I based my purchase on many of the reviews. The sizing information included in the reviews was way off. There is no way that someone who weight 140 pounds could wear a small or size 8. This vest is... See more

I’ve bought here for several years. In the past year (long after covid and supply chain issues) their time to ship is ridiculous, 6-10 days, and they just make excuses and don’t let you cancel!

Don’t ever buy from their sample sale. Previous purchases were ok-dress didn’t fit return was slow but finally refunded. Bought a dress from their sample sale that reeked of mothballs-horrible. Tried airing out in my closet-but still reeks as does my closet and clothes nearby. Dress had no care tag, no fabric content or country of origin tag. Good luck figuring out how to care for it. I will never buy from them again-inexcusable

Dresses delivered were clearly previously worn, and did not fit as size smalls. Tuckernuck is clearly just dumping merchandise and then imposing a return policy that is to the detriment of the customer.

Ordered 8/22 and still no update. Tried to call the worthless customer service line. It’s all automated and can’t get a live person to talk to you. Says 5 to 8 days but it’s past that and frustrated I can’t talk to someone to get any kind of answer. I ordered 14 dresses was so excited and now I’m nothing but upset. I’ll never order from them again.

First time ordering and thus far, I’m sadly not impressed. I was excited to order from the Sample Sale as an introduction to tuckernuck products. I ordered eight days ago and no updates; items have not shipped. I’m concerned they won’t be here in time for my trip next week (over two weeks should have been PLENTY of time) and I’m certainly glad I didn’t spend $200/dress to learn their process is completely unreliable. Sad because I was really looking forward to ordering.
Update: Customer service was not really helpful and said that time to ship could be 5-7 business days, then once it does ship to expect 7-10 business days. Up to 17 “business days” is approaching a month. Genuinely never experienced that with any other reputable company. Such a bummer.

I’ve been a tnuck buyer from the very beginning. I’m going to be blunt the Tuckernuck brand clothes are absolute crap. Completely overpriced for Forever 21 quality.
I just ordered clothes on August 21st. Still waiting for a shipping confirmation. I was in fact billed etc. I’m sure I’ll receive purchased items on Halloween.
I keep saying it ( so do many of my friends) I’m done with Tuckernuck.
But this time I’m definitely done. So not worth the poor shipping, quality, and return policies.

Ordered 2 dresses before their 2:00 eastern time cutoff. Currently on day 3 waiting on an update in regards too shipping. Every time I check on my order it's the same response... "It's Happy Dance Time... Your order is in." Tried live chat but got NO WHERE! So I've now sent an email. Their website shows customer service is there from 9:30 am to Midnight. Still waiting for a response to my email. I soooo loved the first dress I bought from Tuckernuck a year ago, that's why I came back. Beyond disappointed!!!

I purchased a dress from Tuckernuck on May 28, 2025, paying for expedited shipping as the dress was for an event. Tuckernuck shipped me a dress different from the one I paid for. I contacted them and spent an hour wading through their AI auto attendant which kept telling me the dress was final sale and not available for return. I finally connected to an agent, who tried to talk me in to exchanging the dress. I refused the exchange since the shipping error was theirs. They agreed to a return, and issued me a Happy Returns label. I returned the dress to them, but didn't receive a refund. I reached out after a few weeks, and they let me know the shipment was lost in transit, but that they would issue a refund. Its now a month later, and still no refund. This company is a sham.

My daughter told me about this site.
Ordered a dress for a trip that did not fit. It was way too big. When I came back from the trip, I tried to exchange for a smaller size. It was past the return date ( which I was unaware of). I am stuck with this dress. Be careful. The customer service for this company is non existent. I was 2 days past the exchange date. I would suggest buying from another company. Seems like I am not the only one with this complaint.
It seems like a drop/ship company with no customer service.
This happened a few months ago. I don’t usually write reviews. I’m still just so disgusted.

Do NOT buy from this company! I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a blouse for $178.00 that I wore twice and it completely fell apart at the seam in an irreparable way. Unfortunately, I saved it wear for special occasions so it didn’t fall apart until June and I purchased in November. The company will not refund my money because their “system” cannot offer a refund on a product purchased 6 months prior. They only will offer store credit and there is nothing I want from them, especially when they don’t stand behind what they sell.
I ordered 3 dresses from Tuckernuck in a couple different sizes. One of the dresses fit well but was very wrinkled when it came. I had to steam it a couple times before wearing it. I did, however, get several compliments on it. I returned the other 2 dresses (over $500 worth) 2 weeks ago via Happy Returns since they didn't fit well. I am still waiting for the refund to my credit card. I "chatted" online with someone to ask about when I would get my refund and was told it takes 14 days. It has now been 14 days and still no refund to my credit card. I have never experienced a delay of this kind for a return. I called again today and got some automated system. I am hoping "they" will push my refund along now since I left a message. I will not order from this company again if it takes this long for a refund. It's too bad because I was excited about trying this clothing store.

