On 4/22 I ordered 3 gaiters. I was told they had shipped. I have repeatedly written to the company asking for an update and have not gotten any response. I understand these are weird times but someone could respond.

I’m in my 70s and I think this is the first bad review I’ve written. Maybe someone from the company will respond. 🤷🏻‍♀️

After almost a month with a very difficult communication with this company and pretty much the same line of replies, yesterday I lost any tiny hope I had of receiving my package. It took almost 20 days to leave Spain and the same time to update this GLS track system, that I guess works with them as part of the scam, and the it reached Germany. Package was there for 3 days and then returned to sender. Why? That's also a question that I had no answer. As soon as saw it on GLS I started writing to them and guess what? No replies anymore. Now I asked my money back and no reply. So I will have to try other ways to get it back. Unfortunately I saw the bad reviews only after I bought from them however what intrigues me is how are they still on the market with such many complains of scam against them? No authorities can close it? Do not ever buy from this company. You will lose your money!!
They blamed Covid-19 however I got goods from Germany and Portugal, from other sites so...don't believe them!

Of course I expect there to be delays considering the current climate, but 5 weeks! Every time I message them to try and chase up the status of my order, which of course they’ve already taken the money for, they try to pacify me with the same old same old lines, “It’ll be with you soon” and “Thank you for your patience”. Well guess what Trekkin, it’s still not with me and I lost all patience about 3 weeks ago! Please avoid and use a more reliable company.

Trekkin is a lottery, actually!
One delivery was pretty fast, but I am waiting for the second one already 4 month!
Customer service is just awful, terrible, they don't answer my questions at all. They don't have any communication with delivery post at all.

So basically if you want to get your package in this era, you would better find some another online shop.

Do not buy at this company at all and do not deal with them!!! They are cheating. I bought week ago Garmin GPSMAP64 st. ON description there was 8GB memory, but they sent to me with 4GB, but I paid for 8GB!!! It is sad when such things heppened but thieves are every where and this company now is on my "Thieves-cheaters" list. Dont deal with them!!!! Also They do not pay tax. If you are buying from Norway you will need to pay 25% exstra from the price.

This is a terrible company. Returned boots over 5 months ago and just lie after lie about refund. Have filed a fraud complaint against owner David Martin with the United States Department of Commerce. These people ARE LIARS, CHEATS, AND THIEVES.

Don't be fooled, this company is a total SCAM!! So please take my advice and spend you're money elsewhere!
I ordered some stuff more than 2 months ago and never received any goods nor answers. I've sent mails, made telephones, sent registered letter.. but guess what, no response..
1 star is even too much for this company.

This is a scam I received my jacket large it would not have fitted a small child looked cheap rubbish not what you would expect from arcteryx sent it back with their own method and paid £6.99 low and behold they say they have not received it in Girona well I have a signed delivered receipt to show they have but still no they won’t talk I have now gone to Barclaycard and trying to retrieve my cash through them you never know they have a lot more clout than me and maybe if enough people do this through credit card insurance they may be able to stop people from being ripped off

Bought a coat from them in November 2019, returned it as it was the incorrect size to the returns address using my own tracked delivery through Royal Mail. We are almost three months on and I have sent endless emails, messenger and WhatsApp messages to which I have eventually was told that a refund will be done and it never has. This company is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered and it has given nothing but negativity about ordering anything online again.

Please buy your things from a reputable company that won’t keep your money despite receiving the goods back.

I will continue to inform as many people about this company and my experience I have had with TradeInn/TrekkInn NOT to EVER shop with them!

I was actually convinced that this website was a scam after I had already placed my order. After seeing that nearly every commment on their instagram page was a complaint regarding an order placed that never arrived, I was 100% poositive i had just been had.I actually was so convinced it was a scam that I went out and bought the pair of shoes I ordered, from another site.

To my surprise my shoes just showed up. Nothing wrong witht them at all. I just checked the order and I payed for them on january 22nd and they arrived on February 5th. I'm near toronto, canada.

Very bad company and rude customer service. I couldn’t find a way to communicate with them other than trying Facebook and the employee responds as if I’m talking to robot. I ordered hiking boots while I was in Norway and the estimated delivery time was between 20 and 23 of December. They arrived 12 days late after I left Norway and I am unable to receive them. Additionally, they don’t tell you that there are customs fees that were almost 30 percent of the price I already paid. There is no one in Norway to receive them for me and pay the additional fees. Their answer was sorry your boots would be maybe destroyed in customs and we probably can’t refund you...

Placed an order on Nov 27 2019. Said it was shipped on December 4th and should be delivered on December 16th. Tracking shows it never left their warehouse.
I can't get ahold of anyone to even ask about my order status.

I am really worried about my order. I ordered a pair of walking boots on 11 December and have not received them yet. I have received a confirmation of despatch but when I checked the tracking number to see when they'd arrive, it says 'pending/does not exist'. I am seriously worried this company is a scam after all the other reviews. I agree with other people, maybe it's worth paying extra in the UK and actually receiving the item! I have sent an email to Trekkin Customer Service but not had a reply.

Appalling service. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered items on 29th November, company says delivery before Christmas and take payment of over £600. Email 18th December to say goods no longer available. One very upset son. No Christmas present.

Have now had fingers burnt twice with this company. Prices may look appealing but they are advertising items they obviously do not have in stock.

I purchased a backpack. It ended up being the wrong size and I wanted to return it. I live in the united states, the customer service people are clueless and keep giving the same bs instructions which don't even apply. Something about cycleon, what is cycleon? No link, No address for return. totally useless.

This is the worst company you can order from in my experience. The delivery times are more than exagerrated...it wil take them the delivery time to ship your product, not deliver it to your door.
If you need to contact them, the company will not answer your questions directly and honestly but instead copy and paste something they already have, or maybe it is an automated machine that does it.
After finding a number that I found on google map, I called to hear about where my parcel was and they guaranteed me that it was shipped. Lie, as the delivery company refuted that argument and they said that it was still in Tradeinn hands; they also suggested me to have Tradeinn canceling the shipping. I then called back Tradeinn, and after losing my cool a bit with the employee who did nothing but his job, I was told that the company has policies not to accept cancellation or stop a package from going out its facilities. I later apologised to the employee who was doing what it was told only and answer what it was taught to answer...
Conclusion to this story, if you need a reliable company with a great service, the client is king right, DO NOT ORDER FROM TRADEINN....If something goes wrong, they will be useless..

Bought some Salomon hiking boots and quickly developed a problem with the right boot making it unwearable. Contacted Trekkin for advice and received no reply to message. Will not use this company again.

Not happy may be cheap on price but the reason is plain to see you are not able to email them or call them!!!! still waiting 2 weeks for a full refund after paying them for a recorded delivery of an item that was wrong. If they reply to this they wont give me an email or telephone number to call them????

Worst experience I had as e-buyer in 20 years!! I ordered and paid a backpack, they confirmed the order and charged my paypal account. After 1 day they say “ your backpack is out of stock” and proposed me to acquire any “other alternative product” !!?!! They did not mention at all a possible refunding. Just opened a paypal claim procedure.
As it seems this is a more and more deteriorating behavior by this subject, involving many people, I would consider to start some legal steps against them, class action or similar.
