Trekkin 

I placed an order with trekk-in and got an email that my order had shipped on April 29th and would arrive between 5th and 8th May. On monday 14th May i phoned the company to advise them that my order had not arrived and was told that the carrier would be contacted. It was a tracked item supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail but their site said “expecting it”. Phoned again on 18th May. This time put on hold and eventually told to hang up. Went on to live chat. I was caller 18. I waited for about an hour as callers counted down to 3 but it never got lower than that. This is a company you want to avoid like the plague.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my item.

Ordered on Monday paid extra for it to arrive between Thursday - Friday. It's now Friday and the item is allegedly in Belgium.

Now I won't have the item I need for the weekend.

Thanks for nothing you useless company.

I can't really leave a review of this product because it never arrived. Two months after placing the order it still hasn't arrived. I did contact Trekkin but they said that it had been delivered and refused to do anymore. Certainly won't be buying from them again. If you want to receive your items I would look for another company to buy from.

Absoluut onbetrouwbaar. Bestelling geplaatst op 10 december met levering beloofd ten laatste 13 december. Het is nu 19 december en nog niks ontvangen, totaal onmogelijk om de firma noch de transporteur te bereiken.
Waardeloze firma. Zit nu al een namiddag op de chat pagina en ben 4 plaatsen opgeschoven.
Nooit gebruik ik deze firma nog en als in u was zou ik dat ook niet doen.

Waiting for an order for more than a week after the promised delivery date. Absolutely not possible to contact them, in the chat page now for the whole afternoon and still only moved up 4 places. Don't ever buy from this company or any of the other 'IN' sites. Don't do it, really, more crap than you ever can imagine.

Avoid this company at all costs. They have advised me that the items I ordered are out of stock and cannot be bought. They subsequently debited my mastercard for £76 for the items. They have ignored my emails and are impossible to contact. I am unsure whether I have been scammed or whether they are just incompetent beyond belief. I am, however, still £76 out of pocket.

This company is frivolous, and I strongly discourage anyone from shopping here. They have charged too high V.A.T. They state the correct percentage but when I calculate the V.A.T. manually it is not correct. The amount that they charge is 17% higher than it would be. At first I thought there was a glitch in the system, but having been in contact with them via mail and phone several times, I've realized that it's something they do by purpose, in order to increase their profits. Staff I talked to at their support, I've “forced” to do the math, and then they have reluctantly come to the conclusion the amount is too high and said they should pay back the difference. Then nothing happens. They probably think that I'm going to give up, but they can forget. This is a scam that I don't will drop until they pay back and apologize!

Trekkin just proved their crapness by trying to block my negative review about their incredibly slow delivery and not informing you they're based in Spain and making you pay the hefty returns cost. I've sent trustpilot proof of purchase and would urge others to not waste your time and money on this website. My order number was 7085061 so let's not pretend this reviews fake aswell trekkin

Trekkin.com has got me worried for some time. There was an automatic message on my page that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, and that I had to contact customer service. Unfortunately their customer service doesn't answer any emails and never picks up the phone. About a week after ordering they sent me an automatic email that my order had been shipped. A few days later I received everything in perfect condition as ordered. I was happy, and maybe lucky. What do you do when a problem occurs with a purchase, if the seller doesn't communicate?
