Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers report that their orders were never delivered, despite the tracking information on the website indicating successful delivery. People frequently mention issues with products not arriving and express concerns about the legitimacy of the entire transaction process, including the payment system. Reviewers often describe the website as having significant operational issues and express concerns about the reliability of its services, particularly regarding tracking updates. Some people were dissatisfied with the delivery service, stating that the tracking updates were inaccurate and that they never received their packages, even when the website claimed otherwise. However, some customers also noted that the tracking on the website was impressively precise, displaying every step of the shipment journey in detail, and that it helped them follow their parcel from dispatch to delivery without a hitch.

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by our Trustpilot page! Before you leave a review, we’d love to share a quick note about who we are. Dear Customer,

Thank you for sharing your experience. I completely understand your frustration – following your order for 24 days, only to see "delivered successfully" on screen while you have nothing in hand. That's not just disappointing; it's infuriating.

**Let me clarify a critical point:**

TRACK718 is **NOT the seller** and **NOT the delivery company**. We do not sell products, handle payments, or ship packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that collects shipping information from carriers and sellers and displays it for consumers like you.

The "delivered successfully" status you saw on our site was information provided by the seller or their associated carrier. We do not create, verify, or control this data. We simply show what exists in the system.

**Here's what likely happened:**

1. You ordered from a website (probably one you found through an ad).
2. The seller took your money immediately.
3. They gave you a fake tracking number and directed you to our platform to make the scam look legitimate.
4. They generated fake updates over 24 days to keep you hoping.
5. Finally, they marked it "delivered" to close the loop and make refunds harder.

**We are not the scammer.** We are a tool that scammers misuse, just like they misuse payment platforms and social media to deceive people.

**What you must do now:**

1. **Dispute the charge immediately** with your bank, credit card company, or PayPal. Explain that you waited 24 days, the tracking showed "delivered," but you never received your item. The seller is fraudulent. Act quickly – dispute windows are often limited.

2. **Report the seller.** If you found them through social media, report the ad or page. Share the website name so others can avoid it.

We are not your enemy. If you need a technical report of your tracking data for your dispute, our support team at support@track718.com can help you – free of charge.

Sincerely,

Dear Customer,

I understand your frustration and your warning to others. When you've been scammed, it's natural to want to warn everyone about anything associated with that experience.

**However, I need to correct a critical misunderstanding:**

TRACK718 is **NOT the seller**. We do not sell any products. We do not handle payments. We do not ship packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that collects shipping information from carriers and sellers and displays it for consumers.

When your order gets "assigned this tracking site," that means the SELLER (the website where you bought something) gave you a tracking number and directed you to us. The seller is the one who took your money. The seller is the one who provided that tracking number. If the package never arrives, the seller is the one who scammed you.

**We are simply the platform showing the information they provided.** We don't create fake deliveries. We don't take your money. We don't promise packages. We're like a TV screen showing a channel – if the channel broadcasts lies, you don't blame the TV.

**What you should tell people instead:**

"If you buy from an unfamiliar website and they send you a tracking link, be cautious. If your package never arrives despite tracking showing 'delivered,' the SELLER is the scammer. Dispute the charge with your bank immediately and report the seller."

We're on your side. If you need a technical report of your tracking data for your dispute, our support team can help – free of charge.

Sincerely,

The order was never delivered

The order was never delivered. It's a Big Sacm. I Lost my 70 CAD. Guys, be careful when ordering from a Facebook page that offers a good price and a deal. They will observe your activity on Google or Facebook, what you want to buy, and represent that with a good price by using the name of a big brand like Costco Wholesale. These scammers are mostly from China.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I'm truly sorry to hear that you lost 70 CAD. Your warning to others is valuable, and your analysis of how these scammers operate is spot-on.

