The Buy2let Shop 

Lost thousands, stay away at all costs. After TWO failed properties, I Lost £4.5k. They still have my money now and this was 2016. STAY AWAY!

First was an off plan that apparently got push back and back. I called the builders (inspired homes) and they said nothing was secured in my name.

Second house got down valued by my lender by over 12%! Whatever you do, do not use their own solicitors etc.

Look on companies house, the same people are directors of both buy2let shop and the ‘third party’ estate agents.

Totally disingenuous, I lost 4.5k of hard earned money!

Thebuy2letshop have provided us an outstanding service right from the start. Their advisers are extremely professional and have offered us sound and honest advice at all times. They ensure you are given all the facts about the investment they advise you about, and are more than willing to call you back to discuss anything that you're not sure about. The process we went through to buy our property was very easy and they were on hand to guide us at every step of the way. We would therefore like to give Ross Jay a special thanks for all the help he provided us with our investment. Thanks RJ, you are a true professional who provided us with all the information that we needed, to help us buy with confidence.

The information that I got at the session was totally different than the service which I got. You need to pay 1000 pounds in order to get the service, but they won't give you any pre-auction properties and also no access to their system with multiple properties. What they provide is a new apartments only which 15% higher than the market price. They will try to convince you of their proposal, but it's far expensive. Also, never try to make a deal without seeing the actual property at the location itself. You need to do a survey by your self before making any decision.

As a first time buyer. I wouldn't have been able to do it without the Buy2let shop! They have really held my hand through every step of the way! From having a personal property investment advisor who can really guide you in the different ways you can invest. Throughout the process you also have sales progression advisor who will do all the hard work for you and handle the follow ups, referring you to the right legal team and can also refer you to property management company! In my case i had personal matters that threatened my investment but thankfully they managed to negotiate a deal for me where i was able to salvage my investment and avoided costly interests, fines and legal ramifications! Started my investment journey with the buy to let shop last month. Very excited for the future.

The sales presentation was informative and friendly. Was expecting sales pressure but surprised by not getting it. Signed up on the day with Josie. She answered all my queries quickly. Was offered 2 properties to look at and going ahead with an off plan flat. I was dithering but the deal was clinched by the developer offering a guaranteed 8.5 per cent rent for 5 years! Can't really go wrong with that.
