Be very careful with this company based in Spain,
I returned goods that were not correct, having to pay international postage rate, I waited over a month for a refund that did not appear, many deadlines passed, no refund, my credit card company got involved, saw the evidence and immediately refunded me...Beware!!

I don't usually write reviews. Being selfish I usually just read others' reviews without contributing.
I made the mistake of reading reviews after placing an order rather than before, swayed by the price for a waterproof jacket which was much cheaper than on other sites. Having then read lots of negative reviews about items that didn't turn up I was worried that I'd made a mistake.
I was then pleasantly surprised to get an email that my parcel was on its way and when it arrived a couple of days later. The length of time for delivery was a bit long, around 2 weeks, but perhaps understandable when you find out that the company is based in Spain.
I thought it only fair to leave a review for once. Speak as you find and I found the service to be good.

Ordered a water bottle 29 days ago and still waiting for it to arrive... support is just sending auto-reply messages that it’s in transit! I did some research if inter-eu shipment can really be so delayed due to COVID but that’s not the case. So something is fishy here. Be careful!

One star is too generous for this lot. I have honestly in years of buying online never had such a nightmare experience. They misaddressed the label on my order which in itself is not the end of the world - mistakes happens and I would have been fine with waiting a bit longer to get it even though that was inconvenient. If they had been slightly apologetic and remedied that there would be no issue. However, the issue is their appalling customer service which is downright rude and offensive. They still have not refunded or sent the goods. Impossible to contact them in a meaningful way - they end chats and hang up on you if you ask for your money back and seem to be staffed by parrots that just repeat the same line back at you. They also do themselves out of business - I still wanted the product but they refused to send a replacement even though it was still in stock and have not refunded even though tracking has shown it was returned to them. If they had done that I would have given them the benefit of the doubt and re-ordered. Or maybe that is how they do business, take your money and give you nothing. A quick internet search shows I am far from alone in this experience (note to self - read reviews BEFORE purchasing rather than after!). It would seem use of this company is a lottery - a handful of good experiences in a sea of terrible ones.

I ordered a North Face small size fleece from TrekkINN. The item I received was a Junior small size, nowhere in the order process was there mention that it was “junior”. I returned the item at a cost of £7.50 for the return label. After four weeks I have just been refunded the cost of the item, no delivery or return costs. I feel this is unfair as this was TrekkINN’s mistake.

I bought a North face fleece, delivery was within a week, great price, fit and quality. I will be very happy to order again in the future.

Sent my item back July 25th. Keep telling me they haven't received it 5 weeks and still no refund. Will never order from here again.

The date of order was 8 of july 2020!!
The tracking says it was sent to the country destination but I didn't recive it.
I would like to get a refund.

Very good service I have used multiple times now and so far very happy. The products are great value for money. I would definitely recommend using this site. There are a lot of bad reviews about trekinn but this is due to the shipping it takes about 8 days for products to arrive because they are based in Spain, But its worth the wait. I would recommend using and if your worried use PayPal at checkout so you have pieces of mind.. I am so glad that I gave trekinn a chance because I have used multiple times and will continue to do so.. Thanks so much trekinn for your great service.. I am a very happy customer..

No problems. Trekkinn sent confirmation rightaway after the purchase. A few days later a track and trace mail including a photo of my parcel was sent.
There was quite some delay in country of destination (Netherlands) but the team of Trekkinn.com did a good job.

I ordered a Pink north face T-Shirt and it was delivered without any problems 5 days later! I wasn’t expecting much after reading some of the reviews on here, but for me personally I’ve no complaints whatsoever, cheap too!

I bought two pairs of children's shoes on May 31st. Each were roughly $60 so they weren't even a "bargain buy". I finally received one pair on June 26th. The second pair is still showing in the Netherlands which it has shown for a month now. After reading all these reviews I should consider myself lucky for even receiving half my order!

Just like everyone else! We placed an order on May 12th. Today is June 21st. Still no $140 hiking boots. Tracking number hasn't updated since May 18th. Nasty replies from customer service. Finally contacted PayPal a out item not received after repeated attempts to contact the company direct. They then replied to me saying that it was uncalled for and they wouldn't be communicating with me anymore. They are also not communicating with paypal. So here we are 6 weeks later no boots, no money. What a joke. Don't even bother if your in the U.S.

If you are in the USA, do not buy from them.
I ordered hiking shoes a month back and I see some stupid message that it is stuck somewhere. It looks like they mail it from some country in Europe.

I am asking my Credit Card company to cancel payment as they really suck.

Horrible horrible NO customer service. I am out $128. Shipp d my item to Washington state supposedly- couldn’t even follow the tracking. I love in Pennsylvania. Due to it being “delivered” I couldn’t get my money back. Even though it wasn’t delivered to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I had many orders from them, never had any issue.

Never received my product. Customer service just kept giving me a stock answer "due to coronovirus, item is still on it's way."

TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE!!

ordered a pair of walking shoes had to send back to small 3 weeks no refund i know they have recieved DONT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered and received a pair of Merrell walking sandals. On first wearing they rubbed the rim of my heels so much that I now have large. Look blisters on both feet.
I contacted Trekkin 10 days ago as yet no action. I tried to leave a review on their website but it would not send .
I await their reply with hopefully a full refund.