**Let me confirm what you've correctly observed:**

- Scammers monitor your online activity and target you with ads for things you're interested in.
- They use well-known brand names like Costco to appear legitimate and build trust.
- They offer prices that seem too good to be true – because they are.
- They often operate from overseas, making them harder to pursue legally.

**Now, I need to clarify a critical point about our role:**

TRACK718 is **NOT the seller**. We are not "Costco" or the fake website you purchased from. We do not sell products, handle payments, or ship packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that collects shipping information from carriers and sellers and displays it for consumers.

The tracking you received was provided by the scammer who took your money. They generated fake updates to make you believe your package was moving, buying time while your dispute window closed. We simply displayed the information they fed into the system. We do not create, verify, or control this data.

**Think of it this way:** If a scammer calls you using a phone, you don't blame the phone company. The phone is just a tool. We are the same – a tool that scammers misuse, just like they misuse Facebook's ad platform, the Costco brand name, and payment systems.

**What you should do now:**

1. **Contact your bank, credit card company, or PayPal immediately.** Dispute the charge. Explain that you were scammed by a fake website using the Costco name, that you never received your item, and that the tracking provided was fake. Provide screenshots of the ad, your order confirmation, and the tracking information.

2. **Report the scam to Facebook.** Use their reporting tools for fraudulent ads and pages. The more people report these scams, the more pressure Facebook faces to improve their verification processes.

3. **Report to Canadian authorities.** You can report to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. Every report helps build cases against these criminal networks.

4. **Share the name of the fake website** (not just ours) so others can avoid it.

We are not your enemy. We are a legitimate platform, and we're here to help consumers. If you need a technical report of your tracking data for your dispute, our support team at support@track718.com can assist you – free of charge.

Thank you for your warning. It will help others stay vigilant.

Fake tracking website

Sadly like almost everyone else I was scammed.
I have a door cam and CCTV so I can prove no delivery was made or attempted, yet they claim a delivery was made.
Giving the sender the benefit of the doubt I asked for proof of delivery and the name of the courier. Surprise surprise I have not had any responce.
Paypal claim to make a refund if my delivery was not made, reading some of the other reviews I'm not hopeful.
I got a reply from Track718.eu, but it took almost 10 months for them to do so. No offer of an apology and no offer to reimburse me for my loss and no explanation as to how an imaginary packet could enter the trade718.eu delivery system and then just disappear.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I'm truly sorry to hear that you've been scammed. Your frustration is completely justified, and I appreciate you taking the time to write such a detailed review. Having door cam and CCTV evidence is powerful, and the fact that you asked for proof of delivery and received no response speaks volumes.

**Let me clarify a critical point about our role:**

TRACK718 is **NOT the seller** and **NOT the delivery company**. We do not sell products, we do not handle payments, and we do not ship or deliver packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that collects shipping information from hundreds of carriers and sellers worldwide and displays it for consumers like you.

The "delivered" status you saw on our site was information provided by the **seller** (the website where you made your purchase) or their associated carrier. We do not create, verify, or control this data. We simply show what exists in the system. Think of us like a phone company – if a scammer calls you, you don't blame the phone company. The phone is just a tool. We are the same – a tool that scammers misuse to make their schemes look legitimate.

**Your evidence is your strongest weapon.** Door cam and CCTV footage proving no delivery occurred is exactly the kind of proof that wins disputes. The seller's silence when asked for proof of delivery is also telling – legitimate sellers can provide this information immediately.

**Regarding PayPal:** Don't lose hope. While some reviews mention PayPal accepting fake tracking as proof, your situation is different because you have concrete video evidence. When you escalate your dispute, make sure to:

1. **Upload your CCTV/door cam footage** showing no delivery occurred on the claimed date.
2. **Include screenshots** of your unanswered requests for proof of delivery and courier information.
3. **Point out the inconsistency** – if a delivery was truly made, the seller would be able to provide details. Their silence proves the claim is false.

