Was a great value package
Was a great value package, easy to communicate with Travel Online, given all the details required, had a guide meet us at the hotel the day after we arrived to organise transfers and day trips pick up/drop offs etc.

Wait hours between flights
Wait hours between flights, not happy at all with travelling for 24 hours, to get to Samoa, when there is a direct flight from Brisbane! Never again! Loved the Resort though and the happy and friendly Staff, room was just awesome, would definitely stay again at Return to Paradise Resort
But again, would never want the same flight times, 24 hours all up with two flights, wait time in between flight wax just to grueling !! Bad organizing

We’re genuinely sorry that the flight schedule was such a frustrating part of your journey. Travel to Samoa can unfortunately involve long travel times and less-than-ideal connections, particularly in January when direct services from Brisbane don’t operate daily and airline schedules are limited.
As travel specialists we always aim to ensure our customers are fully informed before booking. I can see in your booking notes that our consultant did discuss the flight timings in advance and outlined alternative routing options, including services with more convenient connections, however these came at a higher cost and a decision was made to proceed with the selected flights.
We completely understand how exhausting long travel days and extended layovers can be, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. Your feedback is valuable and helps set clear expectations for other travellers considering Samoa. We hope that if you do return to Samoa in the future, the flight options align more comfortably with your travel plans.

Everything was Arranged to Perfection
Everything was booked ahead and arranged as described. I fully appreciated this as we have booked through other companies that had not followed up with things like transfers from the airport to the hotel! The TravelOnline experience was a huge relief! The resort we stayed in was beautiful, close to everything. We have already booked our next holiday through TravelOnline!

Relaxing beach front deconnect
1. Breaker Beach resort have a lovely location. With beach front views of perfection.
2. The food at Breakers Beach resort was wonderful and affordable. They had an Italian couple leading the kitchen and front of house.
3. The staff were all very pleasant and generally happy about their day.
4. The location was great. A little out of Port Villa which was easy to catch a bus for a 10min ride into town.
5. It was relaxing and quiet
6. Live entertainment by locals most nights that was fabulous.
7. The grounds were well kept and attended daily.
8. No air conditioning at the facility.
9. Open screens in beach huts.
10. Hot water difficulties in shower multiple times during stay often having a cold shower.

Arduous & stressful
This company might be good if you speak to them on the phone, but trying to confirm a booking over email from another time zone has been dire.
Been speaking with Jackie and Kristy since Nov 2 for a trip planned Dec 13, yet still do not yet have a booking confirmed.
After my email for a quote, they suggested a phone call but that never materialised, apparently due to time zone differences. Since then, it’s been a lengthy back & forth on email re simple requirements and attempting to confirm the one option they quoted me (despite asking for recommendations).
Even after clear guidance, I still had to request the quote to be revised to provide flight details and again for excursion recommendations. After queries and losing my original choice, finally got to a place to confirm, yet more confusion with now another rep in the mix and STILL waiting for this to happen.

After reviewing the communication trail, we can see how the challenges around the time zone difference and after-hours emails contributed to delays and frustration. Our team did try to arrange a call to make things easier, but unfortunately we weren’t able to line up a mutually convenient time between the UK and Australia. As a result, everything needed to be handled via email, which can sometimes slow things down when details need clarifying.
We also understand it was disappointing when your original choice became unavailable. Once that happened, our team sent through an alternative option and continued working with you across Thursday night, Friday, and Saturday (including after hours) to make sure we understood exactly which option you wanted to proceed with.
You sent confirmation to go ahead with the original booking at 9.41pm on Saturday night (our time), and as soon as the team logged in on Sunday, your booking was finalised and processed that same evening. We’re glad this has now been secured for your upcoming trip.
We truly appreciate your patience through the process, and we’re sorry it didn’t feel seamless on your end. If there’s anything further you need before you travel, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help and want to ensure your holiday is wonderful from start to finish.
