Thanks for th help

Original contact with one of your employees was helpful and courteous. My A1c was creeping higher and I needed some thing that could be helpful. Retail price at my pharmacy was more than I could afford. Your company provided the medication that I need at a reasonable price.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I'm 71 years old & they told me they could help me attain blood thinners that I need to stay alive. They had me send in $115 - $35 as an application fee & $80 for what they told me would be the monthly cost for the medication. A few days after I sent in a 19 pg. application they called me to say I was not eligible unless I paid my maximum deductible and they would put the app. on hold until then. In actuality, the program I was applying for from the drug company was FREE - no fees would be charged. RX Assoc. sent in a few of the 19 pages I had sent them, most of them blanks so that I did not send them the minimum information required by the program. Luckily, the drug company contacted me directly & I sent them all my information myself. RX Associates is trying to rip off poor, old people who desperately need medication!

I had been trying for a while to find some help getting my inhaler. Even with insurance it wasn't even close to be affordable. You managed to get it from 531 a month to 80. While this will still make things really tight I need this inhaler so.
Thank you so much for your help

Paid for Nothing

I applied to get Eloquis. I had to get together numerous documents and signatures from doctors only to find out that I had to have spent $800 already on prescriptions to qualify. Plus i was charged a monthly membership fee for 2 months when nothing was done.

A huge Thank you to Alia

The lady I spoke with Alia, went above and beyond to help with my experience with Rx Advocates. She made a very difficult situation pleasant and eased my nerves. She managed to get my meds from around $400.00 down to $50.00 a month.
