is a scam company
SydneyFX is a scam company, this has been confirmed by media reports, please do not use this company. They ask you to deposit a small amount then constantly pressure you to deposit more stating that $5000 is the required amount if you wish to carry on trading. When I expressed a wish to leave I was ghosted, then another manager would call promising results but always wanting a large deposit so I could get my cash back. This happened 4 times before I was dropped altogether. I was given trading platform to see how my deposit was doing. My continued requests for cash return were ignored. I then went to a professional company to help, they told me there was no record of me having any trading account and said that what I was looking at was a facsimile
(a fake) Please do not deal with this company
DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE!!!
DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!
If I could give them a minus 10 I would.
They are scammers. They WILL steal any money you invest with them. Whilst initially deceiving you with small profits, their aim is to get you to invest larger sums of money which they will then move around/confiscate/steal for their own benefit and blame it on the market.
I should have followed my initial instincts. They are all (or mainly) oriental but have names like John, Mike and Robert - clearly fake names.
They need to be investigated and shut down by the regulators.
Should you invest with Sydney fx … my story
I have been using SydneyFx for about 15 months after responding to an advert in the UK, and unfortunately my experience of this company is that they will simply not allow you to make large withdrawals from your account. Like many other posts you will read here everything started fine and my account manager, using his alias Mike Davies, showed me how to use the system and trade away. I am an experienced investor and while new to trading I certainly understood the risks associated with trading, and I thought I was also being suitably cautious with SydneyFx. This meant taking things slowly, starting with the minimum $250 deposit, Mike showing me how to make withdrawals, which I could do at any stage, seeing the results, adding a bit more with Mike insisting on adding a bonus/credit to my account - which according to him would simply allow me to have more trading exposure and make both of us more money potentially. After reading the bonus agreement all seemed fine. I gradually invested more over the next 6 months enduring the inevitable ups and downs then after about 8 months with my funds worth $300,000 tried to make a withdrawal of $100,000. I put this through as $1k then $99k - the $1k was approved but the $99k refused. This is when it all started to go wrong. Mike said that I had not traded sufficient volume as per the bonus/credit agreement. I argued that is not what the agreement says to no avail. I could however pay back the bonus credit of circa $45,000 and they would process the withdrawal. I said there was no way I was paying in more money to the account. By now I obviously had the suspicion that Sydneyfx were not a legitimate or authorised broker and other bad reviews started to show up with the same issues I was experiencing. After thinking it through further I decided to trade the so called volume figure so that there would be no justification for Mike Davies and Sydneyfx to refuse to make the withdrawal requests and by January 2025 had done so with my account now in excess of $1million, from both my closed trades and the open profit & loss balance. I then made another withdrawal request for $200k in mid January 2025 and it still shows as pending. At this stage Mike Davies makes next to no effort to contact me and I have to continually message him and am left waiting a long time for a reply. I have spoken with a 'John from finance' and from my most recent talk with Mike Davies on Monday this week and I am now getting spun another excuse that 'someone senior' from finance will try and call me to explain the problem. This is simply another stalling tactic. As I originally transferred most of my funds into Sydneyfx using London Link there will be a audit trail of the Bitcoin transfer on the blockchain and I will pursue this matter.
If any part of this review rings true for you but you simply don't want to believe it to be true, then I can also attest to these same feelings when I read any negative reviews and was sure that this would not be my fate. Looks like I was wrong.
I have dealt with the company for 8…
I have dealt with the company for 8 months. This is my first experience of trading and Michael my contact has been very patient and has explained all aspects of the trades we have done. I am surprised at the accuracy of the profit forecasts which have been more than originally considered.
I would recommend the company to both first time and experienced traders as the knowledge and advice given has been excellent. My account manager Michael Brin has been such a great help not only with knowledgeable advice but also his patience and understanding.
Please, any advise ..!!
Please, Need help ,please, any opinions ..!!! My partner invested a LOT of money, trusted FRANCIS FISCHER completely, until he started dealing without any permission at all and, all the money was gone ....He has closed my partner's account and doesn't respond anything now. We REALLY NEED HELP to get contact with him or this people. Anyone has same experience or any advise would be greatly appreciated. Obviously ,We have reported to authorities.
After, they have contacted again, to make more deposit.
Asked to get the money back which Francis lost, NO more response ..
