If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a dress for £50+ in may 2019 and never arrived.

I order a dress a year ago and never come!
Do not order from this fake site.

TDLC SHOULD BE STRUCK OFF!

My daughter ordered 5 dresses for her 21st birthday outing in 2019. 2 dresses never arrived, and the 2 that she returned were not refunded. Very long story but in a nutshell, we issued court proceedings, they agreed to pay a reduced amount and never did.

Basically - disreputable companies such as this can take your money and you have little or no comeback.

Avoid TDLC at all costs! They are nothing less than thieves.

It is a scam website. The same story I ordered a dress back in Oct 2019 and followed up with them almost every month with no success. And the website is down now.

Ordered a dress 2 years ago and its still not arrived.... Do Not Order.

I wish I had read Trust Pilot before. I ordered 2 dresses in May 2019....still no sign of them!! I’ve basically lost £80, they replied to emails with poor excuses and now it’s too late to go through my bank & as it was lower than £100 I wasn’t covered. If you have bought from them recently definitely go through your bank ASAP as you will not be receiving the dresses you thought you’d ordered. A huge SCAM! This company deserves 0 stars!!

I wrote on here in October 2019 and my post was removed. However it is now February 2021 and my item still hasn’t arrived that I ordered in August 2019, and I have not been given a refund either. Please, to anybody that has ordered from this company, try to contact your bank/credit card company as soon as possible to try and retrieve your money and stop this company from scamming you too.

Similar review everyone else, absolute scam of a company. I am also taking legal action against them but am struggling to find a registered address. If anyone else is taking legal action please get in touch!

Similar to many other stores on here, purchased an item which did not turn up for months. When it did arrive it was of very poor quality so I immediately returned it. They acknowledged receipt and have not paid my refund, suggesting I should claim it back from my bank. I am now proceeding with court action.

I purchased a dress in February 2020, it’s now December 2020 and no sign of the dress, I emailed several times about my order. To which they replied “ The Riverdale dress is a very popular item and had just been taken off of back order when the order was placed so this could potentially take a little longer than usual. This is nothing to worry about ” after a while they stopped replying to my email, the last email they replied to was in June. They have taken £40 from my bank account and no sign of a email or refund.

Absolutely terrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered a dress from them on 5th of December 2019, so over a year ago. I have still not received this dress or a refund and they have stopped replying to my emails when I have asked for a refund or an explanation as to what has occurred. Very very disappointed

What a SCAM! Do not order from here. I ordered a dress in May 2019... it’s Dec 2020! No dress and no refund has been received.

After waiting half a year for my order to arrive it was nothing like the pictures and completely warped in shape. After receiving several snotty emails with excuses or no replies at all I returned the item as requested by the company yet no refund was given and now im being completely ignored.
Extremely unprofessional service and a complete scam. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered dress in June 2019. It’s now August 2020 and no dress. I began emailing them to enquire where the dress was in July 2019 and was told it was on backlog, then it had been shipped and could take 10 weeks to get to me, after 10 weeks I was told it had been delayed further. Through all of this I requested a refund and was told this was not possible. My last 2 emails were not replied to. On asking who I complain to they did not want to know and sent me to the RMS. I tried to raise it with the Retail Merchant Services as they advised and as listed on their website, however, they were unable to do anything as TDLC did not fully subscribe to them. Total scam and I’m out of pocket.

0 stars! Order a dress in November 2019. Still No Dress! After multiple emails of excuse about delay and back log and unable to refund, so now August 2020! No dress no refund! Complete scam! And basically daily light robbery!

I ordered a dress in January which never arrived, after a few sporadic emails with different excuses (already shipped / then it was on back order / then it was because of COVID19) I asked for a refund after waiting 6 months for my dress. The website has now disappeared & I still have not received my money back. The photographs are also fake, they have been lifted off an Australian website. DO NOT USE.

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered two dresses April 2019, they arrived October, returned them straight away, NO REFUND! They do not reply to any emails. DO NOT BUY THEIR RUBBISH!

Do not buy!!!! I ordered a dress back in July 2019! Still has not arrived, they kept using excuses. Now not replying at all! Absolute con artist thieves. No idea how their website is still running looking at all the other reviews I’m not the only one.

Trust pilot took my last review down... This company still owes me £50 for 2 dresses, one returned! And never refunded the other never arrived! Scam do not buy from them!!!!

I would give zero stars. Dress arrived 5 months late and I returned it straight away and 8 months later I still have no refund. I returned it to the UK where I live which doesn’t take 8 months and their responses are filled with lies and nonsense telling me to take it up with my bank hahahaha embarrassing company do not buy