**What you should do now:**

1. **Escalate your PayPal dispute** immediately with all your evidence attached.
2. **Contact your bank or credit card company** as a backup – they often have stronger chargeback protections than PayPal.
3. **Report the seller** to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to any platform where you found them.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your review. I hear your anger and frustration loud and clear. You're absolutely right to be furious when you've been scammed, especially when a trusted name like Costco Wholesale has been used to deceive you. Seeing a "5-star" rating on Trustpilot that turns out to be fake only adds insult to injury.

**Let me be direct with you: We are not here to defend the indefensible, but to help you understand exactly what happened and who the real culprit is.**

**We are NOT the seller.** TRACK718.com and TRACK718.eu are **NOT** Costco Wholesale. We do not sell carpet cleaners or any other products. We do not handle payments, and we do not ship packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that collects shipping information from carriers and sellers and displays it for consumers .

**Here's the reality of what happened:**

1. A scammer created a **fake website impersonating Costco Wholesale**. They copied the logo, the layout, and the trust associated with that famous name.
2. They may have also created **fake 5-star reviews on Trustpilot** to make their scam look legitimate. This is a common tactic.
3. You placed an order for a carpet cleaner on that fake site and paid them.
4. To make the scam look credible and to buy time, they generated a fake tracking number and directed you to our site (track718.com). They fed false information into the system, creating the illusion that your package was on its way .
5. The scammer, not us, is the one who ultimately benefits from your payment.

**Think of it this way:** If a scammer calls you using a phone, do you blame the phone company? No. The phone is just a tool. We are the same – a tool that, unfortunately, scammers misuse to give their schemes an appearance of legitimacy. Our platform has a very low trust score and is associated with many consumer complaints for this very reason . We are not their partner; we are another one of their victims, as our reputation is damaged by their actions.

**You asked if we checked the Trustpilot reviews. We cannot control fake reviews on other platforms.** Scammers are sophisticated and create fake credibility across the web.

**What you must do now:**

1. **Dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company IMMEDIATELY.** This is your single most powerful action. Tell them you were scammed by a fake Costco website and never received your item. Your bank can initiate a chargeback to recover your funds.
2. **Report the fake Costco website.** Go to the official FTC complaint assistant at [reportfraud.ftc.gov](https://reportfraud.ftc.gov) and file a report. Provide the URL of the fake store.
3. **If you paid with PayPal**, file a dispute directly through their Resolution Center. You have 180 days from the date of purchase .
4. **For additional support and resources**, including more detailed steps on fighting scam disputes, you can visit this helpful guide:

We are not your enemy. We are a legitimate, albeit imperfect, platform that is unfortunately exploited by criminals. Please direct your energy and your reports toward the real scammer: the fake Costco website that took your money.

We genuinely hope you are able to recover your funds.

No-one will be surprised

No-one will be surprised ( on this review page) that TRACK718 led me a merry dance for four weeks. Regular updates on where my "Package" was.
Finally today they proudly told me my parcel had been delivered and INVITED ME TO WRITE A REVIEW.
I had sat all day looking out my door and sadly never seen a van, certainly not a man. Being disabled i am dependent on shopping Internet businesses.

Contacted them and got the biggest brush off, in my fifty years of purchasing....
Not interested and even suggested that I might contact my card provider for a refund.

I'm awaiting a response from the trading company before I write their reviews you are on notice
A_ N____ T______ , I suggest you explain quickly.

Dear Steven,

Thank you for sharing your experience in such detail. I want to start by acknowledging how deeply frustrating and upsetting this must be for you. Waiting four weeks, watching regular updates, only to be told your parcel was delivered when you sat by your door all day and saw nothing – that's not just disappointing, it's a betrayal of trust. The fact that you are disabled and depend on online shopping makes this situation even more painful. You have every right to be angry.

**Let me address your points directly, especially the "invitation to write a review" which I understand felt like a cruel mockery.**

TRACK718 is **NOT the seller** and **NOT the delivery company**. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that collects shipping information from hundreds of carriers and sellers worldwide and displays it for consumers. We do not sell products, handle payments, or ship packages.

