First time I 've ordered with Tannico. Bought a wine I had in London and didn't found in Belgium ( Sfursat Carlo Negri). Order arrived in Belgium after 1 week so no complaints.
Will order again when I want a wine that I don't find here.

Great experience.
I was unlucky on my first 18 bottles order since 1 one the box with 12 bottles was damaged by Fedex before the delivery. I only received 6 bottles. Promptly Tannico refund those undelivered 12 bottles. On my 2nd order I went for the max amount of 48 bottles of Bonarda from Oltrepo' Pavese (Impossible to find in USA). From the order to the home delivery it took 3 weeks as expected. Everything perfect. I will order again and again. Roberto (Dublin, CA USA)

A good selection of wines at reasonable prices. In the past I have had problems with shipping, the shipper's not Tannico's fault, but this time was fine.

Excellent wine selection and GREAT Customer Service
UPDATE: You can see from below the review that Tannico was extremely quick to respond. Their customer service is obviously on the ball and I appreciate their actions. I will be purchasing again in the future.

First - Don't trust the TrustPilot with 2,300 reviews and 4.7 average for Tannico. LOOK at the recent reviews - they don't average a 3!
Tannico has Excellent wine selection but TERRIBLE delivery methods. There is no reason to buy from them unless it is being shipped in mid winter. The wine is shipped in cardboard box with cardboard dividers. I bought 6 bottles and the box must have been thrown, tousled, and had something sitting on top of it in transport. When the wine arrived at my office it sat in the air conditioning for about 45 minutes and I opened the box. The wine was hot to the touch. The bottle of Amarone had obviously overheated and had seepage on the label. At $60 a bottle that is extra unreasonable.
Now I have to wait to see if any of it will taste worth what I paid.
Save yourself headaches and money and buy locally. No, you can't get every wine you want (you can still get most), but it won't be ruined in shipment either.
Wine I get on allocation has never arrived like this. Good wineries don't ship this way. Obviously Tannico is a reseller/retailer and they have to cut corners.
Bummer. I liked their selection and their site.

Tannico is great, good supply of wines. But I received the delivery very late, different from the estimate and thus did not get what I had ordered.

Complete fiasco
Complete fiasco. I ordered wine for my wedding in April for delivery by 30th May.
I was told dispatch would be in 3 May.
I was contacted by Tannico to let me know some of the wine couldn't be supplied, but they could replace with similar, which I accepted. By now, this pushed dispatch back to 10 May.
I chased this dispatch to be told it hadn't been sent, because they were still waiting for the replacement wine to arrive. I asked them to replace with something that they had that could just ship.
Now shipment was to 17 May.
This shipment also didn't happen. I repeatedly repeated that it was for a wedding with latest deliver of 30th. And now time was running out. Eventually shipment was made on 24th May with a promise it would arrive on 30th May.
No UPS tracking arrived as promised on 29th May. I chased and was sent a UPS code... but it wasn't tracking because the package hadn't been picked up by UPS yet.
Here I am on 30th May, no idea where the wine is, no answer to emails and no updates from UPS. I'll be turning away the delivery and making some very stressful last minute organisation.
Terrible, terrible service and communication. Avoid at all costs - buy your wine in the UK.
Update: After chasing THEM again they've confirmed no delivery on 30th and they can't guarantee tomorrow before midday.

Terrible experience for a first-time order
Ridiculous, because I am still waiting for my wine order after 1 week. 1 star because the problem is at an empasse and no solutions have been offered whatsoever (zendesk/chat is useless). Courier SDA (yes THEM) insists that the delivery address is incomplete/wrong. If that is true, then what SDA courier (it was an Amazon order) delivered to my address 07/05/2019? And also all the deliveries in the past? Babbo Natale?!? Poste Italiane, BRT, TNT, all of them have no problem finding this so-called "incomplete address" that SDA claims. A refund would be welcome.

Ordered my wine on the 16th Dec and…
Ordered my wine on the 16th Dec and received it today. After hearing so much about these wines from a friend I decided to look everywhere here for them but was not able to find any. Decided to order from here and the prices where amazing, especially the delivery charge. Will be saving certain bottles for special occasions but will happily order from here again.
