Excellent customer services. I had my order damaged and disposed of by DPD, I notified Rum Company and received a reply almost immediately! The issue was dealt with and replacement order sent out with in hours of my initial notification. Extremely professional company that values their customers.

What a joy to receive these bottles of mango and pineapple flavoured rum. This club is ideal as you get to sample different types of rum and decide if you like it before purchasing the full sized bottle. Worth the membership fee. I'm going to enjoy receiving more samples.

Great customer service, speedy delivery and great product. I order 6 of the taster sets for my team and I was really impressed with the quality and presentation of the items. Great packaging and presentation box, there were taste profile cards for each of the rums (including suggested mixers) and amazing rum too. Would definitely recommend.

I’m always sceptical about buying from ads on social media...I couldn’t be more wrong! I did not have to worry at all with The Rum Company! They are fantastic!! Such a large selection of rums you don't find on the shelf in tesco! Unique presents for my family with such nice packaging...almost didn’t wrap them up for Christmas. I love that there is so much choice! As a lover of gin, I never really tried rum before other than in a mojito, but the rum company allows you to try so different flavours and I am definitely converted to rum now!!
