Bought some items and after two months of waiting didn't receive anything yet.

They get your money and run away with it. I message the customer service weekly but I get nothing back.

The phone case is alright but is shipped from China and had to pay customs

The phone cases are amazing, I just had to review it.

Case it worse than the £5 one i bought off amazon. It is thin and won't protect my phone despite the fact it claims it will on the website.

Still trying to get them to cover postage back to Netherlands from UK because I don't think the customer should be required to cover the postage for an unsatisfactory product.

The text on the case is also in an awkward place so you can't hold it comfortably without covering the text.

I have purchased 2 phone cases seperately on the same day in early November. There are problems on my orders, including the country of origin of the product, the wrong colour printed on my phone case and update on my order (I just received 1 phone case and I am wondering where the other one will be dispatched).

I have sent few emails to them but no replies have been received yet. A bit disappointed.

If I were to write this review 3 months ago, it would have been a 5 star review. But the customer service, while good, wasn’t as expected.
You see, I got a case as a gift, and it was great the first month, and I even bought some for my friend. But then the back plastic started separating from the silicon sides. I sent them an email explaining the situation, and they were very helpful and offered to send me a replacement.
The problem is that my case wasn’t purchased using my email, and the cases I bought my friend were using my email address.
That resulted in two attempts of sending me the wrong cases, even though I sent them a picture of the case, and I confirmed with them multiple times my phone model and case type. Until they finally sent me a replacement, with the correct case type, but for the wrong phone model.
Meanwhile I had the exact same problem with another case manufacturer, and they were actually reading my emails, and not just redoing the last purchase. And I am currently using my replacement case, no problem.
I’m not saying by any means this is a bad company, I still want my case, but I wish the customer service actually understood what I wanted, given that I have confirmed with them what I want multiple times. Instead of winding up with 3 cases, which I have offered to send back, that I can’t use. A loss for me and for them by the way.

Very friendly, quick feedback, short transit time

I bought a phone case on september 16 with the delivery average time of 10-15 business days, and I haven't had any update, don't even know if my order was packed and sent to me

It’s two months since I ordered a product and I still get the same reply’s to wait another 15 business day. The product wasn’t even shipped. This is a horrible site I could’ve spent my money on different site with phone cases. They’re not willing to give a refund. It’s crazy...

Edit: in the past two months you’ve never told me that I provided you with “wrong” address. I gave you my full address which I always use for online shopping and nobody ever had a problem with that.

Came super fast, would definitely buy again. The case is sturdy and great quality.

Very poor customer service, and can’t live up to their delivery time. Bad at updating their delivery information, and is not very helpful with a 25 business day delay on delivery :(

I have now received my items before expected delivery day, that was postponed 25 business days. Website couldn’t let me track it, but it came in a good condition and clearly a quality cover!

Great quality! Feels sturdy and not cheap material! I decided to get the “if you can read this you’re too close” I love it! I’ve got so many compliments about it! Definitely worth buying :)

My case arrived without delays, but it came with a spelling error.
Also, 3 months into using it, it started to turn yellow, which signals the poor quality of their material, since it says on apple’s website that this is an issue with cases of bad quality.
I contacted their support team but was informed that this “is normal with time”.
A bit disappointed.
