Worst customer service ever! Happy Returns is an instant returns platform which is why customers like it but Tuckernuck doesn't know how to use it. Now my item is in random limbo and I have no way of tracking it. Tuckernuck is saying they still don't have it. And don't get me started on the horrendous customer service. I literally had the customer service agent tell me I am the only customer who has ever complained about returns at Tuckernuck! Haha that's an interesting statement, especially considering the 2.3 rating on Trustpilot. Buyer beware! You may never get your refund because your item randomly never got returned although you returned it using an instant return service - Happy Returns!

Worst purchase ever! The v neck Tuckernuck sweater looks nothing like the one advertised and pictured. It looks cheap, has a strange smell and is a GLARING GOLD METALLIC! In the picture it looks like a soft creamy color but this is a “ugly Christmas sweater” like you’d wear as a joke. I paid $15.00 for 3 day shipping that never happened. AFTER I paid a not eligible to return popped up? I really think the positive reviews are fake since reading here so many customers are upset. Fool me once I’m never going back!

I received 2 dresses from this company and promptly returned them, since they didn't fit and I didn't care for the material. I was told the warehouse never received 1. I am absolutely certain I returned 2. No doubt whatsoever. I emailed my situation and someone got back to me promptly. They said they would credit me for both dresses, and I will wait for this to happen. Until then I cannot complain about their response. For the life of me I cannot fathom where that other dress is. This is the first time this has ever happened with the many clothes vendors I have purchased from.

This site. I placed an order in December of 2024. I never received it and was never issued a refund. I’ve repeatedly contacted the company and have not received a response. It is thievery.

Across many purchases, I've enjoyed their excellent curation, fun products, easy order tracking, and prompt customer care.
Tuckernuck sent me the wrong size pant twice. They refunded me for the first pair and said they would for the second but are not processing the return (which they received) and will not respond to my emails or calls. AVOID.

I bought three dresses and returned two. Tuckernuck only refunded one of the dresses. Tried to contact them and was told “you are still in possession of the dress.” Awful customer service. Will not purchase again.
I have been buying from Tuckernuck for years and have considered this might go to site for all my clothing needs. Unfortunately, I have now been seeking other sites because they have gotten so much higher and are now out of my price range below $225 for a dress. Also, some of their styling has gotten absolutely ridiculous rather than classic and classy styling. Very sad to see.

Ordered 3 dresses on line and forgot to apply my 15% discount. I called customer service and it was an awful and quite shocking experience.
He “ could not” apply the 15% BUT he could if I accepted that my 3 dresses were “ final sale”

The sizing chart is completely off. Their clothes come up much much larger than the sizing charts show. Unfortunately I bought several dresses based on their incorrect measurement chart, many in final sale so I couldn’t return. Even the items that were returnable, there is a hefty fee for returning and shipping / customs duties are up to the buyer to pay. Would not recommend
Tuckernuck finally credited my account on 12/22/24, after their courier picked up my return on 12/04/24. I still think this is an unacceptable amount of time to credit a return and won't be ordering anything else from this company.
A Sway courier picked up my return on 12/04/24. Today is 12/19/24 and Tuckernuck customer service is telling me I have to wait until 12/26/24 to let them know if my return has not been processed. This is ridiculous! Their return policy says 2 WEEKS! I have e-mailed them at least 6 times and I keep getting the same response....

Bought a beautiful dress $280 on sale. Aqua blue, shorter length, long sleeve cute style. When it arrived, color is faded, material is cheap, length is below knee… do not like at all.
Too bad… was on sale… no return, credit or refund.

I received a beautiful sweater in a timely and well documented manner. I’ve read some negative reviews so felt it important to note that my experience with Tuckernuck was excellent.
I ordered a dress, I looked all over the website for where they manufacture their products, and was not successful. Received the $300+ dress to find out it came from CHINA. I try very hard to use other manufacturing countries. I returned the dress, and now i have a Credit, which I was expecting full refund. Now I've asked for them to be clear with me if they have other manufacturers besides CHINA, and I can't talk with anyone. Very frustrated. I thought they were an upscale, legitimate retailer.
Just do a little work. You can almost always find their stuff on Amazon for 1/10th of the price. All they do is private labeling and rip you off. If you don't believe me, check out their Jackie dress.
I placed an order for a dress and the package was damaged in transit and never delivered (tracking says it was returned to Tuckernuck). I reached out to Tuckernuck and Corso, Tuckernuck's outsourced shipping protection, and it's been over two weeks without a refund. Both sides are giving me the runaround on something that should be a simple refund for a product that was never deliverd.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL! I ordered from them and they charged me the $200+ for the dress. I still hadn't received the dress after the shipping deadline so I reached out and was told it never shipped and was out of stock. This is after being charged for it! I only ever received a confirmation email that the order was successfully placed. I never received a notification of cancellation or refund either even though I spoke with Sarah (team leader Alex Ferrel) and asked her for this. If I hadn't reached out I would never have been notified!!

Make sure your purchase is eligible for return before you buy. I recently bought 2 dresses on sale, each in a different size, intending to return the one that didn't fit. Nothing was mentioned about final sale on the order. Guess what…neither dress can be returned The Tnuck return page says that each dress has a tag that says ‘ineligible for return,’ That’s incorrect. The tag in fact says ‘this tag must remain attached for return.’ Customer service is of no help. I wont buy Tnuck again.
I ordered a $970.00 dress. One week after ordering the $970.00 dress arrived crammed into a plastic bag, inside another even smaller plastic bag, crammed into my standard issue mailbox. The Label is LaDoubleJ.
I can order this dress almost anywhere from other retailers who always send dresses in a box, with tissue paper, a bow and a thank you note. The dress was unwearable on arrival and looked like it was fished out of the bottom of the laundry basket. I had an Anthropology experience at a Bergdorf's price point. Go somewhere else.
