Sue’s input and responsiveness really made our “once-in-a-lifetime” family safari during Christmas week 2024. We had a superb visit in terms of the excellence of the location (Madikwe,SA), lodge (Tau Game lodge), food, staff and safari guide. Amazing wildlife sightings. Unforgettable for all of us. Thanks Sue. We will come back to you again for future wildlife holidays. Jo, Bob and six other happy family members.

Sue is an excellent planner - she spent a lot of time with us ensuring we booked the perfect safari. We had a wonderful time and got so lucky with the wildlife sightings. Thanks!

A wonderful varied trip with a mix of lodges (Nkwali, Luangwa River, Baines) but also canoeing with 3 nights camping along the Zambezi river. We had some great wildlife sightings in all locations including plenty of Leopards. Sue's suggestions were ideal. As we were right at the end of the season some lodges had no other guests for several nights and we had safari jeeps to ourselves. Sue was very responsive at all times and we wouldn't hesitate to use Tracks Safaris again.

I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a two-week safari experience to Kenya and Zanzibar, meticulously arranged by Sue's Safari Company. From the initial planning stages to the final moments of the trip, Sue's help and attention to detail made it a truly unforgettable adventure.
Our journey began in Kenya, where we explored the breathtaking landscapes and diverse wildlife of the Maasai Mara. Sue's deep knowledge of the area ensured that we had prime viewing opportunities and intimate encounters with the Big Five. My accommodations were exceptional, combining luxury with the authentic feel of the African wilderness. Each lodge and tented camp offered stunning views, top-notch amenities, and warm, welcoming staff who catered to my every need.
Sue's itinerary was perfectly balanced, allowing ample time for game drives, cultural experiences, and relaxation.
After an exhilarating week in Kenya, I flew to Zanzibar for a completely different but equally enchanting experience. Sue had arranged for me to stay in a beachfront resort that was the epitome of paradise. Pristine white sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and luxurious accommodations made for a perfect retreat.
Throughout the trip, Sue's dedication to customer satisfaction was unwavering. She was always available to address any concerns and made sure every aspect of my journey was flawless.

Thank you to Tracks Safaris for a magical holiday. Sue made everything really seamless and her knowledge of the area and local guides really helped. All the accommodation was fantastic and different with each lodge and our guide was amazing. We had full safari days and his knowledge was exceptional and his patience every time we spotted something was great.

Booking with Tracks safari meant we confident that every aspect of our holiday would be well organised and suit our needs with personal attention at all times. The result was a fantastic first safari with beautiful lodges and stunning close up views of all the animals we were hoping to see and so much more. All staff were so friendly and our driver's knowledge and humour just added to the experience.

Tracks Safaris organisation of our family trip to South Africa was excellent. Sue took on board our requests and prepared the perfect holiday for the nine of us in the party. From the pick-up at JBurg airport to our return everything went smoothly, with no hiccups. The two malaria-free NPs we visited had excellent game viewing, and even those of us who have travelled extensively in Africa had "best ever" encounters with wildlife. The local guides, based at the two lodges used, were excellent. They were knowledgeable and always put the welfare of the animals first. Accommodation was excellent and the food was also very good. All in all a great trip, with great support from Tracks.

We had an absolutely brilliant holiday in Botswana, thank you Sue.
The level of customer care leading up to the trip was exemplary. It was good to be fully informed every step of the way with all our questions answered giving us complete confidence that, if anything unexpected should occur that Sue would be available to provide support and assistance. Fortunately, the trip was problem-free so we didn’t have to call on Sue’s services. Our experiences in Africa using Track Safari expertise has only made us want to visit again.
We would happily use Tracks Safaris in the future.

Sue handled the booking for our Botswana Premium Safari and provided us with an excellent service. She was happy to answer any queries we had leading up to the trip, even when she was not supposed to be working! Would definitely use Tracks Safaris again and happily recommend them to other travellers.

