I wanted to thank you so very much for chasing up and helping me complete my order for my husband.
He absolutely loved the notecube and it brought tears to his eyes.
He looked through three of them and was a mess with tears of happiness. He’s saving reading the others for one a day.
My son who is six LOVED seeing the photos on each of the cards and he even tried his best to read a few of them too.
Thank you for what you did for our family. It came valentines morning so it couldn’t have been more perfect thank you very very much.

I ordered a month ago. A gift for my husband for Valentine’s Day. Plenty of time! It’s been a month and still not here. Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day! I reached out and they blamed it on the courier. 😡

I was looking for something unique to give my girlfriend this Valentine's Day and this came across my Facebook feed. It was PERFECT! I can't wait to give it to her and have her read a card or two per day. (I have some that are more joking, and made sure to arrange a serious one with each of them so she can read two that day.)

But knowing how much she values little affirmations like this, I am thrilled to think about her getting a unique one per day for the next couple months. It just makes me so happy.

I am actually thinking that this might be an annual gift. Label each box with the year. What a beautiful reminder it could be 5, 10, 20 years down the road (should we make it the distance.)

(Note: I didn't realize it was shipping from Australia, which is probably my bad. But just keep that in mind, as there's no way to guarantee shipping times with items going through a customs check. Mine took exactly 2 weeks, which is very reasonable, and arrived just in time for V Day. But truly, even if it had been late, it would have been worth the wait. And she certainly wouldn't have complained.)

I’m so sad. I was looking forward to my recent purchase with notecube, but it arrived broken or rather unfinished? The box fell apart once I took it out of the packaging. For 100$ I feel like they could have remembered to glue the pieces together. Now I’m in my kitchen trying to glue this thing together before my husband gets home 😒

If you are thinking about ordering a NoteCube for a loved one, don't hesitate. The transaction was seamless from start to finish. Very fast shipping to the United States from Australia and Henry and his team do a wonderful job communicating with their buyers. And, in case you need further convincing, here's the text I received from my fiance when he opened his birthday/Valentine's Day present yesterday (I had it delivered to his work): "Wow! I don’t have the words right now to tell you how special the Note Cube is. The only problem with this gift is that it did not come with tissues. I had to go outside to compose myself after reading about half of the notes. How utterly beautiful/romantic/wonderful…I love you 🥰 ".

Very easy to order and great suggestions for the notes if you can't think of your own. Rapid delivery, less than a week from ordering which considering it has come to the UK from Australia is superb

Went above and beyond what was expected to help me get my memories back!! It was my own fault with how long I was taking to finish my notecube for my husband. I had a miscarriage. Then we had a second pregnancy where I was sick through the whole thing. I just didn't think about completing my notecube through all that! I'm SO THANKFUL AND EMOTIONAL that Henry from NoteCube was caring enough to help me retrieve it so I can finally surprise my husband with these little love letters we once wrote back and forth to each other! This was such a blessing. I'm so thankful!

This couldn’t have been a better experience!

The notecube is well designed and totally customizable. I gave it to my best friend with a memory per card to celebrate her 60th birthday. She laughed, she cried and she was beyond touched.

Most meaningful was that I finished this over the Christmas holiday and reached out to request expedited delivery. Even though the office was closed for the week, their Head of Operations responded to my query within 24 hours AND to my incredible surprise went into the office during his holiday to print and mail my Notecube.

I would give it 10 stars if I could!

I gave the Notecube to my husband for his 60th birthday and could not be happier. The entire process was seamless.

The notes were printed on a thick quality paper and the photo images on the back side looked fantastic. I purchased the navy box and it looked impressive.

Sending invites to friends to contribute to the notes was easy and straightforward. The finished product exceeded my expectations.

Henry was incredible and he was so helpful and responsive. Overall it is a great product and a great company.

There were some issues (mostly by my own mistakes) with the creation/ordering process. Henry was fantastic and helped me out -- always very timely, despite the time zone difference between the US and Australia, and very kind and patient. He made it very streamlined.

The gift was a hit! Great quality and honestly worth the price. I got one for my girlfriend, and it meant more to her than I could have guessed. I highly recommend this company!

I ordered a notecube back in May, and in my quest for it to be perfect it’s taken me 8 months to finish. In fact I was worried that I was cutting it a bit fine as we fly out to elope in NY next Tuesday. When I submitted my order I emailed the company to tell them I was on a tight timeline and would it be possible to print and post in time. Well I submitted my order on Friday morning and I received my notecube on the Monday morning. The next business day! I couldn’t believe how quick the printing and posting was.

I love, love, LOVE the notecube! It is beyond amazing. The quality is absolute perfection. I was speechless and moved to tears all at the same time.
I know that my partner will love it when he finds it at his door on the day we get married. I’m torn between wanting him to view it in privacy vs having our videographer present to capture his reaction.
I think I want him to have the time and privacy to enjoy it without anyone else present.
I can’t begin the Thankyou enough for delivering such a beautiful product. Even the process was fun, I’ve been putting it together slowly over the last 8 months and enjoyed finding the right words and pictures to make something so special. Once again, Thankyou!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful sentimental gift.

Was going to purchase for my partner who suffers from mental health problems, I thought this would be a nice uplift for her in her tough times.
After personalising the first 5 notes it requires me to purchase before I can finish personalising. This for me is a red flag 🚩feels untrustworthy.
I refuse to hand over any money until I'm happy with my purchase and sure its what i want. Never have I payed before personalisation for any item or has it been a requirement. £79 is alot to hand over before feeling confident in your purchase.
What I will say is this is a very beautiful concept if only they'd remove the personalised restriction, then and only then will I consider purchase when I'm fully happy with my personalisation and sure it's what I want. Until then I'll find a competitor.
Potential to be 5* and this review can change if NOTE CUBE remove restriction

These words of encouragement lifted her spirits as my dear friend is going through two types of cancer and having surgery next week. Your Note Cubes are healing, inspirational and therapeutic for both the recipient and benefactor. I did one for my son as a Christmas gift. He was taken back in time looking at old photo graphs and reading how we feel about him! Your company is doing the work of angels...most importantly, Note Cube allows words to "not go unsaid."...I will definitely recommend and use your services again and again!

Phenomenal product. Great company and great idea. I was looking for a cute gift to give my wife to remind her each week of reasons we all love her and didn’t have the artistic ability to do it myself…this couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s incredibly easy to do, and they make every step of the process super simple. The pictures even looked great. I was a bit worried about shipping given I was in the United States and ordering so close to Christmas, but they immediately sent it out and the only hurdle was clearing customs which just added a day.

On top of the great product, I emailed them multiple times with questions/requests/timing concerns and they quickly got back to me and helped ease any worries I had. What was easy nice is the customer service had a personal touch of dealing with the same person each time.

I will be using this product again, and recommending to others, it was a home run gift with the wife. Highly suggest others do the same.

Service is amazing. I ordered a very late Christmas gift, sent an email to Note Cube to see if my order could be prioritised and within 1.5 hours, the customer service team made it happen! Will order again and again :)
