For once when collecting money, there wasn’t a long queue of people.
I think there should be a number system, so you take a card and sit and wait for number to be called.
I sat once before and my parking meter was due to expiry. I went and put money in and took my place. When it was my turn, there were a couple of people who assumed I’d jumped the queue.

I needed my currency in 100 dollar…
I needed my currency in 100 dollar bills only, I am traveling in a country where it is extremely difficult to exchange smaller denominations, I was give 1 and 5 dollar bills etc, these are virtually worthless where I am going. I called the 0800 number, not much help. I called the Travelex store in Queenstown airport, the staff members English was limited and she couldn't understand my problem, waste of time. In the online booking system there needs to be a provision for customers to include a message detailing a specific request if needed. Please consider it. I picked up my currency at the Te Anau Paper Plus Post Shop and the staff in that shop were awesome, the only good part of this experience!

The online ordering process was fine and delivery to Collection branch was super fast.
The branch Collection process was very poor.the agent was rude and not friendly at all. I could hardly hear him for his mumbling voice.
At no stage did I feel a valued customer.
Will think twice again before ordering Collection from this branch.

Travelled down from Hastings to collect my foreign money only to be told ‘closed for lunch’
Obviously lunch break is required BUT nothing was said or mentioned on website of the break times.
Very frustrating having to hang around until available!!

The Lady at this site was late back…
The Lady at this site was late back from lunch, told me to wait 5 minutes as she was on a private call, only when her line grew with 3 extra people that she told the caller she better call them back as she was at work. She hadn’t even had her lunch as it was sitting on her chair. She did apologies and tell me to come up. We exchanged details and she looked her my order but was rather flustered, she then got another call which I believe was your organisation thinking she was getting robbed which wasn’t the case but had to give codes etc. she then came back to me to count the Vietnam dollars and had a lot of trouble counting, I did want to ask her if I could do it for her, I was patient though and she got there in the end. She also asked me to write a review and gave me a QR code, but I thought to myself you don’t want me to write you a review Luv and put it in the bin. Since you gave me this email, I thought the feedback was necessary. The lady was kind but 2.5 stars for me.

Whangarei is a very valuable store. Jessie is great.
I was very impressed with Jessie at Whangarei she was very helpful and made the process easy. I brought online and then collected in store on my chosen date. Communication with the company was also excellent after I placed my order. I even got an email saying my cash was ready then another after I had collected. Very valuable service. The only one north of Albany.

We were in Surfers Paradise Aussie and…
We were in Surfers Paradise Aussie and had difficulty transferring funds to travelex a/c.We contacted travelex in Asia(not good English) Firstly they told us because we had tried to transfer 3 times that there was a hold on a/c for 27days.Wrong Information ! Then we were told by them that to override hold we could go to Aussie Post on Gold Coast they could help ! Wrong info nothing to do with Travelex.Aussie Post informed us to go to Travelex in Helensvale for help which we did and Finally got some positive help.Not good while on holiday

Easy to use website. Easy to collect from store. Everything went as expected.
One downside is there are no collection spots in Hawke’s bag so had to drive to Taupo to collect my cash.
Cash came in a range of denominations which I wasn’t expecting going off previous reviews.
