Is this satanic company that scammed me…

Is this satanic company that scammed me of thousands of Pounds still operating?
Please, becareful of this organisation so that you will not cry over your investment with them.
This pressure buy 2let organisation should not be trusted. The Government of the United Kingdom allows this type of organisation to continue to scam people because buy to let organisation is not well regulated in this country.
This crooks were reported to ombudsman but nothing was done about my case.
You can deliberately liquidated your organisation and set up another company after scamming innocent people.
This is not good for the UK who prides itself of justice and fair play among the nations of the world. What a shame?

I have also sunk £4600 with these guys on a failed purchase because they sold me a new build property in Bolton and then came back to me saying that the developer had already sold it to someone else. When i asked for my deposit back they said i had an agreement to purchase a replacement property if for any reason the sale fell through. Of course never heard from them since.

Does anyone know of any solicitors who can raise a class action for anyone else in the same situation as me. Is anyone else interested in joining me for a class action.

Please contact me They dont allow me to put an email in this chat so would like to know a way to connect with anyone interested.

Please avoid!!!

Please avoid to save yourself the experience we have had. Issues include;

- Mis-quoting and selling us something we couldn't afford. We paid the deposit then when trying to get a mortgage found the mistake which meant we couldn't proceed with 2 properties as was out of our budget now, yet they blamed us and of course didn't refund the £2K deposit.
- The one we did purchase was took 2 years longer than they said it would and specification we were promised was not delivered.
- Constantly, being given extra bills for all kinds of hidden costs.

Would not recommend, look to invest your money elsewhere!

Pulled out of a deal due to a lack of trust stemming from bad advice and due diligence on their part. Now won’t answer the phone to return £3600 paid to them and won’t return any of my emails. Do not fall for this scam!!

The Buy2Let Shop is a scam company that took upfront fees & now ignores calls & emails

This is scam company that took fees of £1995 for an overvalued property and have now disappeared.

The company behind it is E Property Sales Ltd who trade as The Buy2Let Hub and The Buy2Let Shop (Company No: 12144649).

In November 2020 I agreed to the cash purchase of property addressed as 30 Byron Grove, DN33 1DJ for the price of £65,000. I paid a reservation fee of £995 and a reservation deposit of £1,000.

I paid for a valuation of the property and it was valued at £60,000 with essential works required. I informed The Buy2Let Hub on 8th December 2020, who were supposed to renegotiate the price with the seller, according to their terms and conditions.

After 14 days The Buy2Let Hub informed me that there was no feedback from the seller. On the 22nd December 2020 I requested a refund from The Buy2Let Hub.

To date there has been no feedback from The Buy2Let Hub regarding my refund. All telephone numbers either ring off or go to voicemail. Emails receive an auto reply saying that the company is closed for Christmas and will reopen on 5th January 2021. Calls and complaints are ignored.

E Property Sales Ltd, which trades as The Buy2Let Hub and The Buy2Let Shop, is flagged on companies house as being in administration.

This is a scam company DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.

We negotiated a repayment of fees through The Property Ombudsman - but only received 2 of the 5 payments before receiving a letter from this company's administrators yesterday (14.01.21)

Very poor service

Very poor service, they are desperate to get your fees and once they have them your thrown on the back burner.

The properties they do show you are not worth what they claim and their calculation are a load of nonsense

Overvalued and conflict of interest

Their valuations are so inflated that their so-called "discounts" are nothing of the sort. You will end up overpaying for a property and paying them a large fee upfront which you will never be able to get back. If you use them don't pay anything upfront and don't use their recommended solicitor or recommended financial advisor. They also take a commission from the seller so they have a big conflict of interest in the transaction. Once they have your cash they just want to complete as fast as possible to get their kickback from the vendor. They pretend to be a buyers agent but they are nothing of the sort.

Strange that there are so many five-star reviews for this company and all written in the same style....

An additional thing. They have changed their name now to Buy2Lethub so avoid that company as well.

Excellent service

Our experience with the buy2let hub was very helpful. Being first time buyers it was imperative that we know the ins and outs of the deal we were getting into. Josie ensured that we weren’t left in the dark regarding anything pertaining to the deal, as well as helping to diffuse all tensions by providing a professional yet welcoming demeanour as she helped us through the process.

I never investing in property and Josie came to my rescue

I was looking at investing in property for some time and decided it was time to stop thinking about doing it and just get on and take the plunge. As I didn’t have a clue of how to go about it I started to look on the net and came across the buy to let. I phoned them for help and advice and after a quick chat I was told that someone would call me back and not long after I received a call from Josie Who explained the whole process in great detail but in a way that even I could understand. we went on to having several meetings and then Josie put together some deals together for me to have a look at and see if there was something that I liked the look of and after I had decide Josie helped me all the way she is vey knowledgeable and gives great advice. I feel lucky to have Josie there to help me. Don’t delay call and get started you won’t look back 😁

My wife and I are novices in this field…

My wife and I are novices in this field and so were unsure of what to expect and very nervous about going in to the buy to let market. We needn't have been. We were so lucky to have been introduced to Josie Hartley at The Buy2Let Hub by the efficient Connor Stewart who was the first contact we had with the company.
Josie is such a professional and so knowledgeable of the market. She put no pressure on us and her friendly manner and confidence put us at ease. She genuinely cared about us and our personal circumstances.
Josie has found us a great investment for the future and with her expertise we are looking forward to building our portfolio with her.
We have also been introduced to James Lynch who is in the sales progression team and has been very helpful and efficient.
Thank you team and thanks again Josie, we look forward to working with you in the future.
Anthony & Lesley.
