An absolute disgrace to mankind ripping off people you won't even take my calls after your fitters totally messed up my kitchen they weren't fitters at all but cowboys. I wish to God I'd flagged up when you demanded cash or transfer and not credit card. Do NOT USE THEY COME UNDER ALOT OF OTHER NAMES. I have all names and acct numer etc. 10th Nov 2021 worst day of my life when they took my money and won't own up to all the mistakes.
Please please please do not use these cheap shoddy adverts on Facebook or any other social media outlet. They will take your money and ruin your home in the process.

We look at the add on face book for value kitchens and booked the appointment as we need a new kitchen, we called and the there designer visited and covinved my Mrs and we agreed

£220 advance payment
£ 2030 on kitchen arrival with oven and extractor
£830 to fitters on completion

The above mentioned perosn introduce himself Andie as designer of the company

And we reccived a phone call same day from the perosn regarding the kitchen delivery with aplliances on Monday the 8th of November and fitters will be in on Tuesday morning to complete the job

Delivery arrived in flat boxes without appliances hinges. Kitchen Drawers.
On arrival of the delivery we refused the payment as full kitchens is not there but after company confirmation that evey thing will be delivered before fitter arrive on Tuesday 9 th of November

Fittter turned up on Tuesday and said we will not be starting any work as company qouted very less price for the job and left

They agreed on beko appliances but fitter called they will bring appliances. What ever available. And start doing worked but I stopped them. Iknow if they ripped my kitchen they will left me in limo so turned the offer down now legally pursuing them for the refund.
When i called them for refund they said do what ever you want. Stay away from that company they are scammers from driver to fitter. Iam amazed that after so many reviews they are still trading

Driver wanted full money for the kitchen but lucky I only paid 800£ left pending when kitchen fitted and am satisfied

I have been scammed and deeply disappointed. Absolutely heartbroken! The money I have spent is insane, totally ripped off! Dreadful service.

I paid the £400 deposit to the Designer John (with a South African accent). He told me that they are called Value Kitchens but that doesn't exist. On delivery, paid £3100 to an account named as Smart Range Kitchens based in Rochdale.

Next day fitters came and installed a kitchen that does not work, not fitted properly and left unfinished. I was at work and they took £1050 for fitting by lying to me that they have completed everything. They flooded my kitchen while dismantling the old units. They didn't seal the hob, didn't connect the electricals of the extractor. The backboard of two units hasn't been installed. The cupboard doors and handles are not lined up correctly. The kitchen tap, they have connected the hot with cold and cold with hot. There are many faults that I need to get correct. Never turns up when he says he will. Won't talk to me on phone or respond to my messages. Living on microwave food and take away as can't use any of it!

OMG I have just fallen for this.
A man with a South African accent John came round on Friday (god he can talk) not sure if anything he said was true but he came across very nice. Long story short I paid the deposit via bank transfer WHY stupid as the account said the name he gave didn't match the account but he gave some story and I believed him.

The next day something didn't feel right after I received another email from a kitchen company I hadn't heard of offering a cheap kitchen, so I did some research.

The company is not registered at the address on the paperwork, from what I have learnt they are based in Rochdale not Leeds.
The email bounces back
The company FOX KITCHENS AND BEDROOMS LTD seems to have been so many names and goes by so many names.
This company is on a scam Facebook page.

I'm going to cancel the order (with a phone number I saved when they called) and try and get my deposit back but after reading stories I think it will be highly unlikely but I would rather lose £400 than £4000 on a crap kitchen.

Lesson learnt never pay a deposit to any company until you have done your research and only pay with a credit card they don't like it then that is telling you something.

Trading standards and the police need to stop this as they are taking peoples hard earned money.

Hi I need a help! Can anyone tell me how do I get my money back from SMART RANGE KITCHEN. They give me damage units, wrong size, door missing much more . I have already send them CCJ letter but they didn’t bothered. Not I’m thinking should I send enforcement officer or not. I don’t know if I’m gone get my money or not . I haven’t done this before. I already spend £200 for CCJ letter not if I send enforcement officer I have to pay more money. If anyone did this with this company Can u please advise me .

