I was declined insurance cover by an insurance company, (which I'd been with for a number of years), for a brand new motor vehicle ,plus the person I spoke to on the phone could not explain to me what the reason for refusal meant,it was a breath of fresh air speaking to the AA operator.No fuss,no bother and in no time at all my car was insured and at a very competitive price. Excellent service

Easy to understand good value with a well known name i trust. Policy easy to download would use again if policy fair each year.

Website relatively easy to use to get the cover level we wanted.
Not given 5* yet as we still have to wait for paper certificate to arrive 'in next few days' ..ie before 27th May I trust.
The other test is response if one needs to phone a helpline. That is what made us decide to change provider!!

We were using go compare site and they forwarded us to you .we chose the platinum cover and it suited our needs .we put in all the required information in the site but for reasons unknown the switch over caused the reporting of our motorcycle accident to disappear.we didn't realise untill later that night after my wife read out and noticed the discrepancy.we tried fixing it but your bot was absolutely useless in helping us .we immediately got into contact at your 8 I clock open time to resolve the issue and we went and spoke to Antony who charged us an extra 220 pound that we had to pay in cash for said error .it's a bloody joke and we will definitely not be using you ever again .alongside this I'm also writing a review in trust pilot and I've contacted BBC watchdog program to do a investigation into how you rip people off

After going on Compare the Market I chose to go to the AA. The gentleman I spoke to found me an even better price for me. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Manged to get fully comp insurance and breakdown cover with at home for £120 cheaper than I was quoted by my previous insurer. Would certainly recommend for such good service.

I found sorting my insurance very is easy on the AA site , also cheaper than my previous insurance company

The call centre staff were knowledgeable and helpful, spoke understandable English very good service. Used a combination of website to establish what was available that suited me than rang to confirm what I thought and to purchase the insurance.
