I am in shock I didn’t do my research first as now I am aware this company is awful and have also been completely ripped off!!! I haven’t gave up I am fighting still as I want my cupboard doors I paid for but don’t want them no where near my house!! They turned up at 8.15pm to fit my kitchen and was working outside in the dark till 12 that night and didn’t finish it! They told me they will be back and never showed but demanded I paid £780 for the fitting but with 4 blokes and just me and my kids I felt I could only hold back the £80 as they started to get angry when I wanted to pay them half to make sure they come back, I am gutted I have been left with my kitchen half done and I kept all photos of how they left my kitchen and garden they was drinking beers while fitting it!! I am doing my up most to get these conmen and woman named and shamed for all they have done to people!! I will not stop fighting !!

ABSOLUTE CHEATERS !! FRAUDS !! BEWARE work as Smart Range Kitchens or other trading names. HORRIBLE & CROOKS !! JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM

ordered kitchen ... canceled in 3 days after reading reviews ...designer took 500 GBP and ran away. Now chasing for a refund and this is their response.

Smart Range Kitchens RESPONSE

Good morning, unfortunately, the designers are free lance and the deposits stay with them and is deducted from the kitchen. The remaining balance is what we receive when the kitchen is delivered. Mr Nelson has left the country to be with his family in Vietnam. His accounts in the UK are closed but we have contacted him via wats app to see if he can resolve this issue to no avail.

I wouldn't give this company any stars .apart from the kitchen fitter Ryan who did his best for me ...I'm still waiting for worktops and tap from this circus of a firm ...my three legged blind cat could do better than Suzanne ..us she for real ??? Wouldn't be that sure of herself face to face I don't think ....I agree with you all this is the worst company possible ..I'm with Martynjenkins we should sort them

Horrific experience! The woman Suzanne was horrible, beyond arrogant and argumentative, she hung up the phone on me when I requested the email address for the company, she wouldn’t give me my refund for £150 which was the deposit even though I had cancelled the fitting within 14 days like asked. Coincidentally the minute I called to cancel she has the equipment already in the van, she starts screaming for a builder named Joe to unload the van so that they don’t deliver, and this was a week in advance to my delivery. Therefore, this company is fake and are huge scammers, the customer service is disgustingly appalling and I wouldn’t advise hiring them for any work.

Wish I would have looked at the reviews before hand. I agree though that there are enough off us that have been"duped" swindled" ripped off" all off us are in the same boat let's join together and do something about this horror.

Whatever you do, do not acknowledge this disgraceful company.
And yes it goes by so many different names, Smart range kitchens, Budget Kitchens and many more. I had my kitchen delivered yesterday thinking it was going to be plain sailing.
To discover that the fitters had no intention of coming to fit it today. After calling a handful of times and speaking to “Katie” and by the way spoken to in a aggressive manner she promised me I would be on the top of the fitting list and that the oven that I ordered would also come today.. but never did!
They are a bunch of liars and Conmen/woman.. do not think about buying a kitchen from these people keep your hard earned money wish I did.

Absolute conmen these guys. I ordered my kitchen and design service all in on 24th of April. Kitchen got delivered on 10th of June. And their guy called Tony the designer and project manager got the work started on 15th of June.
And on 18th of July I am still with out anything in Kitchen . Lots of things missing they promise something and go back on it. Liars the whole lot of them. Been waiting for the delivery for missing goods today rang the where is it and they no delivery as they don’t have items. I wasted all my Saturday.
Week after week lying. They never ring you or contact you. Not sure how are these guys allowed to rip people off so openly and no one doing anything about them.
DO NOT DOT use this company.

Thieving low life scumbags. We paid in full for a fitted kitchen. Well we got part of a mismatched kitchen all the doors etc are different shades of white plus They still have not delivered us our Electric oven and Hob and extractor fan. When i called and have messaged on a numerous amount of times just to be delt with by the chavy girls at the other end of the phone blatantly tell lie after lie. I am disabled and have been left without anything to cook with because we had our kitchen taken out ready for the new one, but it is all mismatched and is of no use at all. That the company have stolen our money and have sold us a an incomplete kitchen which is A Breach of Sales of Goods Act 1974 , 13 and 14. The goods should reach their description and be free from all minor defects. I urge everyone who has been wronged by this company To take them to a small claims court. Trade price kitchen you should be ashamed of yourselves, i don't know how these scum sleep. Nothing short of low life thieves.

