I've seen various improvements on the platform over the past few weeks. As I've been trading with them for a few months now i recently upgraded to a higher account type and i expected more. I've filed some complaints about loading issues and technical difficulties I’ve been experiencing and I'm happy to see they care.
Additionally, I love using the trading guides as a learning tool. Im sure they offer much more than that just have to play around with the website to find them. Altogether a firm that wants their clients to succeed and invest and make profits.

After filling out a quick form that popped up on my screen, I received a call almost immediately. Although I was skeptical, I decided to go along with the representative on the call. He thoroughly explained what their company offered and how the entire process would unfold. He also mentioned that an account manager would contact me in the coming days to further assist me,

True to their word, I received a call the next day from my assigned account manager David Miller. Over the past week David has been an incredible help. despite having a basic knowledge of the trading world, I felt the need to refresh my memory and gain a deeper understanding of the current trading strategies and market trends. David has been patient and thorough in providing this information, ensuring I feel confident and prepared.

What has impressed me the most about this experience is the speed and efficiency of their service. from the initial contact to the ongoing support, everything has been prompt and professional. David has not only helped me review the basics but has also introduced advanced concept and tools that will undoubtedly enhance my trading skills. His expertise and approachable demeanor have made the learning process enjoyable and productive.

In addition to the educational support, the platform itself seems robust and user-friendly. David walked me through the various features and functionalities, ensuring I am well-equipped to navigate and utilize the tools available. The comprehensive nature of their service has given me a strong foundation and boosted my confidence to start trading.

For anyone interested in the starting to trade immediately without any unnecessary delays, this is the right place. their swift response time and dedicated support make them stand out. I am looking forward to continuing this journey with them and am excited about the potential opportunities ahead. Their service is fast, reliable, and spot-on, making them an excellent choice for both beginners and seasoned trader alike.

Most efficient platform I've come…

Most efficient platform I've come across over the years. Many trading options available and lots of support from account manager.Sydney FX is a good firm for those looking for guidance, I’m overall satisfied.
On the website they have trading guides and tools available for general guidance. One thing I would mention is the trading guides and tools available should be updated from time to time, otherwise they are not beneficial for prolonged use of clients as they get repetitive. I want to thank Nelson hill my personal advisor for his help and support throughout my trading journey.

I have been trading with this firm for almost half a year and was constantly experiencing glitches on the platform. I spoke to my account manager Daniel Russo several times with no change.. I don’t blame him just that I didn’t see any updates of the system.
Close to two weeks ago they did some sort of platform update and the glitches are no more. they do like to keep their customers happy and so I know that they are a firm I can rely on. Thank you to the Sydney fx team for your efforts.

Investor beware!

Prepare yourself to be on the receiving end of some very subtle high pressure selling techniques, often bordering sharp practice. They constantly try to pursuade you to invest more and more. Advise not to make any instant decisions on offers made; just say you need time to think about that, discuss with partner etc., and agree with them a call back time. I felt I was misled so cancelled my 7 day trial, receiving my investment monies back in full within days. If you cancel make sure it's firm and in writing to them; suspect this is where others have had difficulty in getting their monies back. If it works for you then good luck and go and buy your luxury yacht!

I had a wonderful experience using their service it was smooth, fast and without any friction. The website is user-friendly and there is no need of too many documents for verification.
Compared to similar companies Sydney was more convenient for me but it would be better if there were more local transfer methods available in SydneyFX.

The style and format of the system are not really to my liking, but I find it easy to navigate and access everything I need. For now, I will keep using it to see if my opinion changes over time.

