Slow shipping, no tracking, no answers
I placed an order with Tannico on July 31st. Their website says orders ship within 24 hours. It's been 3 weeks and they can't explain why my order is so delayed. They aren't able to give me a shipping date or tracking information but say my order has shipped. I'm extremely tempted to dispute the charge with my credit card since I'm not getting any actual answers. I won't order from them again.

I placed an order as a Birthday gift
I placed an order as a Birthday gift. It should have been dispatched 7-10 days later. I was informed it would be delivered between 26-29 June. As it had not been received by 29th June I checked the status and it said it had been dispatched. I contacted Tannico and received an e-mail saying it had just been dispatched. No guarantee it would get there in time. UPS had the parcel and did not deliver it on the day they said they would. This was 2 days before the Birthday. Decided to contact a local winery and had a wonderful experience and a gift organised.

There are much better wine houses: do NOT buy at Tannico
I ordered several boxes of wine. After one month still no messages from Tannico. So I contacted them when my order will be delivered. After that message they inform me that a part of my order is out of stock.
So it takes one month before they react and only after the cusomer complaint.
I stilangeland 31 do not have my order delivered after 1,5 month.

My experience to date with Tannico has…Excellent experience - Constructive Criticism
My experience to date with Tannico has been excellent.
However, I have just one (1) point of constructive criticism.
By pure accident, I ordered Barbera del Monferrato, 2015, Marchesi di Barolo.
It turned out to be absolutely delicious and excellent value.
I went on line to re-order 6 bottles, but couldn't find it (not with the same label.
Perhaps I am making this criticism because of my disappointment. However, it would be better if the site said "Sold Out" or "Discontinued".

I ordered 2 times wine with Tannico and I’m very satisfied.
Asking questions to the Customer Service is not possible because they don’t answer the phone. But if you send them an email,they respond very fast.

Tannico did right by me in a difficult…
Tannico did right by me in a difficult situation. My wine shipment had a bottle break and UPS tracking was saying they were returning to sender. I contacted Tannico and they intervened with the carrier and convinced them to remove the broken bottle and attempt delivery to me. They refunded the amount for the broken bottle, and despite some problems with UPS delays (not Tannico’s fault) I have my wine in hand! Thanks to the guys at Tannico for quickly responding and helping get my wine to me in time for Christmas!
Beyond ridiculous
Beyond ridiculous!
I ordered wine over 6 weeks ago.
I have been told lie and lie. I have attempted to call, it once took 19 attempts before the phone was answered. I am currently 35 minutes in to calling with no response!
Tannico claimed the wine was damaged upon first attempt of delivery. Tried a second time, the delivery was delayed as they did not have the address. Well, how on Earth was the first attempt made with no fixed delivery?! Now I have been informed the 2nd attempt of delivery has been returned to the warehouse - another pathetic excuse.
I am so fed up!