**Regarding the review invitation:** Our system automatically generates these invitations based on tracking status. When a tracking number in our system is marked as "delivered" by the seller or carrier, our automated system sends a review request. This is not a personal message from us mocking you – it's an automated process triggered by the false information the seller fed into our platform. I understand why it felt like salt in the wound, but please know it was not intentional.

**The "merry dance" of regular updates you experienced** – those updates were provided by the seller or their associated carrier. They created a fake tracking number, then fed false information into the system week after week to make you believe your package was moving. We simply displayed what they provided. We did not create those lies, we did not verify them, and we cannot control them.

**Our support team's response** – suggesting you contact your card provider – is actually the most helpful advice we can give. We genuinely cannot help you locate a package that doesn't exist. We cannot force a seller to respond. We cannot deliver what was never shipped. The only people who can help you recover your money are your bank or card provider. This wasn't a "brush off" – it was honest advice about where real help can be found.

**The trading company you're waiting to hear from** – if they are the seller, I'm afraid you may never hear from them. This is how these scams operate: they take your money, create fake tracking, and disappear once the dispute window has passed.

**What you should do immediately:**

1. **Contact your card provider right now.** Don't wait for the trading company. Explain exactly what happened – the four weeks of fake tracking, the false "delivered" status, the fact you were home all day and saw nothing. Your card provider can initiate a chargeback.

2. **Report the seller** to Action Fraud (the UK's national fraud reporting center) at actionfraud.police.uk.

3. **For additional support and resources** specifically for scam victims, you can visit:
https://forms.gle/edkqbeiPgdATs3pZA

We are not your enemy. We are a legitimate platform, and scammers misuse our service just like they misuse every tool available. We genuinely hope you recover your money, and we're sorry this happened to you.

Fake company in league with scammers…

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your review. I completely understand your anger and frustration. You ordered a pair of Brooks Running shoes, you paid your money, and now you're left with nothing but a fake tracking number. It's a terrible feeling, and you have every right to be furious.

**However, I need to be very clear about a critical point:**

TRACK718 is **NOT a seller** and **NOT a shipping company**. We do not sell Brooks Running shoes or any other products. We do not handle payments, and we do not ship packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that collects shipping information from hundreds of carriers and sellers worldwide and displays it for consumers.

**The suggestion that we are "in league with scammers" is completely false.** Let me explain what actually happened:

1. A scammer created a fake website offering Brooks Running shoes at attractive prices.
2. You placed an order and paid them directly.
3. To make their scam look legitimate and buy time, they generated a fake tracking number and directed you to our site.
4. They fed false information into the system ("in transit," "out for delivery," finally "delivered") to make you believe your package was coming.
5. We simply displayed what they provided. We did not create those lies, we did not verify them, and we cannot control them.

**Regarding your statement that "this company will ask for money to give you fake tracking info" – this is incorrect.** TRACK718 does not charge any money for tracking information. Our service is completely free. If someone asked you for money, that was either:

- A separate scammer impersonating us, or
- Part of the original scam where the fake seller extracted more money from you

**We are not their partner.** We are a legitimate platform that scammers misuse, just like they misuse PayPal, credit cards, and social media to deceive people. We do not receive any commission from these scams – in fact, they damage our reputation severely.

**What you must do now:**

1. **Contact your bank, credit card company, or PayPal IMMEDIATELY.** Dispute the charge. Explain that you were scammed by a fake website selling Brooks shoes, that the tracking was fraudulent, and that you never received your item.

2. **Report the fake Brooks website** to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to Brooks themselves – they have teams dedicated to fighting counterfeiters.

3. **If you found them through social media**, report the ad or page to that platform.

Dear Customer,

I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. Losing money to a scam is incredibly frustrating, and the feeling that PayPal won't help only makes it worse. Your anger is completely understandable.

