I give 1 star because there isn´t less... Worse service ever!!! returned 2 items in July and still havent received a refund, no explanation... DO NOT SHOP HERE

I live in South Africa and ordered a pair of sandals. Took 2 MONTHS to arrive!!!!!!! On top of that I then had to pay an EXTRA R350 in customs charges. Think it is very misleading that you are not told in advance that you will have to pay customs duties ON TOP of the expensive price that you already pay for your goods.

Shocked to see all the bad reviews, ordered from them 4 times Now and never had any problems,happy customer.

Terrible customer service. Delivery already 5 days late and not answering emails only automated messages.

This company is the worst I have ver encountered.

They failed to stop an order for shorts that were the wrong size although advised early enough to change.

They then did not deliver them until 2 weeks after the advised delivery date.

Their returns policy is inoperable and it is impossible to find an address where they operate, or where returns can be made.

My advice is never deal with them...they are dodgy and non accountable..

Trekkin responded to my post on trustpilot asking me to contact them. Five emails later same response to my complaint. This is a company I will never deal with again, they sent me the wrong size boots and I had to pay £9 to return. Do yourself a favour and shop at a more reputable company.

Took them 14 days to ship my items.

I received them after 23 days from the order. Just when it was too late

Had to go to a shop and buy a similar product before going on holiday

Ordered product but never received anything. Attempted to cancel order and never received any response. Reported the charge as fraudulent. Unresponsive dishonest retailer. Stay away!

Awful company. Wanted to contact them to discuss options for a purchase, but their opening hours are conveniently during any normal persons work hours.
I then found the company on Facebook and messaged to ask about an exchange as a purchase that had been bought as a gift was too small. The initial response I received was that they couldn't help with the issue and that I would have to re-order the item. I did send a reply to their message and still have had no response, leaving me with a pair of shoes that are too small for me.
Awful customer service and no willingness to help their customers!

Stay away from this company !

Wrongfully information regarding shipping of ordered merchandise.
Withdraw amount amount from your account without sending ordered merchandise.

I appear to be in the minority! Goods ordered with option for fastest delivery on Saturday, order shipped Sunday from Spain and received Wednesday at the end of the anticipated delivery date!

Money refunded but product not received. Waited a month with many back and forth emails being told product was at the shippers wearhouse etc.. finally got refunded with PayPal assistance. Glad I used PayPal at least!

Don't waste your money and time with this company. The worse I've ever dealt with .Orderd on the 28 Oct 18 .receiveing today 22nd November .Was informed would be 6th November .You pay your money then get fobbed off with excuses after excuses.
Be warned !!

never again.. it's basically impossible to sent back the article you ordered if you don't like it.. on top you have to pay postage when you order and again when you send it back yourself.. no custumer service

NEVER order from this company. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered shoes three months ago. Still have not received package. Cannot reach them by phone. Several emails have been sent. Have asked for a refund several times. The answer I get is they are still trying to locate my order.

I bought 2 sets of Black Diamond quickdraws and then about 2 days after I got an email saying that they were out of stock and had no timetable for them to arrive. In the website they were in stock, and they did nothing for service recovery, just refund. Was a waste of time buying from them.

Very slow to respond to my online queries, my order was lost in the post or never reached the post, they took 4 weeks to respond to my concerns and request for a refund. Although I did eventually receive a full refund I would not recommend using this company as they are unreliable.

I have purchased from Trekkin many times and have had to return items because of wrong size. I have always found these guys great to deal with and never had any issues.

First and foremost. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are cheap for some items no question but if you have any reason to return your item then you will be made to pay!! I ordered a columbia fleece from them £28.92 but it was too large so I decided to return the item, they offer a rebound service which will sting you £9 or you can send it back yourself.., if you choose this option it will cost you £28+ Royal Mail small package, as the return address is in Girona in Spain (although the package itself has a return address for Southall, Uxbridge...)
So be aware if you don’t like or don’t want your item you will have to pay through the nose to return it. BUYER BEWARE!!
