As a member of the fragrance shop for several years I recently received terrible service after they wanted to breach my GDPR rights. I told them to stuff my membership and changed to the Perfume shop. I visited Dartford Bluewater store and was given exceptional service from Barbara. Best experience with BARBARA!
Best experience with BARBARA!! I went to the store to purchase some gifts for my husbands birthday. I work in retail myself and it was such a pleasure to be helped by Barbara. She was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the aftershaves and her attitude for me was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for her and it was very clear she is not only good at her job but enjoys it and helping customers which I find to be rare. She is an asset to the store and the company. I will definitely use this store again and hope to see Barbara for more outstanding service.