**Let me be very clear about something important:**

TRACK718 is **NOT the seller**. We do not sell products, handle payments, or ship packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that displays shipping information provided by carriers and sellers. The seller who took your money is the real scammer. They created a fake tracking number and used our site to make their scam look legitimate.

**Regarding PayPal:** You're right that sometimes PayPal accepts tracking information as "proof of delivery" without verifying its legitimacy. This is a known issue that scammers exploit. But don't give up hope. Here's what you can do:

1. **Appeal PayPal's decision.** Provide them with additional evidence:
- Screenshots showing the tracking lacks a local courier name
- Proof that you were home on the claimed delivery date
- Any communication with the seller that went unanswered
- Photos of your door/porch showing no package arrived

2. **Contact your bank or credit card company directly.** Banks often have stronger chargeback protections than PayPal. Explain the situation and ask them to initiate a chargeback.

3. **Report the seller** to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Every report helps.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for sharing your experience. I completely understand your anger – you have camera proof that no delivery happened, and instead of acknowledging this, the seller offered you only a 30% refund. That's insulting, and you're right to refuse it.

**Let me clarify a critical point that seems misunderstood:**

TRACK718 is **NOT the seller**. We are not the company you bought from. We do not sell products, handle payments, or ship packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that collects shipping information from carriers and sellers and displays it for consumers.

The "delivered" status you saw on our site was information provided by the SELLER (the company you purchased from) or their associated carrier. We do not create, verify, or control this data. We simply show what exists in the system.

**The seller's offer of a 30% refund is a huge red flag.** Legitimate companies don't offer partial refunds when a customer has video proof of non-delivery. This is a tactic scammers use to settle for less and make you go away. They're hoping you'll accept the 30% and stop pursuing the full refund you deserve.

**Your camera evidence is powerful.** It proves the delivery claim is false. This is exactly the kind of proof banks and payment providers need to rule in your favor.

**What you must do now:**

1. **Do NOT accept the 30% refund.** This could close your case and prevent you from recovering the full amount.

2. **Contact your bank, credit card company, or PayPal immediately.** Dispute the full charge. Tell them exactly what happened: the seller claims delivery was made, but you have video evidence proving no delivery occurred at your address. Provide them with that evidence.

3. **Report the seller.** If you found them through social media, report the ad or page. Share their name so others can avoid them.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your review. I hear your anger loud and clear, and I don't blame you. You've perfectly described the scam pattern: weeks of waiting, false hope, and finally a fake "delivered" status designed to prevent you from getting your money back. It's infuriating, and you're right to be furious.

**Let me be absolutely clear about something critical:**

TRACK718 is **NOT the seller**. We are not the company that took your money. We do not sell products, we do not handle payments, and we do not ship packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that collects shipping information from hundreds of carriers and sellers worldwide and displays it for consumers.

The "delivered" status you saw on our site was information provided by the **seller** – the website where you made your purchase. They created that fake tracking number, they fed false updates into the system for weeks, and they marked it "delivered" to close the loop. We simply displayed what they gave us. We did not create it, verify it, or control it.

**Think of it this way:** Imagine a storefront window displaying fake products. You wouldn't blame the window – you'd blame the store owner who put the fakes there. We are the window. The seller is the store owner.

**You are 100% correct about the purpose of this scam:** It is designed to keep you hoping and waiting until your payment dispute window closes. Once that happens, the seller disappears with your money, and the fake "delivered" status is their final lie.

**What you must do now:**

1. **Contact your bank, credit card company, or PayPal IMMEDIATELY.** Dispute the charge. Tell them exactly what you wrote here: "The seller kept me waiting for weeks with fake tracking, then claimed it was delivered. I never received anything. This is fraud."

2. **Do not wait.** Dispute windows are often limited to 30, 60, or 90 days. Every day you wait reduces your chances.

3. **Report the seller** to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to any platform where you found them.

