Very good experience with The Buy2Let Shop so far - I am a first time property investor and Josie took the time to walk me through all the different strategies, answer all my questions and understand what my objectives were before bringing me properties that she felt would be the best match for me. When in March 2020, we chose to utilise your 'Buy2Let Shop' services to invest in buying a discounted, quality build property, which included the 'Total Management of our investment', and also provided us with a long term guaranteed yield, we didn't realise how smooth the purchase would go. The purchase process when very well, and because of the excellent services you and your aligned teams provided, in May, we decided to extend our property portfolio, and therefore contracted to use your professional services a 2nd time.

I have already privately recommended the Buy2let Shop to other friends who have now signed up with them and already have a deal in the pipeline. I wouldn't do this if I wasn't happy with the experience I've had with them. My property consultant Ross, worked hard from when we met him and secured us an investment which has proved to be one of the best I've done till date. The figures I was given at the time, did check out at time of completion. The research into the area also checked out. There was no way I would have gone for such an investment on my own and I'm glad I trusted the Buy2let Shop.

The rest of the team including Hannah have also been helpful in different ways.

I have been working with The Buy2Let Shop for a year now, with my initial contact all through Ross who was very helpful. I had previously had some experience in property but mainly overseas, so Ross and Lloyd managed to talk me through the UK specifics. I was originally a bit sceptical about these kind of services, but we devised a bit of a plan based on what I needed/wanted. I purchased a standard Buy2Let originally with cash, am now refinancing and expect to get all my money back out (nice little first deal). I also have bought an off plan freehold property, which unfortunately given the current COVID situation is likely to be delayed in the build phase (but again a good deal - assuming the market doesn’t dive).

Since these ones above, I am also now involved with the Help2Invest scheme where I have a blocks of units and 3 freehold properties side by side. These are yet to complete and as they are a bit complicated and have taken some time, but the returns are exceptional.

They also assist with recommendations for solicitors and brokers etc.

Would definitely recommend them and Ross and Lloyd have been particularly helpful.

My situation was not very easy and straight forward, they was a time I wanted to give up as it was too stressing for me, but they were there with me, support me every step of the way, I would say they went out of they way to help and support me, I would recomend them 100%