update: I called customer service and they issued the refund. Returns need to be worked on. Glad they corrected the error.
I am short and the dresses were just too long. No problem-I will send them back. Well, I sent the shipment to my son's house where I would be visiting. When I tried to return them at my local UPS, I could not because I wasn't I think it was less than 60 miles away. I get on the chat and the Tuckernuck representative tried to help me. I had to send the returns back in different packages. She would send me a text with a link to send two dresses and then another for the other two. It was crazy!! I wasted over an hour trying to get correct codes. I had an appointment and couldn't keep trying. This was all what they call "Happy Returns." I was able to send two at that time. I emailed the next day and received a traditional UPS label and sent the other two dresses back. Today (two or more weeks later) I don't see but one credit. I call customer service and the automated service says I have a merchandise credit because it was outside the return window. I received the items on 5/29 and the UPS was delivered to them on 6/20. I sent it on 6/17. The mailing label said to be sure to send by 6/23. What is their problem?

They say they refund after 10 days, not true. I did everything correct in returning. No money in my acct for 3 weeks, had to contact and ask for it, and now they say it will take 3 more days. Dont do business with companys who dont tell the true

I’ve ordered from Tuckernuck twice. I think the clothing quality is good and I like the clothes, however I had a bad experience with the shipping service on my second order. They use Veho for shipping which is a joke. I was told that they attempted delivery twice when I know this is not true because I have a ring camera and there is also no reason they couldn’t have left a package on my porch. Veho was unable to provide proof that they attempted delivery however they then told me after the second “attempt” that the package was lost and to reach out to Tuckernuck customer service. Tuckernuck was able to resend me the items via a different courier but only because I had accidentally left the $8.50 shipping protection on my order (I usually decline this). I don’t think they would have resent me the items if not for the shipping protection even though the shipping issue was 100% Veho’s fault. It feels like a scam that they sneak the shipping protection on there and then use the lowest quality shipping vendor which “loses packages”. I’m not sure I’ll order from Tuckernuck in the future because of this experience unless I can confirm my courier is UPS or FedEx.

Very disappointed. The dresses were in plastic bags and crammed in my mailbox on a Sunday afternoon. Horrible shipping and packaging.

I’ve placed many orders with Tuckernuck, and more recently, the fabric listed on their website for garments is different than the tag on the clothing. When I reached out to them to notify them about this issue they never responded. Very frustrating for folks who have textile allergies and seems like a willful, unethical misrepresentation of what they’re selling.

Honestly, their clothes are very expensive and they should be using fedex to ship. It took me over two weeks to get my dress because ups lost it. They said they would give me something for my troubles, they never did. Told me I could return it after agreeing to some kind of refund. They don’t care and have terrible customer service

Constantly disappoint in returns and customer service. I rarely return something, but they make it incredibly difficult to return and get refunded fully.

I ordered a super cute dress online. The dress was delivered today. Upon opening, the dress was severely wrinkled and had very noticeable brown makeup on the color/neckline. I immediately (same afternoon as delivery) called Tuckernuck customer service which gives you an AI rep. I explained the situation and was texted a link where I immediately sent photos of the wrinkled, dirty dress. Incidentally, BOTH tags were still affixed. This dress must have been in a store where it was repeatedly tried on. Anyway, I was immediately refunded and instructed to repackage the dress and bring it to the post office with a pre-paid postage label. I was instructed to repurchase the dress online and wait AGAIN for shipment. This is a huge time suck & inconvenience for a dress being returned b/c it was a wrinkled dirty dress.
I reported the situation and sent pics to Tuckernuck the same afternoon that the dress was delivered. Both Tags still affixed.
Their resolution causes me to jump thru a lot of hoops when the severely wrinkled (it was delivered in a plastic envelope) DIRTY dress should have never been sent.
This is sub par customer service. What should have happened was an apology and percentage off my identical re-order to make up for the inconvenience. Never again!

I bought 1 dress and it didn’t fit, they don’t offer exchanges so I bought the next size up and returned the first one via happy returns which was scanned by UPS right there in the store - for other retailers this is an instant return when scanned - not for Tuckernuck! I ended up sending back the 2nd dress also because of fit and if I did not stay on top of them, I would NOT have ever gotten refunded over $500. It took me prompting them to get my refunds - for BOTH dresses I had to contact customer service and ASK that I get my money back, even though both items made it to the warehouse neither item was refunded. I shop at many high end retailers and none operate this way. BUYER BEWARE!!!