I wish I had of done a bit of digging my husband dies at the end of last year and I thought I would do up my ktchen the guy did a good sales pitch but wow it has been trouble from the start paid for the kitchen and nothing fitted said it was all measured wrong I have no cooker and this has really affected my health

Absolutely horrific! Bought my kitchen it wasnt all delivered the fitters came i paid them £700 For them to fit what had arrived and they was going to chase up the rest of it. They never did. Tried emailing phoning no answer no reply back. Ive had to buy the rest of my kitchen again and pay for fitting again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

can anyone help me with the address for this company ? i am taking them to a small claims court over the bad workman ship of my kitchen absolute nightmare. today ive had all my post sent back to me as if the company isnt there when i know its still running. all the bad reviews on here just says it all . would appreciate if any one has any info for me please

UTTER COWBOYS the designer is freelance and the deposit you pay is actually his hence you have to go ahead on the day no time to decide or get other quotes in. Everything you read about this company and their various trading names on Facebook is absolutely true. Judging by others we got off lightly. Our kitchen actually looks decent but it hasn’t been without troubles just like others. The wrong colour kitchen delivered at 7.30pm on a dark December evening by 2 blokes that looked like they wore the same clothes for 2 weeks and no wash! The one even started looking through my skip asking if there was anything in there he might want then looked in my garage (where they were putting the boxes) asking if I was getting rid of an electric car that belongs to my daughter!!!!! Drove a rusty old van.... just not a good impression at all. I asked for upgraded tap that never arrived then got told the designer should not say I can upgrade so I went and bought my own costing an extra £60....never got the £15 refund for the cheap one they sent and then after the kitchen was complete realised the cheeky fitter took the cheap one for himself!!! They don’t answer the phone and never responded to my emails. I STILL HAVE NO COOKER HOOD even though I paid in full in December! They were advised 3 times it hadn’t turned up. Fitter told me he wouldn’t be able to come back and fit it either as he was too busy!! The wrong size cupboard was delivered for the built in freezer meaning no backing panel so you can see the wall when you open the fridge and look up. He also scraped all the side of the fridge ramming it in. Didn’t realise until we had to take it back out to plug it in!! They don’t do electrics or gas or plumbing. When they design they do not talk to you about possible issues. Luckily my brother does plumbing because where he put the dishwasher the pipes didn’t reach to the tap!! Extra piping and all the undearth piping to the sink had to be altered. The door panel on the freezer is damaged too that was never replaced. Luckily being white gloss I used a touch up pen and it’s not really noticeable...ALSO LOOK AT THEIR CATALOGUE then check the boxes your items arrive in.... GOOD HOME i think it was called is the make which is actually the supplier of b&q so it’s the same not some Italian quality they portray in their books. PLEASE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON HERE THEY ARE ALL SHOCKING. DO NOT USE THEM I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH

I've been left with an unfinished kitchen and now taking it to traded standards. they took there money like they have with lots of customers . wish I looked into this company way before I had my work done . Suzanne the manager of the fitters don't give a damm. and the fitter mark can't build a shed. the work is horrendous and now I'm paying to put it right . I do hope I get compensated for the rubbish they have left me with . PLEASE STAY AWAY they do a kitchen in two days leave it unfinished and cause nothing but stress . I can see loads of other reviews on line and not seen one in the 54 comments on here that's a good one . sounds like were all in the same boat to get it sorted through a small claims court

Can anyone help, I need a contact number for this company, they haven’t finished my kitchen off, I have paid them in full, they keep giving me dates to finish my kitchen but no one turns up, how are they getting away with treating people like this, they should not be allowed to do business. I have been in touch with watch dog and citizens advice. They were so horrified. They need naming and shaming!

