Unfriendly hosts
The lady in charge of organizing the cue to the library+ gift shop had a horrible attitude. Just indicating for people to come in with an annoyed face and only signs (no words or she would bark a yes or no when asked something). She would not greet people, let alone smile! And one of the park info guys with an unbrella was also very short and unfriendly. There were some kind hosts, but it seems some forget that they are being paid to serve well, to be friendly. It is a shame. Gaudi’s is such artful work.

The worst experience we have ever had purchasing tickets. We purchased 2 under 25 tickets to view the Acropolis, however, they emailed us 2 free under 18 tickets instead, resulting in our tickets being rejected on arrival and having to re-purchase new tickets on arrival.
They claimed they sent us the updated tickets via an external system, however, we never received any emails to be notified of this so had no way of knowing. We did email them about this issue prior to visiting the acropolis, but they never got back to us before visiting, and then they stated we should have emailed them prior to visiting. All very unhelpful and contradicting.
I understand they have a no refund policy, but as we never received the tickets we bought, I don’t think it is fair at all they refuse to refund us.
The customer service (Leahrose) was very unfriendly, and passive aggressive in all emails. She claimed that it is not their fault we were not notified via email of the updated tickets.
Highly highly suggest avoiding this company at all costs.
