Wonderful Customer Experience by Jin at Wheelock Outlet.
Dropped by Wheelock outlet today. As it was my first time buying a suit I wasn't sure what to get or even my size. Along came Jin who immediately made me feel comfortable with her immaculate customer service, polite yet useful suggestions and essential questions. Love the wrinkle free shirt
Bought a white and blue everyday armour shirt that is wrinkle free, anti bacterial, anti-odour and anti-UV and with many other functions. Super comfy. Love the tees and chinos that I bought too. Thanks for helping me match my outfit! On top of that prices are very reasonable too for the quality that they offer

Great shopping experience at Wheelock branch

Fast and responsive customer service team. I even got a sneek preview of my 11.11 purchase on the day itself before it was promptly delivered to me the next day!
Realised one of the purchase was not ideal, and the customer service agent promptly assisted to make a change at physical store!

Quality of shirt - bad wrinkles
The last few shirts i has bought, 2 of them had bad wrinkles even after ironing. So far the shirts i had bought from the shirt bar isnt that bad ( even though it is not easy iron / wrinkle free )

We would like to share with you that the shirts you purchased from us are probably 100% cotton shirts and are of finer yarns and fabrics. The good part about it and why you might have chosen them is because they are more breathable compared to synthetic fabrics and nice to the touch. However, the trade-off is that it is the characteristic of cotton to crease. Also, the finer the fabric, the nicer the hand feel but the easier it is to crease.
We would also like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our wrinkle free range and our Eco-ol bamboo collection, now knowing that wrinkle resistance is a big concern for you.

Incredible customer service, a rarity in Singapore
I'e purchased many items from them in their retail store but never online. The first time I did so, I emailed them to enquire about the delivery packaging. Upon finding out that the shirt was meant to be a birthday gift, the customer support staff not only offered to pack the shirt in a box (as opposed to simply clear plastic), but also went the extra mile to provide a handwritten card with my personalised message. He/she then took a photo of the final package and sent it to me before mailing the item. EXCELLENT customer support! I was so touched by their sincerity and I highly recommend The Shirt Bar.

Super Customer Service!
Super easy to order, and super fast in delivery. I'd only expected to receive the package after about a week, but 'The Shirt Bar' immediately communicated with me, and i got my items within 2 days! Super efficient, and everything was packed in order. The package also included a hand-written card, and that was a nice gesture too. Great job!

Best Service You Can Find
Honestly this is one of the best services you could find. The clothes are excellent and the service both personal and professional. The stuff has to be air freighted to me in Australia but it arrives quickly and with first class packaging. I can't rate them highly enough.
