Scam!!! Ordered two dresses at Xmas still haven't arrived, they won't respond to any emails either

Wish I’d seen these reviews before I bought. DO NOT BUY! Ordered 2 dresses in early March and I’ve had absolutely nothing. They refuse to respond to emails. I’ve had to take up my complaint with the credit card company to try and get my £90 back. Dreadful service!

i ordered some dresses on 01/08/19 they arrived at xmas and they are now ignoring my request for my refund!!!

Scam website. Do not trust.

I cannot believe this company sti exists 0 stars, any positive reviews must be fake. Ordered on 10TH JULY 2019, still nothing!! I have outright demanded my money back but they just lie. Clearly will never receive anything but I just want them to admit that now.
Please don't use and report this company to trading standards so we can get them shut down. Its outright fraud!

Wish i had read the reviews before ordering. They need a 0 star. Ordered outfit in December 2019, still haven't received it. Emailed multiple times and get different excuses. Scam website.

Do NOT buy from this website.
I ordered the Yvette white dress in November, and I am yet to receive it.
I was sent an email 2 months ago, saying it was just passing through customs, I am however not hopeful that the dress will ever arrive.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

My dress took 5 months to arrive, by which time I no longer needed it, and they were very good communicating with me throughout this time.

As soon as my dress arrived I sent it back to get a refund as advised I would be able to do. I have proof of delivery and have been contacting them constantly, it is not 5 months later and I have no dress or refund!

Absolutely gutted!

Customer services keep claiming that my order is in the production backlog, but 8 months later and I still haven't received my order. £48 down the drain.

Same as everyone else I waited months with no dress, I would advise Everyone to report it to your bank, I received my money back because my bank got involved. Don't know how they are still in business. SCAMMERS!!!
They then had the cheek to ask for the money back!

I placed an order a month before my summer ball, that was in June 2019. As the days were approaching I emailed the company asking how long my parcel would be as I needed them for this day, they told me that my items would be with me soon (this is when they FINALLY replied). It is now April 2020 and my items still haven't arrived, but according to them I am not entitled to a refund until I possess the dresses, and send them back to them in the 'proper refund procedure'. I am absolutely appalled by this. Unless you just want to give money to this company, without having anything in return DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I read reviews and decided to trust the one good review they had, which I now deeply regret.

Ordered may 2019.. 11 months ago.. no parcel still. As a student I had no money and was a treat. Absolutely vile service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.

They return every email with the same poor excuses. May as well just burn your 50 quid.

I have placed an order on the 8/05/19 and I am still waiting for my order to be delivered ..

My order was placed May 2019 now going on 11 months and I haven’t received my order.

They will report any bad comment on here so they can keep scamming people.
They give absolutely no help when you contact them.
I searched for their company registered address, as they have no evidence on social media nor their website, and up came over 400,000 organisations who are also registered to that address?

At one point I commented on ALL of their Instagram photos EVERYDAY warning women that my dress never arrived and they deleted them EVERYDAY 😂.

It is so sad to see so many other women in the same boat. I partially blame social media for posting ads about terrible organisations like this.

The only thing quick about this company is taking your money and pathetic emails claiming your order is ‘a back order’ and will be shipped as soon as possible (It’s automated).

They are scam artists and it would be wise to stay clear.

Still waiting on a dress i ordered beginning of September 2019 for a wedding in October! Utterly shocking, emailed numerous times but get the same response saying it's on back order and will be with me shortly. Took the money out of my account straight away though. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

I have emailed so many times and they just say they can’t do anything until I have received the order. £100 spent and no dresses or refund. If anyone has any advise on who to contact this company needs shutting down. Interesting that they also try to block all of the reviews on here! Trust pilot please read this and see what’s happening.

This company doesn't even deserve one star.
I ordered a dress which finally arrived after 8 months and 23 emails, I no longer needed the item so returned it back to them. It has now been 5 months and I am still chasing my refund.
They igmore emails and the quality of clothing is very poor and not as pictured.

Still waiting for a dress ordered in November 2019. Wish I'd have read the reviews beforehand because they are completely accurate.

I partially blame the social media site for not thoroughly checking the companies they advertise as this site is clearly a con.

Very sad, I'm going to be down £40 for the rest of my life.

Unfortunately you can’t rate in minus!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Absolute fraud. I ordered a dress in October 2019 after numerous emails going back and forth they got fairly arsey with me asking where my dress was!!!! Now nearly 6 months down the line I have no dress and they have stopped replying to any messages. Absolute scam. £50 down the pot on this terrible company. These should be taken down!!!

Less than 1 star STAY AWAY!!! complete scan. I ordered 3 dresses in september and on 2 arrive over a month later. Requested a return asap but was told had to wait for the 3rd item. 4 months later the 3rd item still hadn't arrive but the said they would process the refund. I sent the other items back over a month ago and still nothing!!! They have stopped replying to my messages and owe me nearly £100.00. What they do is THEFT.

Sadly, you cannot choose 0 star reviews. This company is absolutely appalling. I ordered a dress in July 2019 with the intention of wearing it to a wedding in August 2019. It is February 2020 and still no sign of the dress. I have been emailing since August monthly asking for a refund, saying how shocking it is and I keep getting responses that it is on back order and will make its way to me soon and when it finally arrives, I can send it back for the refund. I really doubt it is ever going to arrive and it's shocking that they won't accept negligence and send money back (the dress hasn't even been made yet so I have asked them countless times to cancel the order and refund me). I really don't need a dress that I ordered last summer anymore. Shocking service. Stay well away from this company!
