Amalia was so amazing and helpful. I was being very indecisive with which perfumes to get and what sizes and she was so patient and helped me figure out what was best to get and what size would help me save the most money. Amazing service! Will definitely be back

I had a wonderful experience at The Perfume Shop today. Tahira and Ramona went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fragrance. They where patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. Very friendly attitude and excellent service turned my visit into a truly enjoyable one. Highly recommend asking for Tahira and Ramona if you visit — they're fantastic!

Very unprofessional customer service. They did not give me my full refund for return and they sent me broken one back .
I will never shop there again

Today we went to buy the perfume from this place. Alexia was our server, and she gave us good recommendations for what perfume we would buy and helped us with our choices.

Ramona was so lovely. I came last week with my mother and this week with my sister in law. And made a purchase both times. Romina is an asset to your company.

Hannah served us today. It was such a wonderful experience dealing with her. She was not only patient, very cheerful, professional, but went a good length to help us buy a good choice of perfume when in doubt, and also reminded us of the gift pack and especially the personalised ribbon bit. My daughters who were buying gifts for their cousins were delighted….and it only made our shopping at The perfume shop not only existing but a total satisfaction and only made ourselves promise that this is the shop to go to when buying perfumes….. but the icing on the cake came bringing more delight….a whopping 20% discount.

Well it was nice experience to visit perfume shop reading.
Had to buy a gift and ended up buying for myself as well which was due to good customer service by one of your employe named Tahira.
Would recommend others to visit for loads of offers.

The staff were very friendly. Ramona in particular was very friendly, courteous and professional. I asked quite a few questions about promotions and deals and she found me the best deal based on the fragrance I wanted. I will definitely go back there again and I am sure I will experience the excellent customer service again. Keep up the great work.
