Tracking was saying "package delivered" but I never received and there is no way to find out which transport company did. It seems like a scam

Scammers they never delivered my package

Same as the others, placed an order online, paid through PayPal, order says delivered but I received nothing, now the link to the store is no longer available.

This Track is showing, means simulate, a parcel is traveling from China to other country and location, show this around 1 month and at end show the parcel was Delivered, but not :(
Pure Scam.

I ordered a product from China to the UK and was a bit nervous when I saw all the reviews of this tracking company. I don't normally write reviews but thought I had to this time to share that everything was fine for me. Track718 was a bit behind on getting updated but I did receive the product ok in a reasonable time period. I can't speak to what happened to other customers' products but I personally had no issues.

Scam scam scam. Do not use. Do not trust!! Pretty much what most others say of false tracking etc etc.
What I don't get is how there is a 1.3 average review s ore yet there isn't a single review above 1%.

Scam company that works with scammers that u order goods from on-line. They will make u wait with false tracking numbers for over a month to then say your package was delivered when it wasn't. Never use!

My story is pretty much the same as other reviews. I saw an ad on face book went to the site and great discounts were offered. The site and the subsequent tracking were very convincing. The tracking went to "out for delivery" to "delivery" but nothing was ever delivered! I wasted a whole day waiting for something that never arrived and lost £42. These people are SCAMMERS! 0 STARS : the 1 star as I had to tick something.

Scam alert! Bought a product on Facebook thinking it was coming from the US yet the transaction showed critiblood-London. Then when the so called tracking was provided it was from Track718 in China. As soon as I saw that, I tried to stop them from supposedly shipping and told them I wanted a full refund. I was told I couldn’t cancel my order. I did tell them if I had known it was coming from China. I would’ve never ordered. Then weeks later this so-called tracking says my package was delivered and it never was. How many thousands of people are being scammed by just this one company. I think we all need to make a petition and get this taken care of with our government. Also social media sites that allow these scammers need to be held accountable for our losses.

I have a question for you. I ordered a dress on Pennington but track718 was the delivery. Since the 15th November 2024 I has no update, I send them e-mail. To pennington and to track718 nobody anwser me. Did you know how can I be repay on my credit card?!

I was fooled by a very real looking website offering big discounts on Blundstone boots as part of a Black Friday sale. Turns out original site was a copy of the actual Blundstone website (scam company has now pulled site down). Had been sent a track718.eu link that followed the 'parcel' all the way from China to my address before it was 'delivered'. Total fraud... Instagram had allowed this ad to be posted along with other legit ads...

The tracking number is not legitimate it says that it's stopping at certain stops and it's going through customs but it truly will never arrive.

Track 718is a scammed. I ordered fashion clothes said it arrived and delivered. Never received the package. No email reply from customer service. No phone number to call and complain either .

I echo all comments. Ordered Merrell shoes advertised on Facebook as ostensibly from Sports Direct. Turned out was dealing with blooms-body.com in Hong Kong. After over a month, received e mail from Track718 saying it was delivered to addressee. We were in then. Nothing arrived.

It's a total scam, It showed me All of the tracking process tell it was the day to get delivered After that I couldn't see the progress anymore.. 🤬 I'm pissed..

The item sent for delivery was NOT delivered. They are part of the scam. They state item was delivered but could NOT, or would NOT provide contact information of who supposedly delivered this item in Australia. If they cannot provide this information then how can they track delivery. Total scam and no one seems to take action to shut them down.

Track718 is a scam delivery tracking service, used by scam retailers. Report the retailer to your bank if they use this site, and ask for a charge back.
