my experience at the perfume shop in sheffield was amazing. i was served with a polite manner by Ameerah. she helped me decide what perfume was best to gift my best friend. she didn’t rush me even though it was busy. she helped me go through a variety of perfumes and pick the best one. she wrapped it so nicely and did not rush. best service i’ve had in time

In particular Jess who works here really took the time out to attend to my needs by introducing me to a variety of beautiful fragrances, with the help of Jess I was able to make the most awesome purchase getting my 25% off as a loyal member and free gift . Just been in to the medowhall upper shop, as we had an absolute nightmare at home I broke the bottle when trying to refill, we called up over the phone and lovely Jess served us and was so so helpful, genuinely the best customer service I’ve had.
