The sad thing is u dont realise its cowboys u are dealing with when u have the "designer" round to draw up your plans as they advertise under so many different names on the likes on facebook. Once u do realise n try n post truthful reviews u are blocked from their advertising page!! I don't know how know any of them sleep at night. Surely u can find law abiding jobs n take yourselves away from this SCAM!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID, We had our kitchen delivered in March 2018, they ask you to check it upon delivery but it is impossible as the driver stated he couldn’t possibly wait, the fitters that worked for this company, bearing in mind they are also called BUDGET KITCHENS on Facebook, TRADE PRICE KITCHENS and THE KITCHEN COMPANY, discovered that we had 1 kitchen cupboard completely missing, I phoned and spoke to Suzanne, extremely rude and arrogant and she wasn’t prepared to send out the missing unit, I knew then this company is a scam, the staff that answer the phone are all rude and argumentative, since the fitting we have a problem with the work top splitting and the tap keeps moving it has only been installed 6 months, I was informed by Suzanne to email the company with pictures which I did, no response from them, spoke to the unhelpful arrogant SUZANNE and was told it is when they get round to the emails, it’s a load of rubbish they have no intention of putting this right and they blame the fitters when at the time of the job completed it was fine, so don’t go by the lovely pictures on their websites because that isn’t what you get, cheap tacky crap... they also delete all of the bad reviews on Facebook

We had the designer Robert Nelson attend back in March, he seemed to know his stuff and felt like he was advising us to ensure we had the best kitchen possible. We paid the deposit and agreed the delivery date. On day of delivery the kitchen was going into storage as we had arranged our own fitters (one saving grace) and this was not taking place straight away, the boxes were checked as well as they could be as most of the doors and shelves were in bubble wrap together not as singles!!! My hob and extractor were due the following day, this did not happen but after a few calls and a very blunt post on their Facebook page our items were received! Our fitters started the install and we have been sent the wrong size oven and missing a cupboard door we are still waiting for this to be sorted, after daily calls to a very abrupt and rude Suzanne we apparently have to wait 6 weeks for the cooker to be swapped and the door will come at the same time, she will arrange a refund but this will happen once they collect cooker - must think we are mad!!!! We have now found the dishwasher is leaking and we had no idea they were seconds!!! I won't let it rest, but my advice to anyone thinking surely it can't be that bad it really is once you hand over the cash so avoid at all costs!!!

If you go ahead with this firm after reading these reviews you are insane!!!

We ordered our kitchen 4 weeks in advance of when we wanted it and got weekly checkins from the delivery team which we thought was fabulous.

Kitchen delivered on the tuesday and the driver stood literally on my shoulder whilst I paid the balance to them.

Fitters turned up friday (after we were told Thursday) and there the problems began. 3 months, 4 deliveries and getting in second fitters to correct their endless cock ups later and we have a hodge bodge kitchen. The kitchen the salesman sold, they dont make! The taller units were wanted meant that the doors are not long enough. The last delivery was supposed to be the missing shelves from the original order and still these are wrong. They're gloss and too wide.

It looks like a good deal but is it worth the stress and delays, no it isn't.

They dont respond to complaints and the company owner refuses to talk to customers. They lie or simply refuse to talk to you. Were they closer, we would have gone to the warehouse to get the correct parts. They wont send missing bits due to their own errors unless they have a van (enterprise hire van) going your way despite the fact that it's totally their fault.

I can only say stay clear. Had nothing but problems. A kitchen designed that once it was delivered could not be fitted as the design was wrong. We had 5 weeks with no water or cooking facilities in the kitchen. It has been a nightmare. Work tops not delivered wrong extractor
and lots more. And now it has been fitted after no end of calls and alot of hassle we have a serious leak under the sink. It has cost us alot of money to get things sorted and I wish I had never gone to this company.AVOID!!!!!! At all costs

I can only echo these other reviews. I had had nothing but hassle from this company. I won’t go into details But from delivery at the beginning of September to date, I am still chasing. I put a written complaint in on the 2nd October and have still not had a reply let alone an acknowledgement. I would never use this company again. What seems like good value for money ended up costing me more (an additional £1300) to put there errors right!. Zero after sales to date and poor quality of goods. Please steer clear this cowboy company you will Not receive good products and / or good service!

OMG how I wish we had read these reviews before ordering our kitchen. I'm not going to relay the whole story because it would just be a repeat of the other horrendous reviews. All I would say is the old addage of 'if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is'. It all sounded like a dream and ended up being a nightmare. Fabian our designer, sold it well. Kelly the fitter done half the kitchen, took the money and then went AWOL. In a nutshell, avoid this company like the plague. No aftersales service at all. An absolute disgrace

Do not touch this company with a barge pole, they have ruined my life, sent me a second hand cooker, a black hood, that was addressed to someone else, I had ordered a chrome one, the cooker was condemned, the fitters they supplied wrecked the installation of the kitchen, chipped my newly tiled floor, left the kitchen unfinished and in a terrible state, stupidly my husband paid them, as I was away, I have had to remove the kitchen and order a complete new one from another company, I have put this to the small claims court, but have not received any money back. The company will not reply to my calls, nor my emails. Do not use this company. if there was a minus star I would have given them minus 100.

Have also had a bad experince with this company, after sales customer service is terrible, wouldnt reccommend using them, they have cost us money, steer clear!!!!!

