My wife and I attended the Buy to Let Shop seminar in February 2020 and were very happy with what Buy2Let had to offer in terms of service for people like us looking to invest in Buy to Let. That day after the event we decided to become full members for life so we have signed all paper work without hesitation.

Extremely impressed with the service received from Ross and Hannah at Buy2let Shop when buying my first Buy 2 Let investment. Even during the "testing" conditions of "lockdown" due to COVID-19, they were quick to respond to all my correspondence.

I would like to thank Hannah and Ross for all of their hard work at convincing me to part with over £250,000 in one of uk biggest scams. Both Hannah and Ross have been truly professional at every step of this scam, I have now exchanged contracts on several supposedly BMV properties and have now learned that the whole process has been fraud, the buy2letshop & Solomon was just a front for the scammers They took plenty of time to find out what I wanted and used this information to scam me of my life changing money.

We purchased 3 properties over a span of 2 months with buy to let. Josie has been extremely helpful and very thorough with her figures. I went to one of the rather well advertised Property Investment Seminars on the 18th January 2020 where I was persuaded to part with £995 for an amazing property service including access to discounted properties.

I was contacted by an agent, called Ross and we had a brief exchange what I was looking for property wise. I was looking for a HMO House and I was offered only 2 property deals for new builds both of which I am not interested in. I thought I would leave it for a bit and contact them again a couple of weeks later as I was sick.

When I contacted them again, Ross tried to persuade me again regarding the same two offers. I told him that I have similar offers in my inbox everyday and this was not what I was looking for .
Ross then told me he was on his way to holiday in Australia and he would be in touch after immigration to talk

I told the Buy2Let Shop that I have not used any of their services and would like my money back.

They said I must email compliance, which I did about 2 weeks ago and not only have I not received an acknowledgement let alone a reply. When I whats app'd Ross who is enjoying his lovely holiday in Australia, he simply replied it takes two weeks

So here we are 2 weeks
No money refunded
Countless calls
Nothing
I spoke to Ross' assistant Richard who assured me someone would get back to me last week Friday.

Today is Tuesday the 3rd Marc 2020 and I haven't heard anything

I really have been tricked by them, you should see how they behaved when they wanted my money to the absolute silence now that I am trying to get hold of them

My next step is to go to Trading Standards

Very poor customer service . I asked for an invoice and still not given. I had a call from the representative and he tried to sell me off plan deal but I refused because any small developers can go bust and take your money. I strongly think they have to give better customer service. I suggest everyone be careful before you get into a deal.

I got introduced to Buy2letShop and was assigned to Shannon Shaddick. She invited me to a workshop where a different dimension of property investments were discussed. I immediately signed up to be a member, I was that impressed. Now being a member, I was assigned to Elliot Weekes, brilliant chap, to guide me through my property investment adventures. I had my one on one with him where my portfolio strategy was agreed and he went to work to find appropriate properties and came up with three of which I chose one. I have now exchanged contracts and awaiting completion. Hannah Mahoney is now in charge and updates me very regularly. She understands that regular updates is very reassuring for first timers. I believe that she would continue with this till completion.
Altogether, it has been a very good journey and experience. Thank you to the excellent trio.

Overall experience has been really good. Josie has been really helpful with everything we’ve asked. Couldn’t ask for a better service! Very helpful and understanding. Open and honest! Looking forward to the future!
