No response and still haven't recieved my order after 5 weeks. customer service also doesn't contact back after 3 e-mails

Extremely bad!!! Ordered end of February and still haven’t received anything. After trying to get in contact with them for weeks I finally received a response saying that my order would ship but again, NOTHING. This was over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. They’re also not responding to anything. It’s a total scam so definitely don't order.

They never shipped my order and never answered to all of my mails (and I wrote at least 3 mails)! Please don’t fall for them, they are a total scam!

The case what let’s you put a song on it is fake! They do not make them and they do not send them. After a couple rounds of hassle with the costumers service they will offer to send one of their other cases (witch conveniently costs about 10€ less) as a replacement. Do not order!

Worst costumer service ever! I ordered a case in February 2021, and months later still nothing. I asked for a refund, and when costumer service finally responded they didn’t even address my ask for a refund - don’t ever shop on their website!

I ordered a phone case in January 2021.
Received nothing.
They took my money.
5 months later the customer service does not respond I would not recommend this site.
I have also asked for refund, replacement no response.

My sister ordered a phone case for my birthday, but she accidentally bought wrong one. We both tried to contact them, but noone responded for weeks, when they finally replied and emailed the address where I can return the phone case, I sent the phone case, but it haven’t been processed yet. To be honest I think my sister just lost her money and I will be left without this gift. They brand website says “easy returns” which is not that easy I would say.. Btw, the only way to contact them is through the website and the email address doesn’t work when you want to send a normal email through your email, just annoying how they continue developing their business when the customer service is terrible..

I ordered in november and now it’s april 4th and i still haven’t received my order
The service is the worst i have ever experienced

I ordered a phone case on the 24th of february. I ordered the case that you can personalize with the song you like by submitting a photo.
I received an order confirmation and it said that it woul arrive in between 20-30 days. It's the 4th of April and I haven't got any case yet.
I texted them on instagram and I haven't got any answer obviously. I wrote like five e-mails to the support without any answers, and then finally I got an answer and it said
"Thanks for reaching out!
Your order is still out of stock and we'll notify you once it's already packed and ready to ship.
Thanks for your continued patience.

Do not order from them! I ordered a case and I never got it, no answers on their social media or mail. Worst company ever!

I returned my phone case, since it didn’t look like on the pictures at all..bad quality etc. and Toxic didn’t refund me the money. I contacted them 6 times until they answered and said that they will refund it..still didn’t receive the money and they don’t reply again..BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a phone case at the start of January and i still have not received my phone case (OVER TWO MONTHS AGO!). I have emailed them on multiple occasions with no response until when i finally got one (two weeks ago) they said the product is sold out and i will be notified when it has been shipped. The product was not sold out online or i wouldn't have been able to put my order through right? and if it was sold out and i had paid for it wouldn't you refund the money!?
I emailed back a response straight away and i am still yet to hear from them about getting a refund or if the product has finally been shipped. This company is a scam and no customer service! 5 emails sent before finally getting a response that didn't make sense is not good enough.

It was perhaps one of my first experiences with an online store that I didn't trust very much and the reviews on trust pilot weren't the best, but I decided to take a risk. The product, however, proved to be of excellent workmanship and worth the price it costs (in my case I am talking about a cover). The shipping times are not the best and have also led me to think that I have been scammed (we are talking about 10-15 working days for Italy). But at least the package has arrived. Online support isn't the best, and responses are a bit slow (3-5 business days), so to avoid problems, I highly recommend paying with PayPal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sent me a broken case so I sent them multiple emails requesting for a replacement they just ignored me.

Scam, total scam. Please do not pay these people and if you already have call your bank and file a payment dispute because it’s fraud and it’s not going to stop unless people take action,

Ordered about 3 months ago and my package got lost in transit. They said that they will send me again free of cost but since that I can't get a reply to my mails. We're disappointed. Do not buy from that company.

The company hasn't send the product. No opportunity to contact them (I sent more than 5 emails for sure and texted them on instagram). Don't bother to deal with this company. I was so nicely written in the email in case of any doubts. No contact, no money, no product....

Customer service won’t reply

I’ve placed an order on 20th of January and still haven’t received anything. I’ve emailed them several time, yet they don’t even bother responding me. I hope I will get a refund (but based on the review I should assume that they will be very irresponsible and will steal my money). I don’t know whom to contact anymore... Don’t order from them!!

I haven’t received my order placed on the 9th of January and the customer service is the worst I have encountered in a company. They simply ignore all my e-mails.