Now under name of Fox Kitchens, Web page direct kitchens, was smart kitchens. Dreadful service, many faults we had to get corrected. Won't talk to us on phone or respond to letters.

Smart range kitchens trading under several different names then liquidating companies running off with their customers money. Don't trust them or any comanes operating from Arien house including the white goods shop they have

Im disgusted at how we have been treated from start to finish with Fox kitchens might even be a different name now.Awful company DO NOT TOUCH.They not even kitchen fitters they made a right mess of my kitchen and they dont fit the appliances you have to pay someone else to do that.There were stuff missing and had to go out and get my own wrong size doors the joining’s are atrocious.My cupboard doors didn't line up my ladder was slanted lucky for me my husband is handy he had to sort the kitchen out.My electric ceramic hob is no good the fitter was just going to put a plug on which is no good.And you can never get hold of anybody from the company you cant leave a review on there fb page or what was one it wont let you message them.What they put on there fb page is all false none of it is true.We have ended up get or own appliances.I didnt want to give them a star😡

The worst customer service. They do not care about their customers! Managers are pansies and won't even take a call! I asked for a manager several times and no one took my call instead they transfered me and put me on hold even longer! Awful awful awful. I wish I didn't even have to leave a star!

One star is too much . I ordered a kitchen from smart range kitchens . Sorry not to be trusted . Items missing omg . We want more money for items missing . Refused to collect and give me my money back . Visited them 3 times . Said they will refund but didn’t so I got the high court enforcement officers on to them . Fox kitchens cheap kitchens. I had a kitchen from simply kitchens, could be called other names, but OMG, the fitters ruined it, scratched the worktops bad lost bits and pieces. The main guy Mark was a ignorant man,who turned up when he felt like it and was quite rude when I complained.I got rid of him and got someone else to fix it. I’m not finished with them and will keep going until I get my money back. Little slimey designer too.
Update: the fitter has had a CCJ against him now and also the bailiff has paid him a visit. Don’t use this guy.

At the moment they are trading as mfm kitchens. Find them on Facebook. They have about 6 different names they trade under

Awful, scammers, kitchen cupboards wrong size, no appliances, kitchen is from b&q, paid over double the price than in b&q. can’t get hold of anyone, rude, unhelpful. Forced to pay full amount on delivery without cooker and appliances. Told can’t get the appliances- what a surprise, is part of the scam. No handles, hinges, drawers. They need stopping. They trade under different names. Feel so stupid we fell for the scam and now only have have half a kitchen, the stress has been ridiculous. Please please don’t entertain this company. If it seems to good to be true it is!!

UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE.
Only half of our kitchen was delivered and now we’ve had our kitchen torn a part for 5 days with the other delivery not on site. We’re struggling so much and the customer service is HORRIBLE. No idea at all when our delivery is going to come even though we currently don’t have a working kitchen.

SMART RANGE KITCHENS -SMART KITCHENS -SIMPLY KITCHEN. This company seems to trade under three different names...
Very disappointed with this co. My kitchen arrived with various items missing. The fitters came, fitted the kitchen and advised us payment was due in full despite their being items missing and not fitted. We were given assurances that the items would arrive in due course which they did. However. On more several occasions we were given false promises that the fitter would return to complete the work. I had time off work on several occasions and they never turned up. It was excuse after excuse promise after promise. I had a conversion 5 days ago with the fitter and I told him how disappointed we were and his response was dismissive. No one is taking responsibility when we contact them. I urge anyone to avoid these three so called kitchen companies as that are unreliable and their standard are poor. I feel that now they had had their money in full and now they have left us in the leach. My kitchen is not complete. DO DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COMPANIES Thank you

Fronts of draws missing and 2 cupboard doors missing but feel like I'm sort of lucky after reading all these reviews.ive heard the parts they get are from b n q .so maybe if anyone has parts missing go to b n q to finish off your kitchen :)
