I would like to praise and appreciate the kind and very helpful manager of the Meadowhall’s branch! I actually bought the wrong product of Chanel bleu, after some explaining from the manager with great customer service, she guided me to the correct product, with just minimal price difference to pay, she made me a very happy customer. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Top marks, wonderful customer service and manager

I was welcomed into the store by Kim who helped me choose a couple of fragrances. Kim was very warm and friendly and even though I had a problem with pricing she helped me fix it on the till. She helped me with a prior exchange and even went the extra mile to gift wrap one of my perfumes again. Thank you Kim xx

I came in looking for a birthday present, luckily for me I was helped by Georgia. She was so polite and welcoming. I spent a good 20 minutes trying different sprays and asking for sizes. I know that can be stressful for staff sometimes, but not once did I feel rushed or guilty for doing so. She moved heaven and earth to help me finally settle on the right spray. Anybody who is helped by her will have an amazing shopping experience. Thank you :)

Went to the perfume shop upstairs in meadowhall. Ella a member of staff really stood out. She asked me what kind of fragrance I liked and I ended up with boss scent. What a lovely perfume.

I had a great experience at the Meadowhall Sheffield store. I was greeted by a lovely team member - Keeley, I believe? (she had tattoos, glasses, and a gorgeous, infectious smile). She politely asked if I needed any help and then gave me space to browse, which I really appreciated.

Later, I approached her and showed her a screenshot of an item I was looking for (which you don’t stock), she didn’t just leave it at that. Instead, she offered a helpful alternative and went on to show me a few more great items with excellent discounts.

I originally came in for something you don’t even sell, but thanks to her kind and genuine approach - no pressure, just a real desire to help - I ended up happily spending £150. Keeley is an absolute asset to your company!
