To date I have probably bought and sold 10 watches maybe more. Over the years I have build a solid relationship with The Luxury Hut team. The owner Nerya, team members Jack, Cheryl, Raj all absolutely professional and genuine. They have always looked for after me. Why do I keep going back to the Luxury hut? Simple YOU CAN TRUST THEM. I’ve heard so many horror stories from people who have gone else where and unfortunately they have been victims of fraud and dishonesty. Would not go anywhere else in Hatton Garden. Don’t wast your time trying to find a better price shopping around just go straight to The Luxury Hut. They do not force you to buy anything they give you a honest appraisal and they help you decide what’s best for you. I can’t say enough about these people. Hassle free peace of mind.

I bought a Rolex Datejust 36 as my first ever luxury watch. Whilst it was advertised as not having a box there was mention of there being missing links. I did ask for it to be reduced in size which they did but then they only sent me some of the links, there were 3 missing. I paid 5,500 for the watch , I then went back to them 12 months later to upgrade my watch thinking I’d get a decent part exchange deal and was offered 2,600. When I questioned this I was told that was just how the market is, yet they had exactly the same watch on sale for 5,500 again. I was glad that I took my business to the kettle club who gave me double the part exchange value for my datejust.

Told me he was going to get me a timegrapher reading as his safe was “having maintenance” so I’d have to wait. During that time he sold the watch to someone else. No offer of securing with a deposit, no attempt to engage me in any conversation or do any of the niceties expected. I won’t be looking to by anything from this place in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Luxury Hut. I sold my watch quickly and the whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. They offered the best and fairest value compared to others I approached, and everything moved very fast right up to the meeting and final sale.