SCAM! Cannot withdraw money! STAY AWAY!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. SydneyFX lulls you into a false sense of security by showing you how to withdraw a very small amount of money at the start & giving you a good return. The account manager is nice as pie to you. Then you agree to put in more money & they trick you into having a credit with them so you can "trade with higher volumes & make more profits". I got a contract to sign & was told not to worry because it just said I couldn't withdraw the credit of $2K USD as it was their money. It also asked me for my credit card number! Red flag!!!! I made nearly $100K USD pure profit in the 3 months I traded with them (not minus their hefty commission & insane swaps). I tried to finally withdraw $15K USD of my earnings, only to be told by my account manager Jacob Hill that I could not withdraw any money until I had traded 100 million volumes! He told me I signed a contract for the $2K USD & that bound me to it! So basically I could never ever recover my $17K AUD I invested into these scammers. I then asked him how many volumes I had done so far and he said that wasn't up to him to calculate and I had to go through every single trade I had ever done and calculate it all out! RED FLAG!!!! So if they did not have a software system to automatically count this on the few hundred trades I had done so far then who on earth on THEIR end was going to sit down to verify that I had done the 100 million to allow me to withdraw my money!!! NOONE!!! Another lie and scam!!! I don't know how these people can sleep at night knowing they rip off innocent people! Not only can you not withdraw, but the way they get you to trade is a complete scam & Jacob would get aggressive & threaten you if you didn't do what he said. The whole system is designed to make money off the trades you have out even if you are losing money on the trade. They make sure you are completely stuck. You are purposely set up. If you don't do what your account manager says, you get threatened that you will no longer get "signals" which are just taken from Investing.com anyway, So why are we paying a commission? Jacob would get angry and aggressive on the phone if you did not take out the HUGE positions right there and then that he was telling you to take out that would put your account into massive jeopardy if things went down. Then if I didn't, I would get Whatsapp messages from him telling me that I should have taken out the position that he told me and that he won't be helping me further. That his bosses are questioning him about why I haven't taken out the positions with the signals he is giving me. But the trade had gone down! I could write an essay about this place. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE ALL IN ON IT!! PLEASE DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY HERE NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU THINK THEY ARE HELPING YOU! I should have run when my bank blocked my account when I tried to transfer the first amount across! And when Jacob gave me scripts for when Kraken and Coinspot rang me so they didn't know what we were doing! Big red flag. More lies spun by Jacob!

Unable to withdraw my money

Once you have been stupid enough to give them money there is no way you will get it back.
Tried to withdraw my money 2 months ago but just shows as pending. A call with Anna on 14th March ended with me putting the phone down as she was so rude and shouting at me when I kept asking about withdrawing my money. She then followed up with WhatsApp messages.
She obviously forgot about this and I got a call from her yesterday trying to hook me in again. There is no way I will ever get my money back.
As other reviews state this is a scam company.
PLEASE don’t give them your money
UPDATE they have said I need to have a Zoom call with them to go through how to get my money back on my laptop but obviously my family have warned me not to have any more contact with these scammers. Why would they need access to my laptop for me to withdraw my money? A regular honest bank doesn’t need its customers to do this, so draw your own conclusions. I know I will get inundated with calls and messages for writing this review but I just wanted to warn others. They call from lots of different numbers so I can’t block them until I have answered first to see who it is.

If there was a zero that would be the…

If there was a zero that would be the score. DO NOT TRUST THEM.. the platform works well and you can trade to make money BUT YOU CAN NEVER TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT. They get you to hedge all the time which of course I have now learned is the worst way to deal with a position that is going foul but being a newby I didn't know it then. Then they harass you to put more money in either to cover the hedges or there is some great earning period coming. They harass you all the time anyway to put more money in. They will give you a credit to keep trading while you get your money but they get you to sign a contract which in the fine print says unless you have done over a million volume in trade you can't take your money out so unless you read all this you have had it. Then they refuse to take their credit out because of course they can then refer to the contract for the credit and not allow you to withdraw your money. Whatever you DO do NOT trust them and don't invest with them. My account manager was Jacob and they butter you up etc until the time comes you confront them and then they show themselves. DO NOT TRUST THEM EVER. My daughter also got scammed by them.

