So happy with my
Purchase

Delivered as promised in prefect like new condition.

I ordered my items over 9 days ago. UPS says the label was created but they are still awaiting the package. I bought the return guarantee insurance and the date by which I can return the items has already passed. I’ve emailed TRR customer service and haven’t gotten a reply. I used the chat option for customer service and that process took over 30 minutes for them to say they would have to get back to me. This is my second interaction with the TRR and the last one was an equally bad experience. I’ve used the TRR for years and lately something is wrong. The customer service is awful and TRR is no longer a safe place to consign with or to order from. My Order is over $3,200. I no longer trust TRR and once this is resolved I plan to never use them again. My confidence is gone.

I'm very happy with the sneakers that I purchased. They were in very good condition and arrived safely. So I'm very pleased with that. However I would like to say I'm no longer pleased with the real real because of the way they allow third parties to ship to customers. When I first started purchasing from the real real, everything came from them personally whether it be their headquarters or wherever they mail from. It came with tags from the real real as well as a real real type of paperwork or receipt. You would feel good because you knew they were authenticated. Now, you allow your third party sellers to send out merchandise without even checking them out, and I'm not referring to my sneakers because they are beautiful shape and are definitely authentic but I'm talking about past purchases. I feel you need to have more control over these sales and purchases because the last order I received which was a pair of Tiffany sunglasses, they were total fakes and knock-offs and not real and I had to go out of my way to prove to you that they weren't real. I actually had to go to three different authentic stores and dealers and get paperwork from them to prove that these were fake sunglasses. It was a disgrace. All you had to do was look at them and touch them and see that they were fake. They had no style numbers on them they were made out of flimsy cheap plastic, one of the arms was hanging off one of the lenses was coming out and this is what you allowed to be shipped to me previously. There was no way in hell that anyone checked out that item because a blind person could tell that they were not real. And here I am having to go prove the fact that they weren't real. You need to go back to your original business and make sure that everyone mails from your one headquarters and that every item is authenticated before being sent to a customer that pays good money for these items. I can't stress that enough because I came very close to not purchasing these sneakers because I was afraid of facing the same problem but I am happy to say I'm very happy with the sneakers but I did notice they also came from a third party and not from the real real So what's up with that? It's very disappointing and I'm very disappointed in the real real for that reason. But my sneakers that I just received I do actually love these very much and I'm very glad I made the purchase. Thank you

Very good buying experience, jacket came as advertised.

Sizing, the last few items I've ordered were not accurate on sizing at all. Especially keeping in mind that previous consumers get items altered. Also for the items to be final sale is just not fair when I can't fit a big into a leg.

Great selection, great customer service when I have required is help and quality items sold with an extremely admirable record of quick shipping. Most important I have confidence in the products sold.

My package never arrived

I’ll definitely be shopping at The RealReal again. One tip—if you find something you love, don’t wait too long to check out. I had my eye on a purse for five days, and by the time I went to buy it, it was already gone.

The pictures didn’t do the wear and tear justice. No dust bag or original tag. Can’t tell if this is real or fake.

I ordered Chanel sunglasses over a week ago and have not received them.

I found a dress I wanted—which is usually expensive—at a great price, and it arrived super fast.

I enjoy buying from the realreal. Clean simple transactions. They are very efficient at what they do. They sell great quality used clothing and they make sure you get your purchase in great time and it alway feel like it’s a brand new purchase.

Coach bag was is excellent condition, as described. However, it is missing its hang tag. I suppose I was meant to look more closely at the pictures, since a missing tag wasn't mentioned. Hang tags are a big deal in the Coach world.

The pictures they posted for the item were extremely misleading. They used bright light or a washed out look to hide deep wrinkles in the leather on a white Prada Saffiano continental wallet. Since it was on a discount it can't be returned. It looks terrible and I would never use it looking like it does. I definitely wouldn't have bought it. They listed it as very good. I would rate it as poor. So now I'm out my money and don't have a wallet that I would use. Highly disappointed. Be careful even with their pictures! It can be misleading!

My item came quickly. A great price. The item I purchased came in excellent condition. Packaged nicely. I’m very happy.