We have just returned from our best holiday ever! This was a special family holiday to celebrate big birthdays with our daughters. Sue was so knowledgeable and great at planning our safari trip, her choice of camps and accommodation were excellent. From the moment we arrived in Nairobi until our return flight, Gamewatchers Safaris ensured that everything went to plan and we were very well looked after. Eagle View was outstanding and we would highly recommend as was Tipilikwani camp - amazing food, game drives and guides at both. Followed by the Asha Boutique on Diani beach which was just what we needed after our busy and exciting time in the Massai Mara. This was our first trip to Africa and it definitely won’t be our last. So Sue has the challenge of where next!

"I can only reiterate what has already been said about Tracks Safaris. The whole process from giving your initial ideas and wishes to Sue to the last day of your trip is stress-free, easy and exciting and I will continue to book any future trips with them. Sue is such an easy person to talk to and just wants to ensure you have the most amazing time on your chosen trip. We have been on safari in Tanzania, relaxed in Zanzibar and trekked gorillas in Uganda. I thoroughly recommend Tracks Safaris to fulfill all your travelling dreams.

Sue, at Tracks, was an excellent communicator, replying to all our queries, and in the process, nailed exactly what we wanted for our walking Safari holiday. We had an absolutely fabulous time, which we couldn’t have organised without her.

Sue is immensely knowledgeable about the safaris she organises. I’ve become a bit of a safari addict over the last 12 years and used to book everything myself directly, but I now wouldn’t go back as the service Sue provides is outstanding. From helping me decide where to go (the wonderful conservancies around the Masai Mara), to the lovely personal touches (e.g receiving a lovely book to read on my trip) and of course the financial protection I wouldn’t get otherwise. Thank you so much Sue - this was my best safari yet for sure!

Everything was well organized and went smoothly; we had a wonderfully knowledgeable and patient guide from Leopard Tours in Arusha, Tanzania, Zack. Sue Preater knows Zack and he didn’t disappoint: he enlightened us on wildlife, vegetation, the history of Tanzania, politics, family life and traditions, etc., etc.; we got so much more than just fabulous safaris.
Our two stays at Nikiyani tent camps were wonderful - comfortable accommodation, good food and very kind and helpful staff who seemed genuinely interested in our wellbeing. Our stay at Serena Lodge on the edge of the Ngorongoro caldera with spectacular views, was memorable, particularly leaving at 6 a.m. in pitch dark and thick fog to drive down to the floor to get an early start at a game drive. We did it, unscathed, thanks to Zack.
One thing I would change would be baggage issues - leave unneeded items in Arusha at the Sheraton to be delivered to the airport post-safari, rather than carrying all our worldly goods in a very tight space in our safari vehicle; it would have made life a bit easier, but not a big deal.
All in all, wonderful safaris organized by Sue of Tracks Safaris.

I had an amazing safari holiday in Kenya organised by Sue from Tack Safaris. She took the time to find out what I wanted to do and see, then gave me a few options. The holiday I chose was better than I expected, other than some issues with British Airways. I can't believe how close I got to the animals and how many I was able to see. The tented camps were also great, very comfortable and fantastic service from the Masai.

Our various accommodations in Tanzania were excellent (although finding the Tembo House Hotel in Zanzibar was ‘dry’ came as a surprise for ladies who like a G&T!).
We had the most wonderful, experienced,
knowledgeable and patient driver/guide Zak. He found us lots of game and we were often the only safari vehicle to find it.
All in all, our trip (a ladies only safari to Tanzania) was very well organised by Sue at Tracks Safaris, who certainly knows her stuff!

We booked our honeymoon through Track’s Safaris and it was a fantastic experience all around. Sue made the process easy and straightforward and designed an awesome itinerary and also accommodated specific requests and changes to itineraries that we were looking for to design something specific for us
We were visiting Sri Lanka in one of the monsoon seasons and read a lot of reviews about the potential for rain but Sue was able to lean on local contacts to design a trip around the country to avoid the areas which were wet at the time of year and as a result we ended up with great weather throughout and a chance to have hotel’s often to ourselves or otherwise lovely and quiet and relaxed
We loved all the eco-tourism elements and really feeling like we were supporting local businesses rather than big corporations and also that the trip was smooth as anything with the driver’s on the ground organising everything and keeping us well informed. When our car broke down post transfer a new car and driver were organised same day and we were back on schedule before the next scheduled transfer
Would certainly use Tracks Safaris again and recommend to anyone looking for a more personal touch
