Order lost by evri but refusal to give replacement when courier has lost parcel and then accuse of wrongful order its two shoes and socks please be aware as they're not willing to replace you if items are lost bubthe courier they have chosen.

Absolutely diabolical customer service placed sizable order took money before despatched no order arrived even after a week!!! No response to request for refund I can’t believe this company is affiliated with M&S I will be taking this matter to trading standards. Be warned to not buy from this company!!!!

Substantial order placed. Items missing from parcel and two days later, still no response from company. BEWARE!
Eager to take payment, but any emails (that are allegedly supposed to be responded to within 24 hours) are not responded to and there is no other way to actually contact the very poor customer support that is offered.
Sofia - does not read emails and sends inadequate responses to delay time. Not acceptable when cash has been taken yet poor service and lack of items paid for

A great price originally for the trainers, however when delivered Evri left them on my doorstep and they were stolen. Whilst Evri refused to do anything about this, Sports Edit offered me a new pair or a refund within less than 24hrs of my email. Great customer service from them and thank you to Waqar

When I checked the order status, I saw the item I ordered had been returned to the sender. After contacting customer service, I was offered the choice between a full refund or replacement order.
When I chose a full refund, the Sports Edit promptly processed it.
While it's disappointing I couldn't receive the item, I'm satisfied with the service provided.

Honestly the best customer service by far ! I returned an item, was refunded instantaneously and then had a query which was answered within the hour. I am a fan of the Sports Edit for their training gear but just as importantly their customer service.

Brilliant customer service
Can't fault my shopping experience, trainers arrived quickly with good updates etc. Unfortunately they had a defect that became obvious the first time I wore them. I sent photos and was issued a refund very quickly, shout out to Waqar for sorting things out. A lot of companies talk the talk but let you down if you have a problem but this company were great so I would definitely order from them in the future

I had a pair of trainers bought as a birthday present last year and noticed that there is a small hole in the toe. I contacted them and sent over some pictures of the area of the trainer. Wagar dealt with the query he was so efficient in the response and professional with the initial email and asked if I would like a replacement pair or a refund. The trainers are so comfortable I requested a replacement pair and when I replied to his email he has already despatched them. No arguing just dealt with it ! very impressed. Would buy again

A bad experience
I placed a large order on The Sports Edit. It was left unattended by Evri (without any pre authorisation to do do). When I returned from work there was no trace of it. I emailed the company on Tuesday morning; by Wednesday evening I had still received no response, despite the fact that they promised a 24 hour response time. Highly disappointing customer service.