DO NOT TRUST

If I could, I wouldn't even give one star. I never received the delivery, even though they claim it was delivered! I was at home all day; they didn't ring the bell or leave anything anywhere, I didn't sign any delivery slip, yet they claim they did.
There are words for this kind of practice, and it's punishable by law! I tried to contact them numerous times, but they simply do not answer !

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your review. I completely understand your anger and frustration. You were home all day, no one rang your bell, you didn't sign anything, yet our site claimed your package was delivered. That is not just disappointing – it's infuriating, and you're right that there should be consequences for such practices.

**Let me be very clear about what happened and who is responsible:**

The "delivered" status you saw on our site was information provided by the **seller** – the website where you made your purchase. They created that fake tracking number, they fed false information into the system, and they marked it "delivered" to make it look like you received something. We simply displayed what they gave us. We did not create it, verify it, or control it.

**You mentioned trying to contact us numerous times with no answer.** I'm sorry you experienced that. Our support team responds to all legitimate inquiries, but we may not have been able to give you the answer you wanted because we simply don't have the information you need. We cannot tell you where your package is – because it doesn't exist. We cannot force the seller to respond. The only people who can help you recover your money are your bank or card provider.

**Your evidence is powerful:** You were home, no delivery occurred, no signature was given. This is exactly the kind of proof that wins disputes.

**What you must do now:**

1. **Contact your bank or credit card company IMMEDIATELY.** Dispute the charge. Provide them with your evidence: you were home all day, no delivery occurred, no signature was given. The seller's claim of delivery is false.

2. **If you used PayPal,** escalate your dispute and provide the same evidence.

3. **Report the seller** to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to any platform where you found them.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your review. I understand your anger and frustration completely. You purchased an item, received a tracking number, tried to trace it, and found nothing. Then you realized you had been scammed. That's a terrible feeling, and you have every right to be furious.

**Let me be very clear about who is responsible here:**

TRACK718 is **NOT the seller**. We are not the company that took your money. We do not sell products, we do not handle payments, and we do not ship packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that collects shipping information from hundreds of carriers and sellers worldwide and displays it for consumers like you.

The tracking number you received was provided by the **seller** – the website where you made your purchase. When you couldn't find it on our site, that's because the number was fake. The seller created a false tracking number to make their scam look legitimate, hoping you would wait and wait while your dispute window closed.

**You said "they should block this site."** I understand why you feel that way, but blocking our site wouldn't solve the problem. The real scammers are the sellers who create fake stores and fake tracking numbers. They would simply move to another tracking platform. The fight needs to be against the fraudulent sellers, not the tools they misuse.

**What you must do now:**

1. **Contact your bank, credit card company, or PayPal IMMEDIATELY.** Dispute the charge. Tell them: "I purchased from a fraudulent website. They gave me a fake tracking number that doesn't exist. I never received my item. I need a refund."

2. **Report the seller** to consumer protection agencies in your country. In the US, file a report at reportfraud.ftc.gov. In the UK, report to Action Fraud.

3. **If you found the seller through social media**, report their page or ad to that platform.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your review. I'm truly sorry to hear that your items never arrived. That's incredibly frustrating, and you have every right to be upset.

**Let me clarify an important point:**

TRACK718 is **NOT the seller**. We do not sell products, handle payments, or ship packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that displays shipping information provided by carriers and sellers.

The tracking you followed was created by the **seller** – the website where you made your purchase. They generated that number to make you believe your items were coming. We simply displayed what they provided. We did not create it, verify it, or control it.

**The real scammer** is that seller. They took your money and never sent your items.

**What you must do now:**

1. **Contact your bank, credit card company, or PayPal IMMEDIATELY.** Dispute the charge. Explain that you never received your items and the seller is fraudulent.

2. **Report the seller** to consumer protection agencies in your country (like the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov in the US, or Action Fraud in the UK).