As requested adding info. I stand by everything I have said.
The main features are they draw you in by helping you do some good trades, then help you withdraw a small amount of money say $50USD then pressure you to put in more money.
They trade in a way that they don't allow you to close unprofitable trades. You are told by your account manager not to close trades at a loss but to wait until they come good again but neglect to tell you what the cost of that could be to you. Sometimes the swaps can be really really high and say even if you closed at $500 in the green by the time the swaps and commission are taken you may be lucky to make a profit at all for yourself. I now know legitimate people tell you to close unprofitable trades.
Our account manager Jacob would get very angry if either I or my daughter closed a position that was in the negative. He said it made him look bad with the company. He was very insistent not to close trades unless they were in the green but to hedge them instead. This could get completely out of control and the hedges could be in the thousands and equity would be getting low. They would then pressure you to put in more money so you could release the hedges as you needed more equity. They would also give you a credit to help you keep trading but not to close in the red.
As the equity was constantly low due to the hedges you could not safely withdraw any money.
Jacob would get very angry if we closed any position or a hedge at a loss. He would pressure to put more money in. He also said the credit was not a loan just a credit to help you keep trading but would be taken out when not needed.
The swaps were killing my account. I had almost $300K USD as my account position but with all the hedges and negative trades not closed the equity was less than $50K USD!! Finally I had no more money to put in but they kept pressuring, When they finally realised I wasn't going to put anymore in they withdrew the credit and my account went bust.
My daughter caught on earlier thank goodness and closed her hedges and unprofitable positions even though Jacob would get very angry and threaten to withdraw the $2KUSD credit they had put in the account. She had an account position of $64K USD but it went down a lot when she closed a heap of the hedges and negative trades even with Jacob threatening her. She traded back successfully until she had $36KUSD in equity of her OWN money not including the credit and then tried to withdraw $15KUSD. She was told NO as she had $2K USD credit. When she told them to take it out they said no,(even though she had been threatened with it being withdrawn before) and that she had to trade 100million in trade before they would withdraw the credit and allow her to withdraw her money!! She did not need the credit and the money in the account was HERS.
She has not traded since as she can't see the point of making THEM money if she can't withdraw her money.
Their mode of trading seems to be do not close a negative trade, hedge, let the account get out of control and pressure you to put more money in account. Sometimes the hedges would get to ridiculous amounts like thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars and every day they would take their swaps out. Sometimes these hedges would be there for months and months. So they make their profit on the hedges and the commission they charge and pressure you into putting in more money. This mode of trading is very profitable for them, not so much for the client. It is nothing but a scam to make them money.
Why can't my daughter take out HER money. It's ridiculous and not a true business relationship. Until my daughter gets her money back I will keep warning people of how they do "business" so no-one else is caught. Don't trust them.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Constant harassment, send vile messages through WhatsApp saying your ignorant and 'no wonder your getting a divorce' - all because I spent MY OWN MONEY on getting away from my ex, instead of investing with them.

If I ever have enough money to invest in this type of business, I WILL NOT be using them. I'll be going to a competitor.

Dear Leigh,

we're sorry to hear you had a bad experience. As the one who's writing this comment I'm proud to be a part of an organization that is doing its best efforts to provide our traders with an efficient and accurate financial info. You invested 250 USD and took out 300 USD resulting with a profit of 20% in less than a month. I'm glad to see that you got an excellent return for your investment hence your negative review is surprising indeed. Not to be mistaken, we'll debrief and improve based on your case in order to get better than ever. We'll be happy to collaborate with you at any given time in the future in order to give you a better experience.

Invest elsewhere

Dipped my toe with this company, luckily a very small amount, to test what could be done. Within a week or so my investment of $250 had, on paper increased impressively. However, the whole situation is completely controlled by the company and you cannot withdraw money without the consent of the company. I found the whole system totally complicated so needed help to withdraw money. They ALLOWED me to withdraw small amounts but when I decided to withdraw the rest of my money, we hit a wall. My request was sent and acknowledged on the 2nd April and was told that someone would contact me. To date, NOTHING. I have written to them 3 times with no response. So glad I only invested a small amount as I have now written off ever hearing from them.
DO NOT invest with them. Incidentally, since the initial increase the remaining investment has not increased at all.
Steer clear!!
