The Scentsy 5* Experience
I have recently started using Scentsy and can only say how lovely the warmers and wax are. Customer Service is amazing - the goods arrive at my door in perfectly packaged boxes and are gorgeous. The Scentsy bars smell amazing and the warmers look lovely in your room. Very impressed, and will be buying regularly from this company

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and also emailing us with the details of your warmer being broken.
As you know after you emailed we replied apologising - and requested that you send in photos of the damage so that we could start the replacement process for you with Scentsy which you said you would do on 27th March….we are still waiting for these photos!!
Once we receive them we will send to Scentsy who will ask for the warmer to be sent back and they will immediately replace.
Sorry if you feel that our overall service so far is just worth 1 star, but we are at your disposal once you’re ready to progress with the replacement.
Total Waste of Money
They arrived the next day but are a total waste of money since they do absolutely nothing except look stupid sitting on my radiators.
Now they are telling me they are not meant for radiators but that's what is said on the ad I saw. They come with no instructions so how are you supposed to know what to do with them? False advertising. In the bin now.

Hello Morven, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - sorry to see you have rated us so poorly for something which is being used incorrectly.
Our Scentsy Pods are not designed to sit on radiators, but instead to be used in our Fan Diffusers, which can either be USB or Wall Plug-in or they can also be used in our Air Purifiers.
Placing them on radiators is not something we advise or recommend - and therefore we would highly recommend that you remove them.
