If I could put 0 stars I would. And I wish these reviews were around when I placed an order with this disgraceful company in August 2019.

I paid them for the goods, and have received nothing in return.

It’s been over 8 months and still no dresses. Customer service can not give a damn about you and YOUR money. Contacted watchdog - please do the same if you’ve had problems in a bid to get these guys shut down and stop conning people.

Also contacting trading standards - again please do the same.

Absolutely joke of a company

So....like many others I have been asked to "edit" my review as this TDLC have reported it. Like they have done to many other reviews.

Here are the facts:
1) I ordered a dress and they took a payment
2)I never received a dress after months.
3)they refused continously to provide me with a refund.
4)I had only got my money back after I got my credit card company involved.
5)There are many, many other reports on social medias from customers with the same issue.
6)the TDLC reported a trustpilot review quicker than they gave me my money back.....

Ordered a dress back in November 2019 and still haven’t received the dress or any correspondence! Emailed them on the 10th February with nothing but a standard email sent back! I have since tried to visit the website to find some contact info to find that the website no longer works!! Absolutely appalling service!

No stars either. I ordered two dresses in July 2019. I’ve emailed several times and keep getting the response to be patient and the dresses I ordered are in high demand blah blah. I paid about £80 for the order. They said it’s too late to get a refund. I’ll probably never see any of the money or dresses. Unfortunately, I didn’t use paypal so I’m not expecting anything. Don’t use this website EVER.

I'm still waiting for a £250 refund and it's been 9 months since I made the order. Please please do not go near this company.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I need advice on how to report them or take legal action. Clearly from the reviews I’m not the first to experience this. Bought a dress in August and it’s not arrived, no refund, same response “it’s on it’s way to you”. How are they getting away with taking so many peoples money??? Do not buy from them.

I am absolutely raging, Do Not use this site.

I ordered a dress on the 15th August 2019 £44.99

It's now 10th Feb and it still hasn't arrived I've messaged them servel times and have jsit been fobbed off with its on its way its a poplar design all that bull . No you've stole my money and don't intend to resolve it. They have now started to ignore my messages.

One star is too generous. Like everyone else I ordered £180+ worth of dresses in September for my holiday in November, it’s not February and I haven’t received anything. As per their t&c’s o requested a refund in the cooling off period which was declined, I have since been told no refund is allowed for various reasons - 1. The dresses are now in production, 2. The dresses are on their way to you. 3. The dresses are in a back log with production. 4. The dresses were sent but got caught up in customs and have been returned and are now back in production. Correspondence is poor, unhelpful and slow. I have tried to make contact with them several times since and now they are not responding and I still do not have my refund. Please do not order from them.

I ordered a dress over 5 months ago it never arrived I've emailed many times they dont get back and if they do they just fob you off saying they cant refund until you receive the dress which is obviously never going to happen! I want to take this complaint further as it's just disgusting!!!

Edit. My review has been reported by the designer label company trying to get it removed! What a joke another month has passed and still no dress or correspondence from them. Please be careful girls do NOT buy from this company!

Has anyone any advice on how to claim back a refund you have never received from this company?
I ordered a dress on the 2/12/19 and still waiting for it. I have e mailed several times and had a response to say it is being processed. I cant have a refund until i receive it.

This is completely unacceptable but now i am having no response whatsoever from them.

Looks like I am with everyone else on this review page in having a terrible experience. They have one or two template emails that they send out when you first try to get in touch with them and then that’s it, communication completely dropped off! No product and no need for it as it is already so late in being delivered.

I assumed they were a viable company as they have links to Clear Pay but that seems to be the only adequate element of the service and they don’t ever carry it out themselves.

As there is no phone number for this company anywhere, I have taken my complaints to Clear Pay who do have the means to get in touch with them. I would urge any others who have paid with them to do the same, their customer service is extremely good and you can tell they actually value their customers so will try to do something about this.

Do not buy from this company. Returned items 3 months ago and still no refund!

I ordered a dress in August 2019, after very bad customer service, it was delivered in december and due to it be delivered to a work address it was signed for.
I sent it back and it was signed for by TDLC yet I have not had a refund and i have sent 3 emails asking when my refund will be issued and no reply!
You cannot keep peoples money!!
I would not reccomend this company at all!! They dont reply, it takes 5 months for your items and then they dont refund you!!
Terrible 'business'

Do not order from this company. I am out of pocket by £80. No dresses and now no communication from them. This shouldn’t be allowed to happen with peoples well earned money!

The worst shopping experience of my life. Don’t even look at their website just don’t buy- you’ll be lucky if your order arrives (after literally months of waiting) and you’ll be even luckier if you ever get a refund for a return (I haven’t 6 months on).

Probably the worst company I have ever ordered from. Generic/ automated response to emails obviously not reading the message within the mail. Dress never arrived nor did the refund I requested numerous times. Company should be reported

Not even worth one star. I ordered my item 5 months ago and have been repeatedly told, “it’s in transit, it should be with you in a few weeks”. Awful communications. No contact numbers. No members of staff visible on linked in which makes me question if it’s a company. If you had had a bad experience with, contact your bank. They will refund.

In all my years of buying anything from the internet, this is genuinely the worst service I have ever encountered. I purchased a summer dress for my wife in May. Still isn’t arrived by July. Still not there by August when we went on our summer holiday. Not there by September. Despite constant emails, I merely got standard responses “we’re sorry / it’s being made to order / it is stuck in customs” (I believe some of their stock comes from Australia so obviously takes ages)
It was so frustrating, they refused a refund even though it was over 4 MONTHS late!! Read and trust these reviews, this company is a disgrace. You can’t find an address or a phone number anywhere, it’s like it exists in thin air. There is much more I would like to write but the review will get blocked so I have been totally factual and not emotional. You’ve been warned!!

Would give this company 0 stars!!! they are not refunding me!!! I have emailed everyday for 2 weeks!! NEVER ORDER OFF THIS WEBSITE!!!!
