Christmas shopping with Kayleigh
I went into the highcross in Leicester to do my Christmas perfume gift shop, I was planning on going to boots as they had an event on however i was tempted in by a lovely lady called kayleigh who was more than helpful. She patiently went through my shopping list and helped me select all the gifts I needed and she even persuaded me to get a little something for myself!! I definitely recommend going in and dealing with kayleigh

I have visited the perfume shop in Leicester
I have visited the perfume shop in Leicester town centre twice now last year around Christmas within the last week and received the same fantastic service from the same individual, Cara. Both times I have been in she has offered to help having children similar age to mine she was able to recommend suitable aftershaves and in my opinion went above and beyond to help me and at no point rushed me and ensured I got the best deal that was available. I would personally like to thank Cara as it's hard to find this sort of service these days. My son loves the aftershave! Thank you :)

Exceptional Customer Service
At the Highcross Leicester store Lilly was really helpful for when I was looking for a gift and shown me several options after asking a few questions to get the right scent for whom I was buying for. Lovely friendly service from her and her colleague whose name I didn’t get but deserves recognition for. As she neatly wrapped the present for me.
