Poor Communication!
Waited over a month to receive my order, I had to chase up the order and initially they thought my order had been lost in their system, however it got sorted out in the end and was delivered.
But delivery time was disappointing as this was a housewarming gift.
From the time my order was placed until delivery I’d say communication was poor and the customer shouldn’t have to chase up their order!
Great items delivered although Scentsy items speak for themselves!

It’s unfortunate that the time of your order coincided with the Scentsy Sale which resulted in a delay to the shipping of your order due to the huge demand for Scentsy at that time. The delivery estimates are clearly stated when you place your order and this would have advised you of the shipping times.
The confusion around the order was the name - as the order was in another name to your own - hence when we received your email we search by your name which we obviously couldn’t find as you ordered in another name!! We quickly rectified that once we had your order number and we were then able to trace it, and help you with an update. Thanks for your purchase - we hope your daughter likes your gift
