I have had a very positive experience with SydneyFX so far. I have been guided by the excellent Joseph Kent who assisted through the initial process of investing, withdrawing and educating me on the financial markets. Most importantly the results have been amazing which I never thought possible after 40 years of conditioning.

I have had an excellent experience with Mike so far! Im a complete beginner and he has been extremely patient and given me simple steps to help me learn. It really makes a difference having someone who knows what they are doing and to make sure your taking the right steps to understanding how to trade!

David was Amazing. From my experience he did a very thorough job helping me understand how to read and analyze the market and trends. Being able to read the market yourself and not relying on someone else makes for a much more efficient trading process. My first trade with Davids’s help was a success to my surprise. I had different views than David but I decided I would go with his flow to see what will come out of it and well the result speaks for itself.
Apart from all the tools available on the platform, the account managers are the most advantageous tool available.

The credit for my using the mobile app as my main platform goes all to my account manager, Mr Moore. It was such a frustration for me to always be close to my computer, I was starting to have panic attacks every time I left the house. I'm a little slow when it comes to technology and it took me a few days to learn, but this firm offers great help with everything you need. Specifically for the older generation, they do go the extra mile for us.
Don't hesitate like I did to ask questions, you wont get anywhere elseway.

Steve Vogel is my assigned account manager and his guidance has been spot on time and time again. I started with commodities and our calls consist of analyzing market trends and getting the hang of setting up stop loss orders properly to reduce the possible losses made.
The options of trading are endless and I have tons more to learn. But for the meanwhile I'm enjoying the slow pace I'm in not rushing anywhere.

John cooper is my account manager and besides for managing the ins and outs of my account we have our weekly phone calls of market analysis and new trend talk.. my absolute favorite.

All together I'm happy with the firm and my trading results, I would say that the trading platform can use an update on speed but its nothing too serious.

Scam or no, I found them to be pushy and aggressive. I withdrew my deposit after a couple of weeks as I decided they were not for me and have been regularly contacted since. Last night they called to discuss why I had left and Mr Cyprus ( can't remember his name) was quite abrasive so I hung up. He called right back and was very rude about me hanging up. So I hung up again. He then called another 8 times.. at worst that is harassment from a scammer, at best it is just extremely poor customer relations. At the beginning of the first call he was very adamant that I had made a profit in my first week.. I'm starting to wonder if that isn't orchestrated by them to draw you in!

SYDNEYFX is a total scam. What they do is first you invest say £200, then within a couple of days that investment has gone up. Its turned into $. The guy that I was talking too rang me at the correct time that we had arranged. I'm not great with tech so it took a while to understand why I have to have this wallet and kraken.
A few friends of mine said its a scam so I contacted my bank as soon as I started to invest my £200, and they said let them show you how to withdraw money from SYDNEYFX into kraken and then my personal bank account. Kevin Lambert did show me this I took out some money went through Kraken and it hit my account.
However when I said to him this is all to complicated for me ,he also then mentioned this is a trial period and the minimum I need to invest next is £5,000. He got quite aggressive with his tone as to me wanting out. I did withdraw all my funds but, the big catch is it has to be authorised by him before going into kraken. Unlike my test withdrawal we did which took minutes, I know found myself stuck as he was not authorising my funds from SYDNEYFX to KRAKEN.
It took an email from me to let him realise my bank had been notified from the start of what I was doing and knew everything that he was showing me to do. As soon as I sent that email I got my money into Kraken.
It's a totally scam trust me.

An awful experience I lost my deposit without even trading. When I questioned how this could happen I was advised I traded and must have clicked on buttons by mistake....how could that be when I never knew how to access the trading page? Go figure.....now I get harassed to close the account otherwise they will pass on my info to the ATO. Anastasia for what the name is worth!

I am almost three months into investing with Anthony Moreno from Sydneyfx. Besides for his professional conduct Anthony has introduced me to all the guides and tools offered through the broker.
I was surprised to see a lot of support from their side and honestly it got me a little worried from the start but now I can fully rely on them with my assets. Thank you Anthony.

With Victors help I set up my account and I found myself loosing big sums of money, whether because I missed a trade oppurtunity or because I didn’t have the right guidance.
I explained to Victor that I needed more one on one help and that’s when things took a turn for the better. We scheduled weekly phone calls in which we discussed market trends and analyzed trading opportunities together. Following that victor recommended we jot down a trading schedule so that things happen in a timely manner. It's only been a week with the schedule but I feel that its already better and adds structure into my trading journey.
