A.H. Tripp & Son Limited
I have had a complex downsize arrangement, moving from a very large family home to a small bungalow, but also retaining an apartment to dwell in while I had the bungalow extended. In addition to having A.H. Tripp and Son Ltd work with me on every aspect of my moving from property to property, I have also had to use their storage service.
They have been the best I could have wished for in helping me work through the moves, storing and disposing process calmly and efficiently. They are extremely courteous people and answer queries promptly and clearly. They were recommend to me by friends who had used their services and I am certainly very pleased to recommend them to others.

Helpful and reliable
Great to deal with on the phone, moved a piano for me with no problems. My only niggle is that they arrived much earlier than planned without warning me the day before - only calling half an hour before the new pick up time.

Excellent and professional service
Excellent and professional service. Booking was easy efficient and friendly, even though it was very short notice. I also made modifications without any difficulty. The 4-man crew turned up with a van each and efficiently loaded items from a house and storage and moved to two separate locations. The whole job was completed in good time and in a friendly and respectful manner. Very impressed with the ability of the team to manoeuvre bulky items through small spaces without touching the sides!

Unreliable
I accepted a quote for removal services believing that this was booked. However, a week before the move I was told that they had no availability. Do not rely on this company

Dear Kathryn, Thank you for sharing this feedback on your experience with us. We regret that we were unable to be of assistance in your removal for which we quoted. We always try to be as open as possible about how our availability can change on a daily basis, even from the initial enquiry and after discussions with the Office Team in trying to provide alternative dates, we understand these did not work for you. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you well in your new home and thank you for inviting us to quote for you in the first instance.
Excellent service that takes the stress out of moving
Excellent service . They arrived on time, facilitated a highly professional service, and even went above and beyond helping me move boxes into the loft and speaking with our new neighbours to enable access to their gardens in order to get our garden furniture placed in our garden.
