Upon every renewal despite hardly using the service over the past years the price is massively hiked. You have to kind of cancel discuss and renegotiate. This year UI missed the cancellation and got charged over £300/

After a driver crashed his car into ours the AA were great in sorting the repair and dealing with the third party insurance. Also their repair contractor did a superb job on correcting all the damage to our car.Great paint match.Also provided a car for us to go to the coast while ours was being repaired.Staff very helpful.

I had hit a curb and ruined two tyres, the AA estimated await time 2hrs 40mins. The AA man Alex arrived after 45 minutes, He checked both tyres, phoned around to see which garages had the size, he took the first one, then came back, fitted it, then placed his wheel on my car to take to the garage where he followed to collect his wheel. This was an exceptional service, I would not use any other breakdown company

The service from the AA was a very easy process and made the claim and repair easy for me to go through. However the repair to the vehicle could have been better.

Car insurance is something you normally buy but never use. I hadn't had any incident in over 20 years so when I was involved in a hit and run I had to make a claim. They honestly made the process so easy, they coordinated the repair company and hire car companies to contact me.

Service second to none

Im insured with the AA and when my car was damaged and undriveable whilst legally parked I contacted them by phone and they were quick to answer and sent a recovery vehicle quite quickly and took it to an approved garage. They organised a hire car which was delivered the same day and the whole claim process was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I felt I was in safe hands and all the staff were friendly and helpful

Claim for a third party caused accident was straight forward with friendly excellent service. Claim process was simple. All management of repair and liaison was handled well. Outcome for me was as good as it could have been. Would definitely recommend the AA insurance service.
