dont fall for this site just run away save yourself

this site wants your money. You cannot deposit or withdraw without the account manager permission what a joke, lost £3600 but it could have been far worse if I had listened to mike who wanted me to put my ISA s in thank god I said no or that would have gone too. kraken is a far better site to trade on.

Did well at first

Did well at first, my manager was Michael, who I liked. After three months my money had risen by 60%. My manager then changed, all he wanted was for me to put in more money. I would not do that, and shortly after the 350 dollars I had made, suddenly disappeared to a minus. I know it is risky, but until I refused to increase my stake I was making a nice return. I find this very suspect, and would not deal with this company again.

I have come across many crypto…

I have come across many crypto investing sites but this one stands out as one of the best... After investing my crypto with this service I received great value in return.
The service ensures a speedy and secure payment process making it a highly recommended option for anyone looking to invest in crypto.
I would personally recommended this service to anyone without hesitation.

Don’t go there!

I was talked into depositing £200 with them in December ‘23. It was not explained that this was a trial period or whether it was a contract of any sort. I find it too fiddly and want out but have been trying all this year to get my money back. They do it in dribs and drabs then don’t get back to you again. Sooo pleased I didnt put any more money with them. It has been a waste of my time and theirs. Don’t go there!

Not for me. Pressure selling

I can only say my experience with Sydney FX was very disappointing. After viewing some FaceBook reviews I applied online and was called immediately by Sydney FX to sign up and pay $200US to start my account. I was then contacted by a man who went by the name Robert Smith who said he was Russian and was based in Cyprus, but was my personal account manager (Anyone seeing red flags yet?) Following Mr Smiths advice I invested my initial $200US in a bitcoin account and after being contacted by Mr Smith on a regular basis who was keen for me to invest more funds, I decided this type of investing was not for me and declined to go any further. I am computer literate, but I found the whole computer system of using different apps complicated and not easy to comprehend. Against my better judgment I was persuaded to continue to just let the bitcoin run for a month or so, which seemed to show a healthy profit. I then decided to take the $600 profit and close the account. Although I put it a request on line, I was not allowed to do that until I had discussed the matter with my adviser Mr Smith who was away ill. On his return we spoke on Tuesday when the profit showed $700. As he did not have much time on that day. I was asked to hold off two days until Thursday, when suprise surprise, bitcoin had crashed and my account was cleaned out and was negative.
I fully understand the high risks in investing, and the rises and fall in the market which is one of the reasons I wanted out. Don't play if you can't afford to lose your money. However in my particular case, I found the pressure selling wearying, plus the fact they would not immediately act upon my instructions The loss is not sour grapes, I had mentally written off the initial investment. It seems the $200 loss would be worth it simply never to hear from Mr Smith again.
However, I would strongly suggest anyone considering investing in Bitcoin to read an online ABC news article dated 25 March 2024 entitled "How much does it cost for a scammer to hack your email" where it was reported that a man from Melbourne had an experience eerily similar to myself. Except he lost $9000!
I have seen Sydneys FX's response to my review, which doesn't say much, and I am not suggesting that Sydney FX has anything to do with the ABC article which dramatically points out the perils of investing in Bitcoin via social media, but based on my personal experience I can only stress I would certainly not recommend this company.

Very unhappy!!!

Very unhappy!!!
Opened an Account with them a few months ago. Started small trusting their AI to develop my equity. All good till last Friday when AI became very unintelligent and started trading a qty of 100 whereas normally it would only occasionally do a qty 10. This was catastrophic and blew my balance of 40k. It was an obvious error. After trying to contact them for days they finally responded after emailing support. The AI expert would accept no responsibility and first offered me 20k if I put 6 in of my own. Next morning this had reduced to an offer of 13.5 k if I put 6k in. Totally unacceptable to me as their software had mismanaged the account and in 8 mins blew up my balance. Their response was take or leave it. Have all the recordings of the calls and spreadsheet of the trades. The error is obvious. For me it’s a question of integrity. Yes there are wins and losses but when software becomes suddenly unstable and makes an obvious error then it’s time for the supplier of service to put your hands in the air. That’s how things evolve. They treated me like someone who doesn’t matter and accepted no responsibility. Be warned for all their account management assurances that the AI protects your balance / equity within parameters this obviously failed they just don’t care. I feel completely let down!!!

I have been using Sydneyfx for four…

I have been using Sydneyfx for four months now, and so far, it's good.
It works, which is the most important thing. As long as I am making money, I am happy.
The platform does need minor improvements here or there, nothing big, just minor annoyances, but other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with everything.

5 stars = well deserved

This firm well deserves this 5 star rating. in my 3 years trading I've come across a lot but this firm although they have higher prices it is for a reason. Following one of my first calls with Mike Fisher I remember discussing the prices with him. He mentioned to me quite a few times that the reason for the high prices is only to benefit the traders. Now 4 months later I'm happy I stayed and I'm sure if this was any other firm I wouldnt be as happy as i am here at the Sydnye Fx Firm.

Everything is sorted

Pleased to say that everything is now sorted out regarding the closure of the "trial account ".
Unfortunately a series of missed phone calls led to the problem occuring.
Throughout Sean has been most helpful, and when I feel more confident will certainly consider another investment.

A Fair Trader

I deposited $250 and was shown the various aspects of trading by a very helpful Kevin, unfortunately I was not happy with the crypto wallet providers and requested a refund, this was processed without any problem. I will certainly use SydneyFX when I am happy with a crypto wallet provider.

Had a good feeling

from the first call with my account manager i had a great feeling about the firm. Michael Sucre and I put together a trading schedule that best suited me and we went according to that. We had a scheduled phone call once a week whether I made a trade or not.
There was no pressure or right or wrong decision. Each trade I would make was thought through and Michael knew this is how I went about my journey.

Trading mostly on Gold

I had the pleasure of working with Jeffery Goldman as my account manger, and my experience has been quite good. From the first stages of working with a demo account to going on my live account. the entire journey has been nothing short of impressive.

To begin with, Jeffery provided me with the access to a demo account, and allowing me to learn the platform and understand the market movements. This step was instrumental in building confidence and trust. The demo account was a comprehensive reflection of the live market, enabling me to observe the strategies employed by Jeffrey and the potential outcomes of trades.

Once I felt ready to start working with my live account, He guided me with precision and demonstrated a deep understanding of the market trends. the support I received throughout the entire process was exceptional.
Jeffery was always responsive to any of my questions, providing clear explanations and guidance. The level of professionalism I had by both Jeffery and Sydneyfx support team contributed to an enjoyable trading experience.

In terms of actual results, I initially deposited 30,000 USD into my live account. Over the course of three moths, we did almost 10% profit, 2,800USD and I withdrawn 1,500USD.

Amended Review.. Sydney FX bitcoin

I Made an investment after watching an advert regarding bitcoin and how there is a potential to make substantial profit.. i was contacted by Sydney FX. The person who contacted me was very friendly, ultimately he wanted me to invest loads more money to hopefully make more money! I found the experience quite complected, so decided it wasn't for me. I closed my account and after a bit of a delay the money I invested was returned showing a small profit.

Dear Peter,

If you want something you never had, you need to do something you’ve never done. In any given moment we have two options:
to step forward into growth or to step back into safety.
The innovation of cryptocurrencies is not meant for every one indeed. There are some people who prefer to stick with the old banking system who gives them nothing but nearly zero interest rates and ongoing inflation. Yet again, we appreciate your honest feedback and we're glad that you finished your experience with a profit.