As I said small claims is pretty much impossible to go through, but what about watchdog? We contacted them as well...

As per every review below do not use his company. Cowboys, fraudsters, liars and scumbags. 6 months down the road I’ve still not received everything. Also I’m owed a refund of £450 as the designer added items they don’t even sell and he added extra items we don’t even need. In total made nearly 4 hours of calls and only got through a few times. Never answered a single email from the 10 I sent. Never replied any of the 15 voicemails. They never ever called me back when they said they would. Never got the name of the guy who works in the office but he bull shitted every time I spoke to him. The girls working there you can tell are frustrated as they must simply get abuse constantly from customers. Have reported to watchdog and will be taking a trip to Preston to speak to them directly and won’t be leaving without my money and items.

I bought a kitchen from this company smart holdings all went fine except cooker no show it's now 5 days before christmas I have no cooker I have had to shell out £300 on a cooker because no one answers the phone or your ob hold so long phone goes dead I am taking them to small claims court every body else wants to do the same

I can honestly say the last 3 weeks have been so utterly stressful beyond belief. This Company ..... how are they trading???? (Under many different names it now seems , Kitchen Company, Trade Price Kitchens Budget Kitchens) I had the designer round in January 2019 and I gave the date of November 26th 2019 (this would give me nearly a year to save) - That had been the date all year, I said I wanted Fitters, 26th November came, the Units turned up all flat packs, so many different boxes , I couldn't cross reference against my plan as I couldn't understand the scribbled plan that had been left. The driver said I had no delivery note, so I screen shot the note of the items he left. I asked where my appliances were , dishwasher, cooker and fridge freezer, he said I had to pay upfront for kitchen and appliances there and then £1902 , it all felt so wrong , but I felt pressured . I asked who I was making the payment out to, he said "A Sharif" (I asked why it wasn't to The Kitchen Company" again it felt so wrong). I felt stupid for going along with this. But I paid. To cut a long story short , cooker arrived a week later smashed to pieces, the fridge freezer arrived , no delivery note by 2 x men, I had it installed and after 2 days it stopped working, I got a engineer out who said the compressor had gone and it was not worth repairing. I have had to buy a new fridge freezer and a new oven. SUZANNE How do you sleep at night, I am a single Mum I have had no kitchen for 3 weeks as they were supposed to supply fitters, but I have never had a fitter, (apparently the fitter for my area is on long term sick) Suzanne is so rude and when I started to cry down the phone, she shouted "don't you dare start crying down the phone, I am not in the mood to deal with that today)
They now don't answer any of my calls, I think I have been blocked.I called x 17 times one day of different phones and no one answers. I have not opened the dishwasher up yet , but 2 out of the 3 appliances are broke, so I don't hold out much hope. I have had to get my own fitters, 2 great people I have met who have kindly helped me, they are only a quarter of the way in, so I cant comment yet if all the Kitchen pieces are there. But with no proper plan, they are just winging it. Luckily I purchased my own work tops sink and tap, so at least I know these parts are there. From the word go, this Company have been horrendous , Rob the designer , when he came got really snotty with me when I said I wanted to have a think about the offer, he demanded I pay him £200 for his time , and hovered over me while I called the bank to make the payment, he was so tetchy with me as the bank were taking ages to answer the phone.
Throughout the year, I called quite a few times and spoke to Suzanne, who was always helpful. However when things started to go wrong, she turned rude and didn't care that I was without a kitchen due to them not having fitters, she promised call backs that didn't happen, said I wasn't getting a penny back or any replacement items. I am praying all the Kitchen parts are there because if they are not, I am going to end up with a botched Kitchen. PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE AVOID, THE STRESS HAS TAKEN ITS TOLL. I was so looking forward to cooking Christmas day for me and my boys, that doesn't look like it is going to happen. This Company needs shutting down and fast , stress like this is not good for people. U are a bunch of cowboys taking peoples hard earned money and how you sleep at night I do not know.