Where to start !! We ordered our kitchen and from the very start we could never get hold of anyone at the company my mum also ordered hers the same day as we both had Fabian come and measure he was a nice guy but the rest of them are rubbish, liars and have absolutely no customer service. We ended up cancelling our kitchen and
Lost out £350.00 deposit which was worth it as my Mum after 7 weeks is still waiting for her kitchen to be finished !! Kelly the so called kitchen fitter was a disgrace , he hasn’t fitted the kitchen well at all, gaps where there shouldn’t be and still waiting for him to finish it off she has a door missing , she’s 70 yrs old, poorly and is in an upset state after having to call Trade Kitchens every day for the last 7 weeks to be fobbed off and no one ever calls her back Suzanne is also useless and very rude!
Kelly made such a mess in my mums home and also stole her extension lead from her garage and took the sink that he removed without asking which someone else in the family was having ! He kept asking for money to plumb back in her washer he charged her £300.00 extra to do this and it still didn’t work and she had to pay a plumber £100.00 to put it right , absolutely disgusting and disgraceful behaviour

They are a shambles company and we now are having to involve Trading Standards as she is soo distressed with the ordeal.

I wish I had read all the reviews on here before i had this company out, the designer came out and drew a design for my kitchen i paid him 300 pound for 15 minutes work, we then started to make the cabinets up and then found he had designed it all wrong 900 wall units but a 1000 base Units, there was gaps everywhere we had 1000 wall units to go into a 1200 space so i contacted trade kitchens told him the design was all wrong he said he wouldn't replace the 1000 unit because I had made it up so I am now using my original wall units there was doors missing chipped worktop.i have tried to contact this company to change the work tops three weeks ago they told me they had ordered them I have tried ringing everyday but they never answer emails , never answer the phone they take your money and then don't want to know.
Please learn from my mistakes stay well clear

Scammers they rip you off do not pay a deposit as it goes straight into the so-called consultant's bank account and you will never get it back

Its rather unfortunate that I didn't research this company before parting with my hard earned money however It is important that collectively we ensure more people are aware. You'll be surprised to find out that they have been using this same modus operandi for years and still dong it unabated.

Updates regarding cowboy company
Worktops finally delivered 2 weeks later, following delivery of kitchen units.
Delivered at 10pm on evening, it was dark, raining and surprised at late delivery at time of night. I was unable to see worktops properly due to being wrapped up and darkness. The following morning I looked at worktops in daylight and immediately noticed they were not what I ordered, (taken a picture of original order and of work tops they sent).
Telephoned their so called customer services and spoke with Suzanne, and requested a refund as incorrect worktops ordered. Advised by Suzanne the worktops I ordered were out of stock and a similar worktop had been delivered. I informed her they are the wrong colour and would not go with my units. I was informed the CEO does not do refund service ,but she would speak to him today at 12 midday regarding refund.
Suzanne telephoned me requesting my bank details and I was assured a refund would be paid into my account when they collect the worktops this weekend. A further phone call was made to fitter named Kellie (by Suzanne (whilst I was on the phone and I have recorded the conversation ) who assured her he would be at my property at 8am Sunday Morning to fit kitchen.
I ordered my own work tops by express delivery for Saturday so fitter could commence work on Sunday.
No one turned up to collect worktops and no fitter arrived on Sunday. I am now left with worktops in my hall and chaos in my house.
Telephoned today to ask what is happening, to be informed the distribution company felt it was better to collect worktops when my 3 doors for units(which were missing from delivery) on the 13th August. They also stated the fitter never turned up as worktops were not at property and doors missing. Kellie had not contacted me once over the weekend as promised, so unaware I had ordered worktops. I had no contact number for him and he made false promises yet again.
Apologies given by Tradepricekitchens and advised they will collect worktops tomorrow.
I have since organised my own fitter who is very experienced and aware of this company. He advised they will not collect worktops as it will cost them more to collect. He also stated the kitchen design was very poor considering I paid £300 for 15 minutes. Elvis the so called kitchen designer is also praising this company and ripping people off, knowing the problems as lots of customer’s contact him with complaints.
My advice is stay clear. I have been in contact with BBC Watchdog and suggest you all do the same. I am financially out of pocket due to this company.

This is certainly a scam. They advertise as "Budget Kitchens" on Facebook, advertising quality kitchens at bargain prices. They design the kitchen, send out the units and insist on cash payment on delivery. The items supplied are cheap quality, seconds and scratched. Then they don't bother sending the fitter out so you are left in a mess and significantly out of pocket.

The company is supposedly owned by Mohammed Atif but I believe this company is a front for another company called Family Run Kitchen Limited in Rochdale which is owned by Mohammed Asif. He is renowned for selling dodgy kitchens. Check the Trust Pilot reviews here:

they are a liar. they take money but they didn't do any work and try the call them many time they are no answering the phone.

What ever you do dont go with this company... over 5 weeks ago my kitchen arrived. Delivery drivers turned up in hire van told me the hob will be here the next day and everything else was ready to g. Or so I thought when fitter was building kitchen told me that we were missing a work top and all the 500mm doors plus the one door was warped...
When I phone up.they told me they were put of stock and it will be a week at the latest... over 5 weeks later phoning constantly to them telling me.someone will ring back to getting the runaround. Bad attitude from the lady on the phone like it's not their fault the sold me a kitchen that they didnt have in stock...
If the had a -10 star rating that's what I would leave

Had a designer out last year but recently had a wall knocked down in my kitchen/utility room had the same designer out to add some more units he kept the price down and still achieved my budget price. My delivery is set for the 12th of this month so hopefully I can update you all with some good news