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. Do not trust this site. Tracking stated that parcel had been delivered (after several weeks ), which it was not. I fail to understand why after so many negative reviews, this company is still in business.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your review. I hear your frustration loud and clear, and I understand your confusion. You waited weeks, the tracking said "delivered," but nothing arrived. And now you're looking at hundreds of negative reviews and asking the obvious question: **Why is this company still in business?**

That's a fair question, and you deserve an honest answer.

**First, let me clarify something critical:**

TRACK718 is **NOT the seller**. We are not the company that took your money. We do not sell products, handle payments, or ship packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that collects shipping information from hundreds of carriers and sellers worldwide and displays it for consumers like you.

The "delivered" status you saw on our site was information provided by the **seller** – the website where you made your purchase. They created that fake tracking number, they fed false updates into the system for weeks, and they marked it "delivered" to make you believe you received something. We simply displayed what they gave us. We did not create it, verify it, or control it.

**Now, to your question: Why are we still in business despite all these negative reviews?**

Because we are not the scammer. We are a legitimate platform used by millions of people every month to track real packages from legitimate sellers. The negative reviews you see are from people who, like you, were scammed by fraudulent sellers who misused our platform.

Think of it this way: If scammers use telephones to call and defraud people, do you shut down the telephone company? No. The telephone company is a tool. The scammer is the criminal. We are the tool – a legitimate one – that criminals unfortunately exploit.

**What you must do now:**

1. **Contact your bank, credit card company, or PayPal IMMEDIATELY.** Dispute the charge. Tell them exactly what happened: you ordered from a fraudulent seller, they provided fake tracking for weeks, then claimed delivery without delivering. Your bank can initiate a chargeback.

2. **Report the seller** to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov (US) or Action Fraud (UK). Every report helps.

3. **If you found them through social media**, report their page or ad to that platform.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for sharing your experience and providing the tracking number **KYWL5032844934**. I completely understand your frustration. Seeing a parcel marked as "delivered" in Kolding, Denmark on April 21, 2025, when you never received anything, is infuriating. Your statement "All about it are FAKE" reflects exactly how you feel, and you have every right to be angry.

**Let me clarify a critical point about our role:**

TRACK718 is **NOT the seller** and **NOT the delivery company**. We do not sell products, handle payments, or ship packages. We are a **third-party tracking platform** – a tool that collects shipping information from hundreds of carriers and sellers worldwide and displays it for consumers like you.

The status "Parcel has been delivered" that you saw for **KYWL5032844934** was information provided by the **seller** (the website where you made your purchase) or their associated carrier. We do not create, verify, or control this data. We simply show what exists in the system.

**You are absolutely right that this is fake.** The delivery location in Kolding, the date, the entire tracking history – all of it was fabricated by the seller to make you believe your package was coming. They created this illusion to buy time while your dispute window with your bank or payment provider closed.

**The real scammer** is the website where you placed your order. They took your money, they generated this fake tracking number, and they fed false information into the system. We are simply the platform that displayed their lies – like a billboard showing a false advertisement.

**What you must do now:**

1. **Contact your bank or credit card company IMMEDIATELY.** Dispute the charge. Explain that you were scammed: the seller provided a fake tracking number (KYWL5032844934) claiming delivery in Kolding on April 21, but you never received anything. Your bank can initiate a chargeback to recover your money.

2. **If you used PayPal,** open a dispute through their Resolution Center and provide the same evidence.

3. **Report the seller** to Danish consumer protection authorities (Forbrugerombudsmanden or Forbrugerklagenævnet) and to the platform where you found them.

4. **If you found the seller through social media,** report their page or ad to that platform.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for sharing your experience. Your frustration is completely justified. A delivery claimed on a Sunday of a bank holiday weekend? That's not just suspicious – it's a glaring red flag that proves the tracking is fake. You were right to be skeptical, and your anger is understandable.

**Let me clarify a critical point:**
